They don't think frying does damage, and that's the ingredients they like. I don't think I would like it with my Southern American palette. lol You never know though, I'd try it.

With respect, the GOLIATH GROUPER is an endangered species (as in critical)....not to mention, these large fish aren't even the best for actual food. Large, old, fish have far more worms and parasites than smaller/med sized fish. This is a shame....and i'm not a fish-hugger. I love fishing and eating fish, but not endangered fish.

They're so "endangered" Florida just allowed the limited harvest of them lol.
If I recall, they were removed from the species of concern list in 2006.
