This interview is so rewarding. I love how confortable Taylor felt and this is the result of an amazing interviewer, she really understood the asignement, she really listened, she spoke with kindness and admiration. Taylor could opened up to her and express everything she felt about this album. I truly love this conversation between them💙
Watching a lot of old interviews, you see Taylor Swift tries to give interview gold, but the interviews in other interviewers often try to trivialise her art by talking about gossip, etc. This interview is great
I actually wasn't going to watch the full video TBH... but Taylor was such a doll in this video I couldn't help watching the whole 😭 Her body gesture, her listening to the question carefully, her being so nice and calm and polite 😭😭
She really seems to be interested in the questions and so willing to open up to the interviewer, who did a great job of making her feel comfortable. Taylor is very sweet too, it's always "thank you SO much" "thank you for saying that" she seems greatful to even be having people who want to hear what she has to say ❤
This channel is fast, immediately upload this old interview after the re recording announcement. I’m not complaining tho, I was on 1989 era marathon anyway 😂
I adore her! She is so humble and classy and real. The fact that she said she held her listening party at her house because her fans got her to where she is, shows gratefulness. She’s a true humble queen and we stannnnn!
Thank you so much for this....not seen it before...what an amazing interview...so relaxed on both sides...Taylor is an amazing speaker...never long pauses...she knows just what to say and what not to say...And I have to say...Taylor looked amazing...but then again she always does...Even when she dances in the rain...1989 TV is going to be amazing...already pre-ordered everything 💙💙💙💙
Fun to hear her say she liked taking two years to create a new album, when she's now created at least two amazing albums ("Folklore" and "Evermore") within basically months. She's so freaking talented.
The pandemic was essentially the best creative sandbox that will have ever existed in most of our lifetimes, including Taylor Swift’s! Glad she put VERY good use to it!! 😊
How funny and simply understandable. %50+ of Swifties want to hear Tay do rock music. I have about 10+ rocking originals, I'm going to submit after the Europe tour, and I bet Tay can get 10 top ten hits, AGAIN! KEEP on rocking. We ❤❤❤❤ Taylor (;
@@darraghcollins1374 I don't believe they were lovers, but I do believe they had bad blood at some point if she didn't invite her to her concert and wrote that song about her
Taylor's eyes and voice and responses to the interviewer are so sweet and intelligent ❤ love her more and more. This woman amazes me with her incredible writting talent besides being a great performer.
i need to find out who the interviewer is. it's all flattery/compliments, yet with utter lack of pretension! and then also zero teasing. pure uplifting vibes!
And the more she’s true to herself, the better the quality and more impressive the product. There’s no one like this powerhouse 🫶🏻💙👑Long live this phenomenal artist!!!
Dang and this was when she was 24 (not yet 25)… incredible presence, maturity, and wisdom. Oh yeah and the songwriting and creativity aren’t too shabby either… haha 😂
Anxiety is never good in a relationship ! Your anxiety IS a sign to yourself that that relationship is not healthy to you. The remedy for anxiety is to know thyself and not betray your own self and boundaries.
i think being a celebrity does seem hard. it seems like a hard life to live. and a lot of times it seems like a miserable life to live. you can’t ever really trust anyone, especially not people who are new into your life after you’ve “made it”. everything that should stay private about your life is publicized and you don’t get to keep anything for just you. you’re never allowed to have a bad day, or make a mistake, or do anything bad or have an embarrassing moment and if you do the whole world sees it and rips you to shreds and forgets every good thing you’ve ever done and turns your whole character into the bad, embarrassing thing you did. making art is fun but it’s also expensive, tiring, time consuming and then promoting it and selling it is hard work and not always fun. everyone is constantly demanding something of you. everyone always has something to say about you. people can be really mean to you but it’s seen as acceptable since you’re famous as if having a mansion will make up for people cutting down your self esteem and wounding your emotions. being a celebrity is hard. and it should be okay for them to say it’s hard sometimes. if money can’t buy happiness, people shouldn’t say it can make up for sadness, hurt, frustration or anger.

This might be among Taylor’s rarest interviews where she wasn’t constantly asked about boys or who the songs are about… I loved it!
Thanks I checked the comments before watching cause I am so tired of the interviewers who bully her
She’s effortless in this interview. So humble, my goodness. “My fans are the reason I have a house.” 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. Can’t wait for 10/27!
i’m going the same night!
