Loved the part about the competetive mindset. I feel like folks who train younger kids or teens need to talk way more about the mental game. Plus, train it. It's way more important in my eyes than learning and drilling technical skills.
Also, Dr. Mike, coffee is not a bean, it is a berry and the pod is taken out of the berry and then roasted. It has a shorter shelf life than you would expect, about the same as any tea or herbal tea....

On another note, my husband went through a similar scenario… he had to leave a position because he was making other people uncomfortable with striving to be his best self and it made everyone else uncomfortable…it was such a difficult decision due to the fact that it was his dream job but he couldn’t allow his authentic self be stifled because they wanted to “dumb his down”… we all walk through life either living our higher self or our “accepted” self… which one are you?
