Could you please do a lesson on 'Past simple&Past perfect continuous tense' using the same sentences as examples. Can we use them interchangeably? What is the difference between: 'I was sleeping when it started raining' and 'I had been sleeping when it started raining' ? Or, 'I was eating my lunch when he came over' and 'I had been eating my lunch when he came over'.
