Hello, i have a private health insurance and ive just checket out the dentalservice provoded by Ottonova. It says that the Gray part is die Anteil von GKV which means the public health insurance will pay it. But i have private helath insurance. In this case who pays die Anteil von GKV? Will my private insurance cover it?

I am confused regarding the ergo insurance here.they will mirror only what the public insurance can pay.so if the TK insurance will not pay for inlays or bridges, they will pay zero too.so what´s the point of getting a additional insurance? Ím not sure if ottonova or feather is also like that.
I think you are talking about normal Ergo Private insurance. This is an extra dental insurance which covers the things which your private and public insurance doesn't cover. If you have any query then you can simply call ottonova and feather and check with them if they are going to cover the things you want or not .

Hi, i have ongoing braces treatment in India, 4 to 5 months treatment is still left. The extraction of 4 premolars are done already. I have tk insurance and i want to continue my treatment there in Germany. Can you suggest something?
Usually insurances do not cover problems which happened before getting the insurance so I think it is not possible but you can check with TK if they offer something. but as it is a special case. I am really not sure how they will handle it.
