Great review! I love my SX70. It's the ultimate "Private Investigator" camera☺ I find it amazing for wildlife. It's amazing to take to a Game Reserve

Is this camera worth the price? would you recommend this camera?
Hi there. I have mixed feelings on the camera. I do think there are better choices out there if you see some of my other superzoom videos. I think the Panasonic FZ300 is a better camera and cheaper but the zoom isnt as long. The Sony XH400 also has a better lens but doesnt shoot 4K. I am disturbed by the Canon's poor stabilization and not great low light performance. In the right light however, it can do well.

What would you say, a 2nd hand SX70 HS or a Sony RX10 Mk4?
Im mainly wondering about stabilizer… it has definately to work good handheld since i refuse to use tripods.
I mean i have proper and dedicated gear but 2nd hand prices are more or less at a decent point to think about such a camera to always take with you or at least in the car.
Sony has better stabilization. It’s not perfect but at high zooms the canon is surprisingly shaky ! The Sony costs more though even second hand

I think she does not have a gimbal. Some of those shots are done in post I believe (quick zoom in’s) to give the illusion of a 2 camera shoot That’s my opinion not knowing of course exactly what was done !

Hello how are you! I have a Canon Sx70 and I have a question. The viewfinder has a sensor that just putting your hand in front already makes the camera display go off. Is there any way I can disable the display to use only the LCD Display?
Yes. It’s in mr menu under settings !!

P950. ! Bigger but better quality
@@techtoremember8096 its not that big camera, I got p950 and p1000. P950 is super light , also i had canon sx60hs- super small, super stabilization but its old camera and lens doesnt work that great

@@techtoremember8096 i need a camera for wild life photo and videography, small sports and street photoraphy. Which one should i pick? canon sx70hs or canon250d?
They are 2 very different animals. The 250d is a DSLR with interchangeable lenses while the SX70 is all in one. You will get vastly better image quality with the 250 but the Sx70 will give you a smaller system with a longer reach If image quality is important than the 250 with a longer zoom I’d recommend over the Sx70 . Hope this helps

No problem ! It’s hard to shoot stars with this camera. You have to use manual controls. Please watch my video on the menus and controls. Maybe it will help
Im user of this camera since 2019. It’s perfect when are good light conditions but it’s hard to use at night because it’s sensor is very small comparing it with a full frame camera. I tried to make pictures of stars but it’s sensor it’s not so much capable of doing it. It’s a perfect camera for traveling!

Damn. Fake noise. The one thing a digital cam can do well and they screw it up by making a fake noise. No, its not 'satisfying'. Its Pathetic.
