I'm not into Chinese really because of the oils and MSG which I normally feel the difference on the stomach but some vegans/vegetarians will give it a try sometimes.
That lobster roti and the turkey one too looked so delicious the shark sandwich looked good too I wonder how the shark meat taste, what a beautiful country looks amazing

Awesome video highlighting the diversity of our Trinbago 🇹🇹 cuisine. One thing though, 'floats' or 'fry bakes' have their influence from 'puff puff' and mandazi which came with our enslaved African ancestors.
For the folks who keep saying it's still Indian food and it's "influence" from India, know your history. During the slave trade days the British brought over Indian indentured laborers to T&T to work on the sugar cane plantations and with it they brought over their religion, customs, culture and cuisine. To say it's not Trinidad food it's still Indian is oxymoronic. And btw you see that bake and shark and maracas beach... It's not "influenced" by India or any other country. THAT'S 100% TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO 🇹🇹 !
saying it's t&t is stupid n offensive lol. chana, kachori, chutney n lots of other stuff 100% indian. you all made a t&t version of it cool. but saying it's from t&t nah fam it's indian. In india we love manchurian and chilli potato and we call it indo-Chinese (though they're 100% originated in india)
