@@superdhampton1 no big deal. No is a blues artist who does have some music that crosses over onto rock. Evidenced by artists who cover his music like George.
So, the black man in the hat from the pool hall is Bo Diddley, who is a legendary Blues guitarist that was super influential to the origins of Rock N Roll. George Thorogood's song "Who Do You Love", which I mentioned before, which besides this song, is probably his biggest hit, was originally a Bo Diddley song, and I'm sure George Thorogood was a big fan of his, which is why they put him in the video. Off the top of my head, the first movie with this song, that I think about is "Twins", a classic comedy with Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny Devito, maybe Arnolds first real attempt at doing comedy instead of just being an action super star, but they also used it in Terminator 2, which is maybe what you're thinking about. "Problem Child" I think is another one, but again, this song was a pretty easy go to in so many movies and TV shows, that kind of just became the cliche song to use to make someone look tough, and then especially if they were someone who didn't look tough, and you were going for the ironic joke.
The only film I can think of with this song is "Christine". Appropriately, it plays during the assembly line scene at the beginning of the film when Christine - a 1958(?) Plymouth - is "being born" at the factory.
One of the most classic blues-based rock songs of all time. That guitar riff is so recognizable that it’s iconic. I think George and his band wrote an eternal rockin’ banger.
Hi Biss! The first time I remember hearing this song was on an episode of the Miami Vice TV series in the mid 80s. That show was known for being "stylish", showcasing a lot of the newest, hippest music, fashion, and cars. If I remember correctly, most of the song played as was often the case. Another song made very popular on the show was 'In the Air Tonight' by Phil Collins. Also, my favorite George Thorogood song is 'I Drink Alone'.
You probably remember this from the movie Terminator 2 the intro. Also the movie Problem Child and the movie Home Alone. 80's movies were using this song a lot!
Oh, hell yeah! George Thorogood is a bad ass, and this is a very classic song! This song's been in so many movies and TV, but really just all over. At least when I was growing up, It was just part of the culture. 22 was my favorite age just because for a year I could sound tough, and quote George Thorogood from his song "Who Do You Love", by telling people, "I'm just 22, and I don't mind dying!"
Hello Bisscute, thank you for presenting George Thorogood & The Destroyers on your channel, with the song Bad To The Bone, I'm honest I didn't know him, despite the years since this song from 1982 was released. I loved it that casual, irreverent, rebellious tone, not to mention the exquisite Blues rhythm. I insist on recommending something in Spanish, in particular, the band Pantión Rococó, in their live performance in 2008 in Germany with the song La Carencia. Greetings and a hug from Mexico City.
The first movie that comes to mind with "Bad To The Bone" in the soundtrack is, "Christine", a Stephen King story about a haunted car. The book came out first, then the movie. The movie starts at the car factory as the car is being built, and "Bad To The Bone" is being played. A fun movie if you haven't seen it.
I know this song from two movies and they are..Major Payne and Terminator 2. I also know it as the theme song for a monster truck that’s been running for 42 years and that truck is none other than Grave Digger.
Here are the movies that had “Bad to the Bone” in their original soundtracks: Slayground Christine The Color Of Money Lethal Weapon Bull Durham Talk Radio Problem Child Terminator 2: Judgment Day Problem Child 2 Flesh and Bone Major Payne The Parent Trap 3000 Miles to Graceland Megamind South Park Married With Children
This is a song that I've know since before I have memories. So cool to get to see a first time reaction to something I've just always know. Biss is the best.
As a few people have already commented this song has been in alot of movies and tv shows the one that jumps out at me is the TV sitcom Married with children from the mid 80s to the mid 90s
Hello, Bisscute! I just discovered your channel. Are you Italian? Thanks for this video reaction. This band was so good live in concert. I believe I saw him 2 or 3 times over the years!
FOR ACTION, it was used in "Terminator 2" and I believe in a rom-Com called "my best friend's girl"... it's also been used in ALOT of Sitcoms back in the Day.
First of all i want to say that i really love this song. And second....I love this reaction video. keep up the good work. You are amazing! much love for you
The riff... 'Mannish Boy' by Muddy Waters, but even better - "I'm Bad Like Jesse James", John Lee Hooker. Especially the live version at Cafe Au Go-Go 1966... tough as hell.
I remember as a kid there were two commercials that played that song. Then, there was Married Wit Children and that show would play that song from time to time. Then, the movies that played it were Megamind, Parent Trap, and Muppets in 2011. I always wondered what all Thorogood had done to become a bad boy in the first place besides solicitation to theft, of course.
"Bad to The Bone" has been used in at least 27 films (most famously, Terminator 2), sporting events, TV shows and commercials. It's his biggest hit, along with "Move it on Over", "I Drink Alone", "One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer", and "Who Do You Love?" George is pretty humble, as he admits that he pretty much plays the same guitar solo on every song....LOL
Biss you are Bad to the Bone!! This song has been in many movies. That guitar riff alone is iconic! Da da da da dum!🎸😁 More GT&tD 1burbon 1 scotch 1beer, move it on over, I drink alone, just to get started!Luv ya Biss ❤💛
The first one that comes to mind is Megamind. I vaguely remember this song in a few movies from the 80s & 90s.... Terminator 2, Lethal Weapon, Twins & Problem Child (like other people said). There were a bunch of TV shows that used it too, like most of the TGIF lineup... but the only ones I remember are Fresh Prince of Bel Air, & Step By Step. I remember that this song got a LOT of mileage; you couldn't be an 80s, 90s, or early 2000s kid without hearing it. Probably a ton more that I forgot because it was *everywhere*!
Temazo ...... un clasico ...... que trajo consecuencias ...... por que fue un estilo que todos copiaron ...... y ...... lo puedes notar en ...... AC DC
The guy wasn't paying, he was putting down a bet. If you're interested in that kind of thing, there's a classic movie about pool hustlers from 1961, called "The Hustler", starring Paul Newman, who isn't on your radar yet, but was a classic good looking leading man, and one of America's favorite actors from back in the day. Then in the 80s, Martin Scorsese did a sequel to it, called "The Color of Money", with a now older Paul Newman, and Tom Cruise as the new younger hotshot.
The Black Guy with the square guitar is Bo Diddly. He originally wrote and played this song. You should do some of his songs, like the very popular "Hand Jive"
I can remember this movie in Terminator 2, Christine, Lethal Weapon, Problem Child 1 & 2, Major Payne, and Joe Dirt, but I'm sure it's been in a lot more movies. This song was a banger in its time. He seems to have gone forgotten in the discussion of great guitarists. I highly suggest One Bourbon One Scotch One Beer, and Move it on Over.
You have the cutest way of pronouncing “R”s. So you say his Name any way you like. This song has been a Rock Anthem in any language. So I hope you love it just as much as I did very first time I heard it growing up. George has many awesome Rock Anthem songs. I’m sure everyone has already told you. So I’m just gonna sit back and listen!!
I had the 8-ball do that for me once - it paused on the lip of the pocket for a few seconds, before finally falling in. The hilarious part was I made some "Jedi gestures" while it was paused, like I used to the Force to tap it in, lol. My opponent even said "NO FAIR! You can't use the Force! That's cheating!" Hah
One of the best guitar riffs ever. Absolutely timeless, 40+ years old and still going strong. Please react to I Drink Alone, and One Bourbon, One Scotch, and One Beer next. Also best movie use was Christine!
Great choice Miss Bisscute, the song was used in the soundtrack of Terminator 2 you all ready react to the film. Very nice choice with incredible solo guitar love your reaction Biss💓💓💓 for future reactions Please do more live concerts performances like INXS live at Wemblay song what you need. You will love it.
I'm sure I've watched a movie or movies with this song in it but sorry, can't recall them. Probably commercials also. By the way, one of my favorite songs started as a commercial before it got noticed & peaked at No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100. Its Youngbloods - Get Together. A powerful song about peace.
The man with the police hat and square guitar is Bo Diddley, one of the greatest rock giants.
Bo knows!
ur right my bad
Blues/ rock
@@superdhampton1 no big deal. No is a blues artist who does have some music that crosses over onto rock. Evidenced by artists who cover his music like George.
Song used in biker/bar scene in Terminator 2.
if I remember right, george thoroghgood signed the right to the song to arnold swartzennegger. (pardon the spelling)
The guy placing the bet money on the pool balls was Willie Mosconi, one of the greatest pool players of all time.
The Greatest in my opinion!!!
So many Greats in one sick Video
I got to play U.J. Puckett once when I was a kid. He let me call his next shot and smoked me that afternoon.
This riff was used in Married with Children all the time whenever Al bundy was about to get into a fight
I loved it...😂😉
Was it? I always remember it from the episode where Peg made his bathroom pink.

1958 Plymouth Fury hardtop. My had one.
Terminator 2
Problem child
It was also used in Parent Trap with Lyndsay Lohan during the card game scene.
One of the most classic blues-based rock songs of all time. That guitar riff is so recognizable that it’s iconic. I think George and his band wrote an eternal rockin’ banger.
You have heard this before, if you've watched Terminator 2 it comes up as a sound byte near the beginning.
As a sax player in my youth, I felt that "SHOW ME THE SAXOPHONE""! Love a wailing sax!
According to my mom I couldn't get enough of this song when I was an infant. Makes a lot of sense now.
It's impossible to go through life without hearing this song somewhere.

You saw it used in Terminator. This is actually a rework of Mannish Boy from Muddy Waters
It’s in the opening scenes of Christine - the car being built on the assembly line. A 1958 Fury. My dad had one.
I am writing this to help out bisscute and this video and this channel with algorithm🥰

Probably most famous for the movie Terminator 2. I think t was also used in 3000 miles to Graceland as well
Tune from a classic movie from the 90s called Problem Child. :)
Terminator 2.
and the movie Christine about the possessed car from Steven King novel
That's exactly what I thought she has to watch It again. Just so she going to hear the song and "get it" the way an American audience would.
@michaelnelson3752 have you seen Rubber about an anthropomorphic tire?
And Megamind
Here are the movies that had “Bad to the Bone” in their original soundtracks:

You heard this at the beginning of Terminator 2, as Arnold acquires his clothes at the biker bar and rides off.
One of the biggest songs that was ever made. So very, very Cool!
This is a song that I've know since before I have memories. So cool to get to see a first time reaction to something I've just always know. Biss is the best.

Terminator 2 when he leaves the bar. :) George is a killer guitarist and musician. The sax is phenomenal too.
One of the movies where you herd this song is Terminator 2 with Arnold Schwarzenegger, Much Love Tom from Canada.
If you're going down the George Thorogood rabbit hole check out one bourbon one Scotch and one beer
This song has been my alarm every morning since 2014 after I watched Terminator 2, for some reason the guitar and saxophone lift my spirits.
It's been in so many movies.
First of all i want to say that i really love this song. And second....I love this reaction video. keep up the good work. You are amazing! much love for you

My intro to this song and this band was T2.
he's amazing, been listening to him since the early 80's!! only movie i know is The Parent Trap (Lindsey Lohan playing twins when she was a kid)!
The first time that I heard this song was in the John Carpenter movie "Christine".
quick cameo from Willie Mosconi...one of the greatest pool players ever.

It's the man anthem. It doesn't get any better than 'Bad to the Bone.' 😎

The Start of "Major Payne"
I doubt she has seen that. But she has reacted to Terminator 2. It was in the beginning of that movie with Arnold in that pool hall.
A great artist and song! Loved your reaction 😊

Bad to the bone was in the opening of the movie. Christine. Thorogood live is a beast.
You heard it on Terminator 2. When Arnold walks out of the bar at the first, and puts on the sunglasses.
This is my jam
Everyone has heard at least a part of this song before... Terminator 2, etc. 🙂

You should check out Bo Diddley, his guitar riffs were so influential to rock musicians like this!!
Phil Collins tried out acting in the old Miami Vice TV show, he used this song in film first.

This song is "Bad to the Bone!!!" 🔥🔥🔥☠️☠️☠️ Great reaction Biss!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Miss Biscute. The most lovely lady ver with great reactions to music, she is so true to the way she reacts ❤❤❤
I know this song was in Christine, Terminator 2, and the remake of The Parent Trap.

I love watching you react to the music
The opening scene to Christine.......awesome movie too
