With this practice, you can focus on being open to change and growth while uncovering your values. First, I will guide you through a complete body and mind relaxation that will bring about a sense of calmness and allow your subconscious mind to discover what is important to you, build confidence and let go of anything that could be getting in your way.
    You will connect with the feelings you desire in your ideal life. What you are thinking about right before you fall asleep will set the tone for the quality of your sleep and your mindset for the next day. You have the choice to change the way you look at things.     I stopped looking for guided meditation when I found your voice - around 5-6 months ago. Works for me, I don't need to look for another voice. I practiced the "Confidence" for around 4 months and really worked. Being beneficial to me I shared 2 videos with Tolerating Uncertainty group members I'm attending. Next week we will meet again and I'm very curious about their feedback.

    I am so grateful for this meditation. I never really get very far listening in a awakening state because I fall asleep but every single morning I wake up after a falling asleep listening I feel so full peaceful and happy its honestly the best I've ever had. Thank you the Mindful Movement ♡

    This is the most beautiful meditation I have ever done. It completely centred me and filled me with peace and knowing I am moving forward.     This video is very helpful but this morning at 5:00 I started it to go back to sleep and after about 7 minutes, an add came on.
    Was I surprised!
    I know that it is out of your control but TH-cam might want to know.
    It worked out because I did go back to sleep for the needed time.

    Oh Sara n Les, I can't believe that I hadn't listened to this tract before now, but I'm sure glad I just did. What a wonderful meditation!
    The one not so great thing about sleep files, is that I sleep through most of it. If someone does a truly impressive job, I don't always know it for quite a while. This one is awesome though... Thank you for all you're hard work!

    I’ve been listening to your guided meditations almost daily to help me find some peace in my heart, and assist with overcoming dark thoughts. It’s a constant battle, wrestling with my self-destructive side. Some days I almost feel like giving up, and have a deep desire to cease breathing and return to being nothing but a smattering of sub-atomic soup, but something holds me back, maybe the fact I’ve experienced the heartache, that is left to deal with when a loved one chooses to put the flame out of one’s life.. nevertheless thank you 🙏 for wonderful words

    Love your calming voice. Its took me ages to find a meditation to help me sleep till I came across yours & so glad I did ❤️. I’ve never fell asleep before a video ended but this did 🙏🏼 after about 20/30mins. Tbf I listened for a few nights before I eventually drifted off but every night I listen I’m sleeping within a half hour. Sometimes wake up after a couple of hours but I’ll have another listen and it sends me off again 😴. So thankyou 💕.

    Boy, these meditations (several of the ones you’ve done) have ignited some serious healing dreams to this already lucid dreamer! However, it’s caused a few very heavy ones as well. Last night I almost died in a sinkhole. ❤️‍🩹
