    Plz make video on ankylosing spondylitis treatment and do mention pranayam duration to regrow cartilage of hip and spine ,
    i do practice Kapalbhati and anulom-vilom for 2-2 hours morning and 2-2 hours evening, do not see any mobility in spine and hip thus far, ESR is -54 , HB - 14.5 after pranayam and otherSGPT and Creatin results are in normal range, and complete bamboo spine with fused SI Joints and 4th stage of hip

    Sir thank you so much for helping thousands of people, I have ibs diarrhea (5-6 bowel movement a day with some mucus) from last 8 months and have suffered a lot because of it, lost 10KG weight too, I am underweight now.
    So my question is that in this condition for how many minutes should I do it, also should I do it two times or only once in the morning

    kabhi kabhi pet saaf hota hai kabhi nhi hota hai
    jab pet saaf nhi hota tab kapalbhati sahi se nhi ho pata hai aur karte hain to bhi thodi irritation hoti hai aur energy down feel hota hai...

    Guruji mujhe 5 years say halki sardi hai mera naak bandh rahata hai toh anulom vilom nahi kar paata hu kya karu jal neti karta hu roj shivambu say pahilay 3-4 months goonn gonay paani say kiya uska baadh shivambu say kar raha hu lekin sardi thik nahi ho rahi kyuki pet thik say saaf nahi hota hai kya karu batayiya

    Pranam guruji, thankyou very much for your videos and guidance, i wanted to ask, is kapalbhati different for tridoshas? Or any specific technique for kapalbhati for different doshas?
    My another question is, everytime i do kapalbhati, my stomach gets more constipated. Can you please guide me.

    Muje aapke video bht achhe lagte hai. Meri age 43 year hai .mai pichle 15 saalo se yog kr rahi hu . Kpaalbhati 15 minutes 10 minutes lom vilom or kuch exercises or mai fit hu bs kabhi kabhi mera bp low ho jaata hai Ab pichle 1 month se mera right side knee mai pain start ho gai hai bs upstairs chadte uterte hi hoti hai . Aap muje btao mai kya karu . Doctor k paas mai jana nahi chati naa hi mere paas doctor k lye paise hai

    Ab jarur karenge kapaalbhati.
    Guruji kon kon se ayse yoog hai jo.jinka pet saaf na bhi ho to kiya ja sakta hai.

    Anulom vilom me zaroori hai ki jab k
    naak se saas le aur chodo to dono me hi same tym lagna chahiye
    Mai left naak se saas bhrti hu to 2-3 sec lagte hai aur right se 6 se 7
