A dirt bike shock linkage rebuild was definitely in order for this bike. There was a lot of play in the shock, and once we removed the linkage from the machine we saw that the bearings in some spots had pretty much seized up.
In this video, we’ll get the shock and the linkage removed, and then we’ll attack the bearings. Because of the way the bearings are pressed in, a Motion Pro suspension bearing tool set is nearly a must for this job. See how it works in the video and get yours here: www.partzilla.com/catalog-pro...
We’ll remove the old shock linkage bearings on the CRF450, clean the linkage up a bit, and get the new bearings installed to complete the linkage bearing replacement.

@@jasoncameron34 In Russia we just take dremel with cutter for metal, make a slit and knock this shit out of there, 10 min job, and cheapest Dremel costs like 20$ :)
