Most definitely small changes in diet make such a big difference, cutting out bread and rice I thought I'd die being my desi self 😄 but it's not been as difficult . Like you said the body really just needs the simple things in moderation : good amount of sleep , whole foods, time in nature, movement and sunlight 🙌
Please please try to eat a very clean diet with everything I mentioned in this video. Stop eating rice,pasta, bread, red meats limit chicken. I have mentioned all the things which should clear out your inside and Insha’Allah I pray God will give you what you want. Just please be strict with yourself and things will get better 🤍

And also lot n lot n lot of water.... But yeah alhamdulillah I have my hopes high I already m seeing the changes in me like a lot of changes.... 😘😘😘😘😘😘 much luvv to u...
@@sheykhaarzoo4250 try to consume eggs only 3x per week. Also add in Fresh water fish. This will help with your protein intake as well as healthy fats.
It is better not to consume table sugar at all. It is all in your mind, you do not need it. Your mind is powerful. If you want a sweetener try stevia or monk fruit 🤍
Totally unexpected, feeling how it all began to shrink and eventually disappear within 2 months was so liberating.
