“Your hands are a really good indicator of your overall hygiene” YES! I ised to never think about that and when i thinknof self care and body care nails would be last personally. But im so glad you said this because when i really think about it, anyone that has had nice nails or clean well kept nails ALWAYS stands out. Its such a nice touch! And i bet it feels amazing and can be therapeutic
I used to be a licensed manicurist about 40 years ago. When I was going to school to become a manicurist I was taught to examine a client’s nails carefully. Many people would make it a habit to get regular manicures done but would go for several years or even decades without seeing a doctor. If I noticed something in a client’s nails that indicated they might have some type of health problems I was instructed to tell them I could not give them a manicure until they bring a note from a medical doctor stating it was alright for them to have a manicure. Of course since I was never a medical doctor I would never tell a client what medical ailments they might be suffering from since that would be practicing medicine without a license. My job along with giving manicures was encouraging clients to go see a medical doctor when it was necessary for their health.
Actually there were too many for me to remember all of them. A few that I do remember were thin nails. Nails with deep vertically ridged running down them. Nails that separate from the finger that was not due to hitting something in an accident. Of course we were taught never to tell a client that they had any one particular disease as that would be practicing medicine without a license which is illegal.
Here's another tip: You can also use deodorant not only on your armpits, but also on your feet or chest (or any place where you tend to sweat) to help with your overall smell.
Oh I've been using prose (skin care and haircare) for about a yr now, and it's a huge investment but I have noticed a huge different in both areas compared to products I've used religiously 3yrs
Blemishes are also caused by the hormonal imbalances due to Hashimoto (thyroid illness) for example😃 So if you have it and have problems with blemishes, bad acne in general don't worry, it's not a bad hygiene, it's just body's reaction to hormonal changes of your thyroid
Please do a video of voice control. Like you have such a great vocal voice. And I'm an inside voice, but when I do videos, my voice is nothing like how I talk. You might have some insight into this!
You have the same name of my mom lol (but hers have just 1 “n”)!! Great video!!! One thing I’ve noticed that helps me to sleep earlier is going to the gym at night… Ik most prefer to do so in the morning, an so do I, but for now I’ll be changing my shift and pray I can change it again once I fix my sleep schedule!
I mean I can't do anything about that some micro veins(?) broke and have tiny little red dots showing inside of my skin or my stork bites. I don't need test to know my skin (extremely sensitive, dry, and oily at the T) I mean my go to skincare is cleanser, snail mucin, a gel cream or a retinol (lotion for my face), or a zinc oxide cream. For lips to don't be chapped or bitten I use a zero waste packaged local one (walnut oil and whatnot) I use a 'cuticle oil' once in a while and a lash serum. Also sunscreen. I try to use natural cosmetics or hypoallergenic ones.
@@juliiannalee if you can, basic essentials would also be great! I feel like people always talk about different ones, so I somehow struggle to build a wardrobe with accurate basic essentials! 😊
omg hi am from Saudi Arabia I knew you since I was a teen loved your lookbook then it was so inspirational to me now am in my 30s still happy to see again ❤

What were some of the signs to watch for?

If you smell that much from your chest, you probably need to see a doctor
i love that you always put some pictures to exemplify what you're talking about
