This and Denver 1988 are no question the two Def Leppard concerts I would die to see live
Ah, 1983, what a great year that was for me .. one of those years when everything clicked into gear .. Pyromania became an obsession that i never truly got over..
My Gosh! What a live! And only 13 days before Rick's tragic accident. Exceptionnal quality and groove !
Cheers ;)

Great to see this again on youtube, missed the beginning on TV in 1984...👍
One of the very, very best British rock bands. It’s as simple as that!
They are English, the English should own their greatness. I'm Scottish, but i will not try and claim it as my countries greatness. They ain't from my neck of the woods although i wish they were.
I just don't get the British thing, for a kick off, i'm neither English, Welsh nor Irish and i can't be all of them together so i'm not British. Having said that i love this truely legendary band from England.
@@caveman385 that’s like saying “I’m not from the United States, I’m from Kansas”
@@BigTony-bf5jr No it isn't, Scotland is a nation, England is a nation, Wales is a nation and Northern Ireland is a nation. We all have very distinct accents, different geography, view society in many different ways, Scotland has a constitution.
Do not conflate a state in America called Kansas with four distinct countries in the 'UK' that even have their own languages. England had about 7 different accents! Scotland about 6, Wales has about 2 or 3 variations and the Ulster Scots accent is just one of many accents on the Isle of Ireland. Kansas it ain't and these guys are unmistakably English, i would know, their accent is not Scottish and 100% percent English. Dumb statement mate.
