My dad was looking at "Gators" but those were like 28k! Then a few weeks later I saw these at Lowe's and told him about them, he absolutely loves it been about 2 years also... 👍👍

Thank you for this 2 year review. We have been wanting a little side-by-side to help around our 46 acre plot. We don't want to spend a lot so we have been looking at used machines. They still want a lot of money for something 20 years old. We have decided on one of these because of your review. You showed the door straps have broken. I read some reviews on Lowes and there is 2 year warranty and people said they have had little parts like this replaced by the manufacturer with no problem. I was also looking on Amazon and parts like these door straps and rubber straps for the windshield are available on the website for not a whole lot of money. Buying something new lets us at least know the history and we know we are not really spending $5000 on someones junk which will need $100's in repairs... You have made the decison for us. Thank you so much......

Just bought a 3 year old used one for $5K. Had about 600 miles on it and was kept outside, uncovered along side a dirt road. It was very dirty and somewhat faded but it ran good and the seller never had an issue with it, so he said. But yes the door straps were broken. Had it for about a month on my 52 acre hunting property. It's been very handy. I figure with the money I saved I could buy some accessories so I added an in cab rear view mirror, some seat covers and a zip open/roll up rear window. My wife loves it. It's like driving a golf cart except with 4 wheel drive. So far, so good.

I just bought my first one and am super excited. As a manager of large ranches in Montana, Gold claim owner, Outfitter, I've driven a TON of 30k plus wicked, fun, full of horsepower ATV's that are a hoot to use for both work and play, but these things are way out of my own personal price range, I've just had the rare pleasure of working for people who can afford to buy the most expensive UTV just because. Mine is a 2021, and nearly all the things that went wrong, broke, etc., were spot on. My biggest concern is the incredibly steep terrain we have here in Montana. I'll be taking her up to the "HOA OHANA" claim near Highland City. Thanks all of you for posting your honest thoughts.

Mine is a little over 2 years old, the radiator fan switch went out after 2 months. Nearest service was 2 hours away and was told it could take 2 to 3 months before I could get it back from being repaired. He said he had a lot of them in there for repairs. So I had to hot wire the fan switch. Sometimes the gas does not get to the motor and I have problems starting it. I have to take the gas cap off or loosen all the way and eventually its starts. It had a bad rattle in it when I slowed down to about 5 -7 miles per hour (the 3rd mo.). I called the service warranty and was told it was the cargo bed rattling . Been living with the rattle for 2 years now the clutch is smoking . I did more research and found out they have a flaw with the oneway bearing in the clutch and it has to be replaced. All the service companies in my area refuse to work on them. . There is a video on YT on how to repair it (if you are good at that kind of stuff.) . Check out the comments and you will see a lot of ppl having the same problem and no-one will work on them. Other than that it was a good ride.

Glad to hear, now that we've got 66 acres in the mountains, this would come in handy especially since I'm not looking to spend a mint. This also comes with more options than the more expensive ones. I've had my eye on this utv for a but now and after some of the videos I've seen, I think I'll pull the trigger as soon as I can on one.

I bought my axis 500 last September from Lowe’s and I’ve not had any issues so far. It’s not made for speed cause I’ve only got it up to 50 mph and that was down hill foot to floor but I live on 5 acres and bought it to for utility work around our land and it is perfect at that. Little thing climbs these East Tennessee hills no problem and is a little tank. I’ve had it hurried to the frame in mud and it’s got me out of every spot I’ve put it in .

I bought one of these a little over a year ago. We moved to 40 acres of hilly property and we are happy with it. Easy to maintain. One thing I did find is make sure you put good gas in it. We tried filing it with 87 and it would not run! I had to change the fuel filter out and drain the old gas. Otherwise it has worked just fine. You won't win any races with hit thouth. I have used it a couple of times to go pick my son of from school and about 40 mpg in low going up a hill is about the best I can get.

I bought mine 3 months ago and have put 110 miles on it. Bought it for our future farm. I've been driving it in the city subdivision to break it in and make sure I don't have major issues before we move to the country during the return period. So far no major problems. Already did an oil change (very easy) after break in. BUYER BEWARE...the fuel gauge is not really accurate and very hard to read. Don't let the thing run out of gas or it is a pain to get started if you do. WOW...someone commented that got it at Lowes for 5400. That was a steal. I wished that was all I had to pay for mine.

We got it on clearance for 5400 at our local lowes. Was had no idea how good it was. We just figured for that price you can't go too wrong. Glad to hear its good

take care with the cooling system, fluid levels, cooling fan, watch for overheating warning light. I just replaced the head gasket on mine. it had antifreeze in the crankcase. following the repair had to bleed air out of the system. seems ok now. mines 18mths old. been ok otherwise. the job wasnt too hard, but setting timing a bit of a worry.

I have the menards version they called yard sport ys700. Its a 2012 i bought from a salvage yard that the workers ran around the yard with to pull parts. Needed a headgasket when i bought it but got a good deal. Local dealer put in headgasket for $650. I have replaced wet clutch and sheave. Wet clutch because they used wrong type oil at salvage yard. Have owned fo about 5 years and it has been very dependable. 50mph downhill but loses speed on any incline. Not a power house by any means. Just ordered a new set of tires as mine are nearly bald. Id not hesitate to buy another. Bought it after my dad bought a bennche 500. He has had 0 issues and has owned abou 7 years. His gets used very little. Parts are easy to find and only time mine saw a dealer was for headgasket.

I have the Hisun vector 500 and it’s a great machine just don’t treat it like a rented mule and it will last for many years..
I just wish it had a real rear differential instead of a spooler “locked” type but I guess that would raise the price more.
Overall a good yard toy and very happy with it.

At our local store they’re like $17,000 these are 8500 and Lowes gives me a discount on top of that so it’s almost 9 to $10,000 deal. Just depends what you’re using it for.
