I currently own a 2013 S6 with the 4.0 V8TT. The S8 is my next car, as soon as our government let's out of lockdown!! Transporter here I come.
I love the S8 headlights. Do yourself a favor and buy the Plus model it's on par with the rs7 with 605hp

I had an old 2004 A6 with the 4.2 V8. Does it have the torque curve where its above 90 mph and it just hauls ass?
Ill be honest mate i didn’t take it to those speeds, but I wouldn’t be surprised. The car definitely just wanted to keep accelerating. Gosh you’re making me reminisce haha

I started with a 2014 s7 and stage 4 tuned it... then went to the s8..... its a Monster especially tuned!!!
Stage 4 on your s7! What sort of numbers are we talking about here? What did you do to your s8? Really did love that car that 4 wheel drive system is just amazing
@@sparksnvolts6855 just ran rs7 turbos, srm inlets, full awe race exhaust,apr downpipes, dsg tune,and ds1 stage 4 tune.. S8 has downpipes,intake and stage 2 ds1... runs high 10s...the s7 just couldnt handle the torque with the dsg tranny..

Actually it has two identical turbos, one for each bank :)

My friend used to have a 2016 it felt like I was floating. I've been in e63, c63 and bmw m6 non of them felt anything like it
Mate honestly i really loved how this car felt. Floating but super fast and flat. I’ll be honest though, i heard the gen before one with the v10 and I’m in love! Think id prefer that one.

the 4.2 diesel is good in these too
I can imagine, but for a thrilling drive you have to pick this one surely?
Fuel consumption is better with the super diesel along with everyday better mpg, perrrrrfect
