Was this the only album with JLT? I remember this song growing up but not much else but I love these 2 together and I wanna get some cds but were there different lead singer's for different albums!! I grew up on Crue Cinderella White Lion Europe Poison Skid Row Winger Kiss Ozzy Metallica and so on and sadly my childhood cassette collection was destroyed in a flood and I'm trying to get my favorites and some I just didn't follow like Iron Maiden WASP Hurricane Dirty Looks XYZ and others that I absolutely love today!! I was only 14 but still.

Joe is a cool singer, who's managed to maintain his voice remarkably well up to the present day. He's managed to improve most of the bands he joined - with the couple of cases where people raise an eyebrow - being when he replaced legends - and still he did so, with pretty damn good results. He deserves every bit and ounce of respect, for being who he is. Sufficiently rock star, w/o being an egomaniac and very talented at the same time. Fantastic.

They open with this song left and right, total banger Hold On? My mind imagines crowd noise when I hear this song. Banger Heaven Tonight? Chart topping banger Dreamin? Emotional, goose bump giving, banger Bite the Bullet/Riot in the Dungeon? Catchy af, great lyrics (Die on your feet or live on your knees) fuckin banger Deja Vu? Mystique, riffs, and a catchy ass chorus. Banger Crystal Ball? It exudes stage fog and has a perfect vibe, also mystique. Banger Now Is the Time? Does Bon Jovi better than Bon Jovi does Bon Jovi. Banger Faster Than the Speed of Light? Banger and a headbanger at that. Sick solo and sick chorus. Krakatau? Instrumental, but fast opening and an explosion in the middle. Banger. Only song on Odyssey that is forgettable is the last one, which is fine because that's easily skippable, but man Odyssey is nothing but bangers otherwise. Not even an average song, they're all amazing.

Ah ... Joe is a man of his own presence but always managed to get eclipsed by crazy-@ss full-of-themselves megalomaniac guitar players. Honestly, in this video there is way too much of Yngwie. It should be 2/3 handsome Italian boy Joe and the rest 1/3 can be split between the others in the band.

Here's a singer." I say that with all due respect to Joe, because he sounds great. The team aspect could've been worked on for the video. Otherwise, it's more like Yngwie, and some people behind him.

Saw this tour at The Channel up in Boston in ‘88. Fantastic show and Yngwie threw his red leather jacket with tassels to his roadie and missed him by a country mile… landed literally in my arms. Saw this tour at The Channel up in Boston in ‘88. Fantastic show and Yngwie threw his red leather jacket with tassels to his roadie and missed him by a country mile… landed literally in my arms. Security was all over me thinking I was gonna run away with it or something lol. No way was I going to miss the rest of that show. :)
