I have the Hisun 500. It came with a Windshield and everything else you mentioned. I've had mine for 2 years and love it. I've had no issues with it and I have 150 hrs on it thus far.

I have a bighorn and love it. I use it on my mountain property and it works great. So far no issues with any of the features of this machine.

Actualy I really like that grill reminds me of the old army jeeps.

Went by this place last weekend with intention of getting one of the 2 vehicles reviewed in his video. he listened to my needs and even offered me something for my trade, I didn't purchase one of these but did wind up getting what I actually needed based on his recommendations, if you're close to his shop stop by. Excellent customer service and knowledge. Highly recommend this place!

Glad to see it has a 2” receiver hitch. I need a 2” ball to launch a small boat in my lake. I have a 13’ Boston Whaler. Trolling motor only.

Thanks for taking the time to film this comparison. I am interested, and in SC but can't figure out your company name. Would love to come by to take a look at both.

I like The looks of the Axis better and it seamed way quieter but I liked the Bighorn bench seat, LED lights and the windshield. As of now in my area the Axis is $700 cheaper. Thanks, this video made up my mind. Axis it is. =)

I been looking for a Honda pioneer 700 but came across the big horn 400 at tractor supply so you think it would be a good replacement for trail ride and neighborhood drives

How the do in the woulds? Up and down steep hills. My farm has steep hill sides. But the 700 CC atv don't have any problems. But looking for something to hall post and tools fix fincing.

I know im a little late to this video, but I thought I’d recommend kymco utvs, I had a 500 and it ran great, they have 700 models too that only run you about $10,000

Just bought the Axis 500 and love it. Unfortunately, I could only get it from Lowes (did get a great discount from being military). It only came as it was and as I got it home, it had no real paperwork (warranty, owners manual, maintence, etc...), and was missing the tools that were supposed to be in it! Contacted Texas and they sent the PDF for the warranty and manual, but waiting on info on tool kit! Great machine. Next challenge is to find a legit mechanic. (I live in NW Florida, and there are lots of machines up here, so it shouldn't be too hard to find one).

I have a bighorn explorer 400 just like the one in the video. It is jerky on takeoff and sometimes grinds and jumps when I put it in gear. I’m wondering if the engine idle is too high. Can you tell me the rpm at idle on the one you have?

  • @charlesdrake9210

    Hope the 750's are soon

I liked the review BUT I was hoping your nephew could have said something about the reliability of these and what breaks the most.Well I know these are fairly new but Hisun has been around for awhile now.overall quality in your opinion?

Many years has went into the development of this perfect midsize machine, but no cab enclosures for them....geesh. even big horn power sports has it listed as a option, but they dont exist. its one reason why i bought one, so i could use it in the winter.

A steering ball would be a big help.

I’ve got 7 acres of hilly tree filled land behind my house. Hoping to clear overgrowth to make some nice trails etc. Which model is good for hill climbing?
