i hate how eidolons vary on how they power spike a unit. some can function perfectly fine without them like tingyun, dr ratio while some don't have half their kit without eidolons like yukong(E6 grants her one stack upon using ult, nice quality of life) sampo(he needs E4 just so he can detonate his wind shears), qingque(E4 is a massive spike in damage as she essentially does two attacks in one) and firefly(E1 makes her take action again after weakness break while E2 makes her not consume skill points while on empowered form. she's still usable without eidolons but it's such a massive quality of life change that it's worth going for E2)
In my personal opinion whenever I pull for a character (E0), I always immediately pull for their Lightcone (LC) to have them at E0S1. I don’t about a character’s eidolons, whether their broken or not (standard character eidolons don’t count since you could lose a 50/50 and get them *sigh* my Clara’s E5 cus of that). The only character I specifically went to get their eidolons for was Jade, she’s E1S1, why? Because it opens up for for to be a more flexible character and more usable in MoC…I don’t regret getting her eidolon either :)
I just started playing so its like getting the character at all is crazy lucky so let alone 7 of them. But I guess when I get to that on endgame level like land of carnage in disgaea then I'll feel the e6s10 whatever. Idek what the s is when people say that lol
Heres my thing, i dont need that many characters XD i already cant afford the fuel for the relics of the characters I DO want. Aventurine, acheron, feixiao, clara, etc. etc. why would I pull for a character I am not gonna use? I would rather just get more eidelons.
I like to treat eidolons or lightcones as me saying "I want to continue using this character for a long, LONG time"
