I have had my Outfitter 550 since July 0f 2021 and have found it very acceptable. The ride is outstanding, I plan to maintain it and use it for years and I am more than satisfied for the price I paid. It is loud and that is my only complaint. I wear hearing protection if I will be driving above 20 mph. I use it to broadcast fertilizer and for broadcasting seed for wildlife food plots. I also have a sprayer unit I mount in the box and it handles all these jobs very well. It is a beast for climbing and plowing through mud and snow! Plenty of power. I just discovered your video and appreciated watching and your comments.
Hey Bill; thanks for reaching out! I totally agree with what you said. It is loud; but the ride quality more than makes up for it! Been super happy with it and glad you are too!!! Thanks for watching. 👍🏼👊🏼
Our tsc didn't have any 550 Colman's so went to home Depot and got there hison vector 500 . The vector comes with everything the Colman but it it doesn't have a inside mirror. Ours is a 2021 and I had to put a new injector in. But it does like 93 octane gas. Have 550 miles on it and still runs great. It is not a speed demon but we didn't get it for speed. We use it for trail riding and hunting.
Hey Kathy! I would assume most people treat them better than we do. It has been a great machine; spoiler alert we have a fun video coming Monday you may want to watch. ;)
Thanks man; this thing is legit! Great product and powder coated. I used it in our Stealth Cam X video in a little more detail. Thanks for watching buddy!
I have the same side by side. When you need parts they interchange with Yamaha. Mine has horn, led lights ,front windshield , winch. They are a part of Yamaha some way, I don’t know how but I bought mine at Walmart and the guy that checked me out said they were part of Yamaha. I love mine too. Great video thanks for sharing.
Thanks for sharing that man! I have been lucky so far for parts even though we are really tough on it. It’s a durable little machine an the camo looks awesome.
Boy have they gone up! Ours is also still running like a top. Been a great machine man. Just needs regular maintenance and quality fuel. 💪🏼. Thanks for watching!
Very informative video. Currently shopping for a machine to be used as a utility vehicle, hauling wood etc. and don't want to spend $20K to get a roof, winch, etc. You hit all the key points I was looking to hear first hand account. Thanks!
Great video I just moved to TN myself so I'm looking for a utv to run on the property and I've been looking at the Coleman 550 because of it's price range and it comes pretty much loaded so this video really helped me get an idea of how it actually handles the work load so thanks man and I look forward to watching the rest of your videos 👍
Really enjoyed your video. I live in northwest GA and our tractor supply has one of these. I am going to buy it. This is the second positive video I have seen on this machine. Thanks so much for the info.
Thanks for watching John! We have really enjoyed this machine and have beat the heck out of it. Look it over really good to check the prep, use quality fuel and fluids and seafoam with non ethanol gas makes a bug difference. This machine calls for a high octane but we can only get 87. And octane booster helps every now and then. But really, just enjoy it. It’s built well. Good luck!
Joe.....great video. I have 3 Polaris machines (1998,2002,2014), but the Coleman looks like a very good value. and I would look at one in the future. We are in WI, so I use my units in a fair amount of snow. Thanks for sharing. Bob
Thanks Bob, I appreciate you watching. There is no perfect machine; but its a great tool and it has been a reliable sxs for how we use it. Not sure if it will last as long as your Polaris; but time will tell! Take care buddy!
I had no idea Hisun made these Coleman's. My initial search for a Hisun golf cart eventually brought me here. Now I'm thinking this is actually the machine I need. Except for your one negative about the noise. That would be a deal killer for me. Great video, very helpful.
Thanks again for watching! It’s been a great machine. We have beat on it and it keeps taking it. Not as fancy as the BigHorn, but a great side by side. Would buy another one in a second.
Nice vid. It’s a lot of fun driving them around the farm, they bring a smile to your face. Hisun side by sides are sold in Australia. They sell for around $8k.
@@JoeTheFarmer not sure if I’d buy one but I was not aware of them when I was looking at these vehicles. I was set on a Kubota RTV and was searching online for them. That is how I came across a Club Car Carryall 295 as it has a Kubota engine. We are happy with our Club Car 295. It’s a 2007 model so is getting on a bit. However parts are available for it, though they are expensive, and it’s a fairly simple machine with nothing hidden & easy access. The little diesel engine is a gem, fairly quiet, quite powerful with a bit of low down grunt & very economical, using hardly any fuel after driven regularly. It won’t win any races but it’s great for getting around & carrying stuff.
That Kubota motor is a fantastic powerplant. My take on this video was that a $30k utv is not always the right fit. Sometimes it is…. We all use different tools for different jobs and purposes and I really enjoy all of us talking about what we use for those jobs. 👍🏼
Middle Tn here also. Thinking about getting one. I have ATV’s and I’m done straddling. Been looking at the Massimo TBoss 550. Lots of add ons as standard features. Thanks for the informative video
Hey! Welcome to a fellow Tennessean! The Coleman has been a great machine. I looked at a TBoss and they are really nice as well. Only downside to the TBoss is the cargo capacity to me. Just a smaller machine. Would be a great trail rider and light duty machine though. I love to ride ATV’s. They are a blast! But not functional for fixing fences and carrying fertilizer or feed. And that windshield sure is nice when rain or cold are in the forecast. Thanks for watching buddy!
Have been able to use one of these machines for the past few years. Agree with all you have said. Seafoam made a huge difference as well as quality gas for overall performance. This thing has been a beast when it comes to hauling. We are constantly over loading with extra bags of feed etc and it just keeps on trucking. Winch is a great add on and the fact it comes with a standard sized hitch receiver is a plus! If you are looking for a machine to use as a TOOL on your lease or farm this is a great option. May not want to drive it to church on Sundays, you can use Polaris for that 😀
Bought a 2021 550 outfitter used needing tune up and some minor maintenance and surprised by build quality, standard options and performance, on our 40 acres it does all we need or ask and Lisa can easily handle this without feeling she's hopping on farm machinery
Looks like my next purchase. Been thinking of getting one anyway. Also bought some T-post to use in a cutover I am leasing. Thanks as usual for doing an awesome video! Rick From Virginia
Great video y'all, Southern Virginia here, Blue Ridge Mountains, THE REAL VIRGINIA!! And in this part of Virginia, we Hunt everything, Fish, Coon and Bear Hunt with hounds, and we LOVE Tennessee Vols Football!! God bless y'all🙏🤠
@@JoeTheFarmer in Floyd Virginia where I live, we are bout 1 and a half hours from Bristol VA, Tenn line, and 45 minutes from Mt Airy North Carolina, the Birthplace of Andy Griffith, that's where God put me in this ol world, and I am proud to say I have 250+ years of Heritage here, (a true NATIVE VIRGINIAN is getting hard to find) and many Confederate Ancestors.........Thats just who I am. Anyways, I could tell y'all were my kind of people too, the way y'all told the truth bout a product, and then proved it by showing how it works. I got a 550 Coleman Side × Side I love too. Same as y'alls. I'm using it now Bow Hunting in the Mountains here at home. Tough vehicles. Anyways, God bless y'all and take care🤠
Thanks for sharing brother. God bless you all as well and glad that Coleman is treating you right. Good luck with that bow! Hopefully you are better with yours than I am with mine. Lol
You guys are a funny tag team no doubt. Hey the great part about America is we are free to make our decisions. If you own land and you need a machine and you can't quite afford a Polaris like we have that cost 26k if you can get a machine like this that gets you around the property and get some work done it can be a success for your situation. Very nice review buddy thanks
Great stuff, informative video for real world use, We have been sitting on the fence looking at Hisun- Polaris as we will also be using the machine as a work horse in some very rough terrain here in Cape Breton, we cant justify the additional money for Polaris, so im off to the Hisun dealership this weekend.. Cheers and keep the videos coming......
Suggestion instead of pouring the corn on the ground where if you have continuous rain for a few days, it could spoil then if you have hogs oh boy! Take a hand spreader use it. You’ll have corn that last for weeks and I’ll always be dry.
Thanks for watching buddy! Had it for a couple years now and still running strong. Tractor Supply is going to stop carrying this model so may find some on clearance.
@@JoeTheFarmer I believe your's is more expensive now, like around 10k but they do have a 400 model I believe. The Coleman seems reasonably priced but it's amazing how expensive the UTVs are. Almost seems like farming is only going to be affordable for the weekend farm warrior, they guy who does it in addition to his other job. I like your take. I'll keep watching!
Thanks, and yes…it is more expensive now. Also, sadly you are correct. I work on the farm because I love it, but still have a day job too because I don’t know anyone farming without another way to pay their bills. Diesel doubles and hay bales stay the same. How does that make sense?!? Lol. Appreciate you watching brother!
Yes it was a good video. Quick and informative. We want one for deer lease and around the land for gardening and chores. Does it have power steering or even need it.
Nice work Joe, looks like a good utilitarian machine. Gets the job done, and sometimes that's all you want. Felling you can run it through anything is a good feeling. Good luck this year!!
Helpful Joe, Basic maintenance is the main takeaway. I'll be using it on the farm, Let me know what you think of the 4wd? Other than that had it a couple days, I've let it idle for an extended period, it STAYS ON! doesn't just load up and turn off......I'll be using it mainly for Cow Field drag & checking fence lines, feed loads stuff like that.......Thanks for the Video actually helpful in that I'm not chasing down a $14-15K UTV that'll serve the same purpose.......Oh yeah, The Octane suggestion, very good,
Hey Jimi! Glad you are enjoying it. The truth is that even with our hills, mud, hay, etc I very seldom need the 4wd. Absolutely use octane booster and also a shot or two of seafoam with clean fuel. Oh, and at some point you will think it’s broken…but then realize that the seatbelt isn’t latched and the safety feature puts it in limp mode. Other than that; it’s a great good looking machine. Just try to treat yours better than we treat ours! 🤣
Great review of your Side By Side. It was amazing how it plowed through the brush that seemed pretty high and thick. With running through such tall brush hope you don't run into anything not expected to be there. My brother got a nice deal on a Polaris that a buyer returned to the dealer because they wanted something bigger. The dealer didn't want to hang on to it and sold it at a great price.
Hey Ben; not sure how I missed this! yt’s new app is wonky. It really is a little bulldozer. I should be nicer to this little machine…but I’m not. Lol. Great little tool. Thanks for watching!
Both are great products man! Been fun tinkering with different things and eliminating what doesn’t work and focusing on what does. Lots of great stuff out there (and lots of not so great!). Thanks for watching!
Hey Flench; thanks for watching. I think that they are both made by Hisun and just rebranded. No machine is perfect, but we have been really happy with the Coleman.
@@JoeTheFarmer, Good deal . That makes me feel better about buying one . Looked at the Yamaha's yesterday and there crazy . No way I pay the prices there asking.
I felt the same way. We bought this one to beat it to death; not put rims and decals to ride with buddies. If it last 5 years the way we work it; worth every penny. But at this rate I see no reason why it won’t last far longer. Its solid, and the suspension is far better than our mule.
Awesome video, I've been looking at these a lot, but people around me are saying that they got rid of theirs cause they don't last, Ty for proving them wrong for me, does yours have 4 x 4 and how much seed and feed poundage can it carry, this again and keep the videos coming, subscriber for life!
Hey Michael; thanks man. Really appreciate the support! It may not last as long as a Honda or Kawasaki (prob not) but this machine has been great and as long as we maintain it I can’t see why not. Parts can be a challenge but in another comment looks like other machines parts can be used. It’s been a bull man. Is what it is; a tough value machine. Bed is rated for 500lbs, I “may” have exceeded that. Lol. Winch is strong, suspension is great, no real complaints man. It is push button 4wd. So, for the money it’s a winner. You can buy two of these for the price of some others. Oh, and 2” receiver! 👍🏼
@@JoeTheFarmer thx for the quick response bro, wifey and I are going to make a trip to our nearest tractor supply to check one out, she likes yours videos to, thx again, God Bless you and yours bud, be safe out there.
You should give it a propane conversion. The kit is cheap, the fuel is cheap, the engine will last 3x longer and it will take care of your octane problem for cheap, too. Also, engines that run on propane emit 60% fewer emissions. Thanks for uploading. Cheers.
Joe, I was an assistant manager at TSC in Colorado. I've retired. All TSC is selling at the store is a Massimo. Problem is can't get serviced here. Do you do your own maintenance or take someplace? By the way the T-post camera looks amazing. Do you have any left. If not, where can I buy some? Thanks great video!
You have some beautiful land. What state are you in? Not to get off track but thanks for the review I’ve been shopping for a good side by side and your video was a big help.
Thanks Buck! We’re in Middle Tennessee. Happy to share our experience. Been very happy with the Coleman. Low drama and we work it tough. Appreciate you watching!
Great video, those Tpost mounts look amazing, especially when we're running zip ties. Awesome little machine, love real world knowledge about products not fanboy fake paid reviews. Keep em coming, stay safe and God bless.
Thanks buddy! Email me your address and I’ll see if we can get past the zip ties. That’s what I use too. Art sent these nice T Post mounts and it’s only fair I share them with folks that will spread the word. Appreciate you watching brother!
Thanks Jay; i posted. Pic to Instagram of what came in that night. The corn and Buck Bourbon brings in deer like crazy. Had a couple hundred pics (of about 10 deer. Lol). Will keep posting. 😁👍🏼. Thanks for watching buddy
I purchased the 2022 model 700 cc. At 40 miles it broke down. Unable to use it now. Maybe the older models have better quality parts. The warranty co. in Tx. are hard to get a hold of. Will be calling them again first thing Monday morning.
@@JoeTheFarmer Lowes sold it to me. I already tried to get them to swap it out but the said after 30 days they can't. The nearest service shop to me is 45 miles away so I am trying to figure out the problem myself.
@@JoeTheFarmer Fan will not come on. I hard wired it and it works, Put in new sensor , checked fuses, and made sure all wires are plugged in. It over heats in about 10 or 15 mins . I guess I will ask them to send me a new fuse/relay box and swap that out. Not really sure what to check next. Do you have any suggestions?
I think the fuse relay box is a great start. These machines can have some pretty cheap wiring (all of them do) so also could be a bad connection in the electrical system. I am by no means a mechanic man, just know some of the plastic quick connections can be suspect on newer machines. Safety switches and tier 4 causes a whole lot of headaches. If it’s any consolation, once this works out I think you will enjoy the machine. They are tough and handle great. I know that doesn’t help the frustration, but hopefully it gets resolved quickly for you
You never mentioned anything about how far you can go on a tank of gas. How many gallons and how often do you fill it driving all day? Does the mileage change much if it's loaded heavy?
Hey! Thanks for watching. The fuel usage is really just a non issue. I use it around the farm a ton and rarely fill the gas. It’s a higher rpm engine so in theory it would use more; but it seems to be very fuel efficient. Just be sure to use high quality fuel because it doesn’t like the cheap stuff.
I have heard that when coming out of 4wd. The differential unlocking. But hasn’t been a problem. I would change the diff fluids if you haven’t already. But could also be the cvt belt needing adjustment if it happens every time.
I have seen those. They have some differences. This one has a bench seat. Pretty comfortable too. But boy do we abuse this thing. Makes me feel bad. Lol
We enjoy watching them; but will also take a few for our family’s diet each year. Very healthy protein. If you watch our most recent video we talk about this in particular. Just a part of our lifestyle. Beautiful animals and we enjoy having them on the farm (but away from the garden! Lol). Thanks for watching!
I heard from a friend who heard from a friend That they use whale oil In the crancase. Seriously though, I would change the oil as soon as you got it home.
Hey Alan, thanks for watching! We have some good ones but nothing like out west or in Kentucky. Check out our Deer Hunting playlist and you will see some fun videos doing deer management, sharing pics and whitetail hunting. Take care!
Been really happy with it man. It’s not perfect, but it’s tough as nails. I would just change all the fluids from the cheap stuff and use high quality fuel. Other than that, put it to work! Thanks for watching Albert. 😁👍🏼
@@JoeTheFarmer I actually bought the Axis 700 from Lowes last Friday . I know that they are from the same manufacturer and the on line reviews were great. I only have about 25 miles on mine now but I’m enjoying it. Just didn’t need a very expensive machine as I just want to use this at my cabin and my tiny house in the boonies! Lol
I hear ya brother! They get the job done for sure. If you are mechanically inclined; I would go ahead and change the oil and diff fluids to high quality lubricants. That and non-ethanol fuel with a high octane and it should be good to go! 😎👍🏼👊🏼. Be safe out there brother
Yes, service work can be a challenge. We have had a lot of luck and I can service it; but if something serious happens it can be a journey. BUT, it has been a really reliable machine.
Yeah for the most part. I have used it for plowing snow up in Michigan. Just my driveway and some neighbors. Works good for that. The emergency break has gotten stuck on me cause a rear diff to over heat and burned out seals… expensive repair. That’s my only complaint so far.
Hey Eric; thanks for watching. Just depends on what you want to do. I’m a big guy and it can transport me, bags of feed, tools, etc up a steep hill without a grunt. Our whole farm is hills and never have an issue. I would only worry about the 750 if you plan to tow a lot. Or just want more juice. It’s already a quick machine so I don’t know that the 750 could do a lot more unless you wanted to haul trailers with a lot of weight.
Thanks Tim! Change the oil and differentials earlier than recommended for the first couple hundred hours, use high quality non ethanol gas and work it hard. It also likes seafoam. Other than that, it has far exceeded my expectations. We are way harder on this machine than the average person and its been a brute. Appreciate you watching!
I like the review, but for people looking for it, you have to go to 07:25 to start it. I'd recommend talking about the product first, and then showing the 7 minutes of running around with it afterwards...
Hey Kurt; that Honda will last forever man. It will come in. May be 2025. Lol. My father in law has a pioneer. Great machine. Screening looks GREAT! I’ll post a pic to Instagram this weekend. Been super happy with that product bro. Appreciate you watching!
We've had a great growing season in Central WI. I've got hybrid sorghum walls and islands 12-14' tall. My Honda was actually already supposed to be in from the dealer's order. Honda has been very good to me over the years. Good luck this season.
Not sure man; but I would think it would be as good as any other machine. Only real drawback is that it’s loud. But we ran the heck out of it today and do all of the time. It’s a great little machine imo. Oh; and no power steering. But that doesn’t bother me at all. My wife doesn’t like that about it.
Well I guess there's nothing like riding around on a little vehicle, putting out a bunch of bait and hanging out cameras to do all the work of the modern-day Hunter!
@@JoeTheFarmer thanks for your reply. I googled it and yes, it says 45 mph. Guess I should have googled it before I asked. Forget sometimes that answers are at our fingertips through the power of the internet. Lol. Appreciate ya!!!
No problem buddy!!! I have read the user manual but I just don’t trust myself! Lol. The speed is good but the suspension is great. Our Kawasaki Mule bounces me all over the place but the Coleman eats up the terrain like a much more expensive machine. I don’t pretend that it’s a high end Polaris; but for the price you get a whole lot of machine and this sucker is super durable! Appreciate you watching!
@@JoeTheFarmer we have an older Polaris Ranger. It's an 06 700 XP. Runs pretty well but it is older. My wife and I use it for joy riding the county roads here in Indiana. The state allows you to purchase a road sticker that let's us ride pretty much all roads except highways. We can cross over them but not ride directly on them. So ours doesn't see much abuse at all. We looked at the Colemans at our local TSC but I was scared I'd end up with an expensive paper weight. Lol. I opted to save money by buying the older model Ranger. If yours has held up with the workload you've used it for, I'd say it would last us a good long time. I purchased street tires for ours because the pavement was killing the mud tires that were on it. Also helped make a smoother ride and less road noise. I seen where Hisun makes a 750, and a 1000. The 1000 says a top speed of 60 mph. That's kicking it in a side by side. It would be rare for me and the wife to go that fast even if we could. We're old people. Lol. Anyway, hope I haven't bored ya to tears here. I appreciate your replies. This may be a big help in the future on going with the Hisun machine. I think I'd like to go middle of the road and look at the 750. Take care and hope you get more years out of yours than you thought possible!!!
Thanks Del, and not boring me at all! I started the channel to meet cool people! I have had some people reach out and say they had a bad experience; but by and large it seems like some is user error (ethanol gas, no maintenance, etc). Hisun is a cheaper value machine. It’s not a Polaris, Kawasaki or Honda and as the price reflects that. We need a machine that can get BEAT. I am shocked at how well this machine has held up. If there is a tough job we beat on the Coleman. And what’s funny is I choose to drive it over the others. Not paid to say nice things, just sharing my experience. Been happy with it and as you have seen, we work it hard! Lol.
This has me interested, but its so much more expensive than the kawasaki Mule, I'm worried about parts and supplies. Have you had to replace any bushings, bearings, etc? If so, were you able to find them anywhere? These are about 11,500 now and the Mule is $8700 new at the dealer for the 4x4 (albeit without all the accessories!). I know the kawasaki parts are easy to get though, but its ugly and boring, and they nickel and dime you for accessories, so fully outfitted the cost is about the same... but I can't find a great source for Hisun replacement parts.
Hey Brooks, great question. I have not had to replace parts and have found a few places that have them online…but you are right about the mule. Tried and true…but pretty boring. The mule we have is the 4010 trans 4x4 and it’s a great machine. Will prob outlive the hisun. But the hisun ride is FAR superior and the accessories are nice. If this will be your only machine and you will have it for 10+ years…get the mule. If you want something to rip around on, beat on and have the accessories day one the hisun is a good value. It has been a great machine for us. $8,700 its a no brainer. 11,500 it’s worth looking around. It’s gone up almost $3k since I made the video and they seem to be selling like hot cakes. Like all machines, service them and they should treat you well. Btw, I will have a video out soon where we full on abuse the Coleman. Kept on ticking, didn’t miss a beat. It’s a great tool.

Maybe not an issue in TN, but can a snow plow be added to one of these?
They can be added. I don’t have experience with it but I would think a more powerful engine would be preferable if doing a lot of plowing.
May not want to drive it to church on Sundays, you can use Polaris for that 😀
Very well said!!!
What i expected out of the video was better found in the comments. Thanks .
Glad you got what you were looking for. Lol
I really enjoyed this video, been looking for reasonable priced machine. Going to go look at one, thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching Randy!!!
Bought a 2021 550 outfitter used needing tune up and some minor maintenance and surprised by build quality, standard options and performance, on our 40 acres it does all we need or ask and Lisa can easily handle this without feeling she's hopping on farm machinery
That’s awesome man! Ours is still going strong despite the abuse it gets. Solid machine if you change the fluids and grease the zerks!
👍💪Nice Job Joe!! That Coleman sounds like it kicks butt! Your side kick made for some fun enter action! Good stuff! Take care!🚜💪🇺🇸
Thanks buddy!
They're directly compared to the Yamaha Rhino. Parts are almost interchangeable
Looks like my next purchase. Been thinking of getting one anyway. Also bought some T-post
to use in a cutover I am leasing. Thanks as usual for doing an awesome video!

I have one too buddy. I use and enjoy em both. Take a look at my Ky deer video from this year. Tagged a giant with my xbow. 😁😁😁
Hey Kapper; you know that I am just jealous of you right??? 🤣. Appreciate you buddy (and I owe you a call back!! Sorry man).
Thanks Paul! We have been really happy with ours. And we best on it pretty bad. Good luck and send me pics!
GREAT RIDE VERY HELPFUL
Thanks for watching!
Suggestion instead of pouring the corn on the ground where if you have continuous rain for a few days, it could spoil then if you have hogs oh boy! Take a hand spreader use it. You’ll have corn that last for weeks and I’ll always be dry.
Good suggestion, thank you. It usually only lasts a few days, but great point. Fortunately no hogs!
I have the Electric version of this and I absolutely love it.
The Sector E1?
Yes, a 2022 version. Keep it on my rural property in central MO.
Thats awesome. I actually have a 2017 E1 and will be doing a lithium swap in an upcoming video. It has been a great machine.
Nice review-ish! Didn't even know about the Coleman until this video. I'll check it out now. Thanks!
I've been looking a good priced machine, and have seen the coleman and wanted a honest opinion, Thank you.
Thanks for watching!
Thanks guys, the video was extremely helpful. I appreciate it
No problem Antonia; thanks for watching!
Yes it was a good video. Quick and informative. We want one for deer lease and around the land for gardening and chores. Does it have power steering or even need it.
Hey! No power steering, but I have never felt like I needed it. Thing is a tank. Appreciate you watching. 😁👍🏼👊🏼
Nice work Joe, looks like a good utilitarian machine. Gets the job done, and sometimes that's all you want. Felling you can run it through anything is a good feeling. Good luck this year!!
Thanks Tom! It sure does make getting around easier. Good luck to you too! When is PA Deer Camp 2021?
@@JoeTheFarmer After Thanksgiving, a ways off yet, but lots to keep us busy til then.
Can’t wait!!!
Great video. I need to try buck bourbon an the t-post camera mount.
Both are great products man! Been fun tinkering with different things and eliminating what doesn’t work and focusing on what does. Lots of great stuff out there (and lots of not so great!). Thanks for watching!
Looks awesome, I’d like to give them a try for sure.
They are fun bro! Been tough on this one for sure.
I have a coleman deer tree version. I love it. Awesome video by the way.
Awesome! We love ours too. You couldn't tell by the way we work it...but it's one hard worker!!!

Cool. I’m in the market for a side by side. I plan on purchasing in the next 6 months to a year.
This one is a tank!
Looking at this side by side and the one Lowe's has . Thanks for the video
Great review. But my thought throughout the video is "How much to hunt your property? 😊
🤣🤣🤣. Thanks man! Appreciate you watching. It’s amazing what results we have gotten from the work we put in. Blessed to have it my friend.
Just got me massimo used hopefully it does good , motor sounds good on yours seems as u can tell by the motor of how it sounds u got a good one Tks

Great looking machine.
Thanks! Also; you have a great name!!!
I have a 410 Massimo
Nice! I looked at a Massimo TBoss and it’s a BAD machine!

I think that I well be getting one of them side by side it look like a very nice one
It does the job brother!!! And it’s tough as nails. Thanks for watching. 👍🏼👊🏼
You should give it a propane conversion. The kit is cheap, the fuel is cheap, the engine will last 3x longer and it will take care of your octane problem for cheap, too. Also, engines that run on propane emit 60% fewer emissions. Thanks for uploading. Cheers.
I hear you; but the propane kit reduces the slope rating about 15%. I would rather keep the lower center of gravity.

Thanks James; and thanks for watching!
I purchased the 2022 model 700 cc. At 40 miles it broke down. Unable to use it now. Maybe the older models have better quality parts. The warranty co. in Tx. are hard to get a hold of. Will be calling them again first thing Monday morning.
Sorry man; where did you buy it? At 40 hrs may be worth pushing the retailer to swap it out.
@@JoeTheFarmer Lowes sold it to me. I already tried to get them to swap it out but the said after 30 days they can't. The nearest service shop to me is 45 miles away so I am trying to figure out the problem myself.
That’s frustrating for sure. What’s the problem?
I know that doesn’t help the frustration, but hopefully it gets resolved quickly for you
Those are made by Hisun, correct? Great video.
Thanks for watching. Yep; these are Hisun machines.
Thanks for sharing
Appreciate you watching! 👍🏼👊🏼
Have experienced an occasional problem with a loud pop when starting off is 1st gear.
I have heard that when coming out of 4wd. The differential unlocking. But hasn’t been a problem. I would change the diff fluids if you haven’t already. But could also be the cvt belt needing adjustment if it happens every time.
I just saw the one at Lowe’s yesterday and I like it but it has bucket seats
I have seen those. They have some differences. This one has a bench seat. Pretty comfortable too. But boy do we abuse this thing. Makes me feel bad. Lol
Are you feeding an watching deer for particular reason ? Or just fun to see moving about ?
We enjoy watching them; but will also take a few for our family’s diet each year. Very healthy protein. If you watch our most recent video we talk about this in particular. Just a part of our lifestyle. Beautiful animals and we enjoy having them on the farm (but away from the garden! Lol). Thanks for watching!
I heard from a friend who heard from a friend That they use whale oil In the crancase. Seriously though, I would change the oil as soon as you got it home.
Changed it at about 40 hrs and every 50 since. 😁👍🏼👊🏼

Thanks for watching Robert! Sure makes getting into tough spaces a whole lot easier.
I was looking at this machine yesterday. Looking for a cheap alternative from Polaris and can am.

a friend has one and it jumps out of gear on a hill....tried to get warranty work and only place was a state away......
Yes, service work can be a challenge. We have had a lot of luck and I can service it; but if something serious happens it can be a journey. BUT, it has been a really reliable machine.
Sure wish I could win something! Love ya Guys
And we love you TOO! 😁👍🏼👊🏼
I have a 2014 Mossimo MSU 400 almost the same machine.
Happy with it?
Yeah for the most part. I have used it for plowing snow up in Michigan. Just my driveway and some neighbors. Works good for that. The emergency break has gotten stuck on me cause a rear diff to over heat and burned out seals… expensive repair. That’s my only complaint so far.
Does the 550 have enough power for big hills or would you recomend the 750 for that?
Hey Eric; thanks for watching. Just depends on what you want to do. I’m a big guy and it can transport me, bags of feed, tools, etc up a steep hill without a grunt. Our whole farm is hills and never have an issue. I would only worry about the 750 if you plan to tow a lot. Or just want more juice. It’s already a quick machine so I don’t know that the 750 could do a lot more unless you wanted to haul trailers with a lot of weight.
I could use one of these.
It’s a workhorse for sure. Thanks for watching! 😁👊🏼
We need more updates on the Coleman please.
Real question; what would you like to see?
@@JoeTheFarmer any updates on how it's holding up and are you still happy with it, thanks
Hey Tim; very happy with it and it was in out last video weighed down with a whole lot more than it should have been. Great little machine man!
Glad to hear it's holding up , have same machine for about a year and a half, so far so good. Enjoyed the video . thanks.
Thanks for the feedback. 👍🏼
Good video. How is your sorghum screen doing? I ordered a Honda side by side 500 for 8500 but it may never come in. :)
Hey Kurt; that Honda will last forever man. It will come in. May be 2025. Lol. My father in law has a pioneer. Great machine. Screening looks GREAT! I’ll post a pic to Instagram this weekend. Been super happy with that product bro. Appreciate you watching!

Don’t look like a bad machine I kind a like it

Will it be good for running hog traps?
Not sure man; but I would think it would be as good as any other machine. Only real drawback is that it’s loud. But we ran the heck out of it today and do all of the time. It’s a great little machine imo. Oh; and no power steering. But that doesn’t bother me at all. My wife doesn’t like that about it.
what utv is not made in china ? good vid thx
Thanks Baker! It’s still going strong. Quality fuel and fluids and been a workhorse.
Well I guess there's nothing like riding around on a little vehicle, putting out a bunch of bait and hanging out cameras to do all the work of the modern-day Hunter!
Totally. Nothing like it. Especially the little vehicle.
What is the top speed for the 550 coleman?
Not sure but I would think 40-45mph. It’s way faster than our Kawasaki Mule
Lol.
Good luck with this year deer hunting, the more cameras posted the better chance you have seeing deer before your neighbor kills them .
Thanks Tony! Good luck to you too buddy!!!!
They carry a lot of parts on Amazon
@@JoeTheFarmer you really made a compelling argument for it so thanks for the response. I enjoy your videos. Have a great day!
