It most likely has a 1/2 female NPT inlet. So, start with a 1/2 male NPT to whatever or however you want to set it up. There are threads, hose barbs, quick connects, etc. If I had to guess id say he has 1/2 male NPT to 1/2 female quick connect, and the end of his hose is 1/2 hose barb to 1/2 male QC, but without looking close I cant tell.
I had to switch from gravity feed. I burned up like 4 pressure washers because of it. Got a $70 pump from harbor freight for 30. Now I don’t have to worry about my pumps and it forces water to my pressure washer instantly
ya, that or plumb a short and large diameter hose/pipe between the pressure washer and the tank. That spot is most critical to reduce suction needed. There is also that weird vibration that cavitates the pump.
@@djcelestial86 mine wasn’t. A harbor freight pump is cheap. Spend the money. You don’t have to worry about burning up your pressure washer. As well as it instantly feeds your pressure washer.

Dude i have a tank and upgraded to a 1inc hose to hook to pressure washer and it flows good but hooked to the pressure washer and befor i start i pull gun trigger and get no water so its not going past pump it seems on pressure washer is this normal i go and hook to a garden hose directly and it comes out gun ?....????
You have to let it build up. I have a gravity fed set up also. Sometime it takes a while for it to build up or for the pump to start pulling. I’ve learned now to start up the pressure washer before I go out to do my detailing.
I have a setup similar to this but when I go to use my foam canon it seems like the water can't keep up, I also tried a pump in line with the pressure washer with better results but not perfect. Hope someone can help thanks in advance.
@@AndysAutoCarePlus I did clean the small orifice on the foam cannon with no luck maybe I need to clean other parts of the cannon's internals. Thank you!! I wish they would show up more, not sure how to make it better. Glad you found it!
I'll be running a similar set up with a small pond pump to prime my washer. I will be using RO water. It will be set up in a Prius.
Nice!!
You mean diaphragm pump right? You'll blow the pump lol
Have you blown it yet? lol

Is the tank lifted by something to angle it or is it just flat?
Had two 2x4 under the back side.

Damn it Why nobody explain this as easy as you did lol everyone just goes around the bush again and again !
That’s why I made it because I had the same problem when I was trying to figure it out lol.
Does this work with any pressure washer like a gas one?
To be honest, I’m not sure
Where did you purchase the tank. Do they deliver out of state
I got it from a local agriculture store
@@AndysAutoCarePlus would like to order a 100 gallon low profile tank
Will this work With a Karcher Pressure Washer
Not sure on that particular pressure washer this is just a basic gravity fed set up.
Looking to start a little side business I want to set my truck up low profile as well have trouble finding a tank that size.
Do quick releases cause your pump to suck air?
No never had that as a issue.
should i use pressure washer hose or regular hose
Regular hose
Where did u get that water tank I need the exact one I might of missed u saying where u got it from
I got it from a local place here in town. Tractor supply store.
Do you have a hose reel for your pressure washer hose,if so what did u use?
Yes absolutely I use a cox reel.

Why do you think my pressure washer does not work with gravity fed
Eres el mejor gracias por esa excelente explicación
How did you get it to work without a pump
I have used this method with a few different ones and never needed a pump.
Appreciate this.
I figured out what was wrong.

From the tank.... 🤦♂️
Do you happen to know if a gas powered pressure washer can be gravity fed also or if it needs a pump? its a 4200 psi machine.
It depends , but no basic machines won’t work
I always used Honda if you on a budget I suggest the Simpson 3100 it's around $379.they last forever
What is the honda for?
If you’re talking about my generator I run my pressure washer and vacuum off of it.
Where can I find a water tank with the hook up my filter leading to the pressure washer
Most places will install that for you when you buy the tank
Will that 3300 generator run that Krenzla pressure washer?
I have been using the Honda EU3000i amzn.to/2LjHy6s for a couple years with no problems at all!
