Great walkthrough! One suggestion if these are the Gen 8. The upper collar doesnt need to be locked with a screwdriver. The bottom collar that you use to lock in your height adjustment is the one you have to lock in place with a screwdriver. That what helps lock the spring on its perch 👍
@@ikigaidriven My evo isnt my daily, just a weekend street car. Would you recommend 9k front 10k rear for a weekend street set up? I was thinking 8k/9k with swift springs but wasnt sure if that would be too soft. Im am looking for cosmetics but also a stiffer ride than the stock springs.
@@ikigaidriven unfortunately I already made my order and went with 8k/9k . (didn’t want to miss out on the Black Friday sale at fortune auto) Thank you for the reply, hopefully i dont regret my decision. I emailed the company to see if they think I should modify my order. Do you think 8k/9k will be too soft?

Did you have to adjust the camber plate in any way or did you just get an alignment?
Whats the model number for the fisher-price workbench?
Lmao 😂 haha
😃🤣
Why does the upper camber bolt have to face in wards now? Jw. I’m about to install my coilovers, and I’m referencing your video. TIA.
That's the standard method from Mitsubishi, this way the camber can be adjusted
Did you make any camber or toe adjustment?
I haven't but I also did not check my alignment
i have fortune auto coilovers for my rsx but didnt put it on yet. hows the ride for the evo?
Pretty sweet, handles pretty well. I got the 9k fronts and 10k rears
