Yeah he's pretty perceptive on some of these trailers/characters. As someone who has sadly watched a lot of these reacts to the trailer, he's catching a lot of things most people miss. Hell, a lot of things people who play the game miss. Stuff like realizing Kafka, SW, and Blade are an illusion immediately in Acheron's trailer, guessing some characters gameplay (Silver Wolf's video game themed stuff, Robin singing midgame), and the Blade revenge thing. Even noticing the weirdness of Geppy's weapon. It's a guitar case, btw. If he ever reads this. It's actually Serval's (the guitar rock star) guitar case modified into a shield. And at the end of the trailer he's singing one of Serval's songs. Serval is his sister. They have a younger sister (Lynx) in the game too but just a 4 star with no trailer.
the power level of star rail is much higher than genshin due to the setting in the entire galaxy with many planets, while genshin is set in 1 planet so hoyo have to limit it to a more local power scaling.
I mean we have FF literally blowing up a Planet and thats not even close to any of these top tier character full power FF included I doubt that's her full power.
Not sure the concept of power scaling works as well here just because of how power itself is abstracted into the concept of narratives interacting. Play your role well enough, you can do what the role wants you to and along the way some of what you personally want. But it doesn't matter whether that role is "commander of an army sweeping through the galaxy blowing up star systems" or "child trying to sell flowers on a street corner", as neither is automatically dominant over the other and sometimes the former will be utterly undone because of the latter. You don't so much see characters getting more powerful as getting better at playing narrative roles and sometimes expanding on their "acting range".
@@DanaOtken nah its mostly a fine concept. there are certain specific abiities and ways power manifest that can bring up questions, but raw power wise, star rail's peak is above genshin's peak as far as different characters power levels. now that's not to say that your average path strider is above your average vision user, but the top tier power in genshin might not even be able to scratch an eminator, let alone an aeon. acheron's on screen feats are roughly equal to raiden shogun's stated feats, but based on several factors and how her power is described, her on screen feat should be literally a single drop in the ocean compared to her full lore power, and even that may be an understatement depending on some further speculation. however that said, i think as far as confirmed powers, you should only take known feats as directly stated. so in this for arguments sake instance i'd put acheron and raiden on the same power level but you have to remember, there's known planet busters, and galaxy busters among eminators. herta was literally given the knowledge on how to build a bomb capable of literally deleting like a 4th of a galaxy in one quest... the scales of powers and weapons in star rail is insane. the only real question mark for me in genshin's story is how decenders work, on a wider scale. described as "wills that rival the entire world" with the ability to remake and or control the world with their will in the same way someone moves their hand. actual god like reality warping power is what it sounds like, but its hard to say to what extent this actually is cause we still know so little. only thing we know is that it isn't something like raw power, but more like a metaphysical power over things to an unknown extent. doesn't really matter if you have the power to control and remake a world like some god if that world and the surrounding 100 thousand worlds get blinked out of existence because herta wanted to test a bomb for fun.
Aeons are quite high in scaling Even genshins archons are only near emanator lvl at best While there are higher powers in genshin we haven't really been shown that (yet) My guess full power traveler might be aeon lvl or aleast high tier emanator

Nice, for more info about Star Rail, its a very different "scale" from Genshin, because Star Rail background is on space and We literally travel from planet to planet, but at the same time the map is smaller(main game is Turn Based, for the map I like to call it "Open Map, close world")meanwhile Genshin is as You know country scale(1 planet), but since its open world the map is bigger, if You ever react to ZZZ, the main map is more like Star Rail, but the gameplay is like standard fighting game, don't forget to check out HSR Version trailer, We have the banger 2.0 version White Night, also Genshin 1.0-5.0, unfortunately ZZZ is new and only up until 1.2 for now

You know, I think Jiaoqiu's trailer's actually hinting that he cooked those enemies. He reminds me of a TV show (can't remember the name) in which the main character is a chef who makes cuisine out of human meat. He's talking about the dishes while showing him literally seasoning the monster, shackling it, putting some fire on them and drowned them in an exploding hot pot. And the music does have a spooky vibe to it, too. And, if you're curious, that dessert at the end is called blood tofu, or blood jelly. The real life version is made from duck blood, but I highly suspect that Jiaoqiu's using a "stronger" ingredient.
