If your skin is sensitive you can use a milder active like vitamin C
You shouldn't use Kojic San on your face.

U are probably using everyday maximum is two a week and you aren't supposed to use it all over your body and are u properly moisturizing and wearing sunscreen
You might be reacting to something there which your body doesn't go well before...its a very nice soap..i use once a week
