    Mujhe morning me empty stomach me ayuravedic medicine khane he me pranayam ke bad lu ya before pranayam .mane suna he pranayam ke 15 minutes ke bad kuch halka khana jaruri he mujhe skin ka medicine khana he me giloy Ghana bati, neem ghan bati, kaya kalp bati khana he me kase khau.     Well said. Mai yog nahi karta tha. Par ab mai 9 baje roz 10-10 min kapalbhati, anulom vilom karta hun, 2 min me 100 breathe bhastrika. Abhi mai savere 5 baje ka plan kar raha hun.

    Yes there is a way that Yog will work..It was approximately same with that yog was doing negative effect on my health whenever i try ..i was sad feeling that as no medicine is also not working ..is there any soln...i finaly found in yog but with change and now its only with anulomvilom and for only 5-7 times in a day that i feel so healthy energetic...jubliant and much more....the change i have followed is that pls do this with rechak and relaxing with normal breathing after one set of alternate breath in anulom vilom..
    I have come to conclusion that applying small breaks (relaxing by simple breathing)is much more important than continous alternate nostril breathing.. i think these breaks should be followed in everypranyam...
    Baba ji pls share with other people for whom yog is not working in your next video..thanks lot for your good intentions also...

      Arati Kothari hi i also suffered from anxiety for long time. But yoga and pranyam recovered me lots from this terrible mental disease. Learn it from a professional yoga guru to get best out of it. Also physical activity is very important to get relief from anxiety thought.
