    Thanks for helping with the math. I’ve been a realtor for 6 months now and I’m so glad I came across your page to help me do the math of how many homes I need to sell excluding brokerage fees and it’s 6 so now 8 have a starting target. Thanks so much

    What in the world are pop bys? Do You mean pop ups?

      A pop by is like swinging by to drop off a little gift - could be as simple as a fresh coffee, or a seasonal gift like scented soap with a cute little tag on it with your branding. Search pinterest for tons of ideas.
