Did you get into med school??!
hey i got a 77 in double science 7 in maths and 66 in english do u think i can still study medicine? i did get a 7 in history too the rest of my grades range from 5-6
Yea you definitely can! You’ve got 7s in science and a 6 in English which most med schools ask for. The other grades don’t matter as much unless you apply to somewhere that uses points and counts all your GCSEs
@@ChristinaAaliyah thankyou so much!
@@ChristinaAaliyah hey i just watched ur ucat video and i got a 2240 would application to keele sunderland and plymouth still be okay or do you recommend anything else? cause i’m panicking a lot now as the ucat average just dropped
Hey Tara, did you meet the cut offs for Sunderland and Keele?
@@ChristinaAaliyah i don’t think so keele said scores lowers than 2280 will not be considered and sunderland say u must be within the top 8 deciles
If you do 8 subjects for GCSE is it enough?
It should be :) most places just ask for 5 passes x
Do I need maths GCSE to become a HCA with the NHS
I think you’ll need a pass, but I don’t think there’ll be higher requirements than that :)
@@ChristinaAaliyah oh I don't have maths gsce :(
That’s ok :) Do you have a numeracy qualification?
@@ChristinaAaliyah what's that? Do you mean level 2 functional skills? Because I don't, I tried but couldn't pass it :(
I’ve had a look online and it says:
‘There are no set entry requirements to become a healthcare assistant. Employers expect good literacy and numeracy and may ask for GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and maths. They may ask for a healthcare qualification, such as BTEC or NVQ.’

Hope this helps ✨
Hi, so am currently doing A-levels
And I got 6s in chemistry, 3s in physics, 2s in maths and 5s in english
Do u think I can get into dentistry?
Hey Surfoodeen, Newcastle hasn’t listed any GCSEs on their website and I think a few others don’t use GCSEs too, you can have a look here to see which dentistry schools will accept your grades ❤️ www.medicmind.co.uk/dental-school-comparison-tool/
I want to do dentistry 5in bio, 5in chem 6in physics 5in maths and it’s looking very unlikely ☹️
oh no you don't need good grades just A's and B's.... great...
