Any thoughts on inulin has been shown to negatively affect the liver in mice? (pubmed 30340040)
Or any supplement recommendations.. MicroIngredients's Triple Fiber + Now's Apple Fiber + Benefiber's wheat dextrin + Garden of Life's raw organic superfood fiber?

@0:07, "it's a stringy fiber" (inulin). And yet, inulin is supposed to be soluble in water (so, which one is it?? You can't be a hard fiber and at the same time dissolved).

    Does anyone know
what they think would be more helpful in lowering LDL cholesterol, taking a inulin supplement or drinking a glass of chicory root coffee each day?

Does drinking soluble chicory coffee provide adequate inulin intake?

It's excellent. Always try for variety, so including some of the other inulin-rich foods is a good idea.
