Poorly maintained home there. There was mold and mildew coming down the window ledges in front. And the pool coping had same issues. What else does it have going on behind the scenes. Or what else has the owner covered up for that kinda price it better be spotless. Oh the roof tiles also had mildew all over them. Can’t even believe you guys filmed this house in the condition that it is in. Good luck to that buyer god knows what they are getting into.

Roof needs to be pressure washed. Potentially need repairs. At 4 million dollars THATS THE LEAST THEY COULD HAVE DONE PRIOR TO LISTING.
And a new kitchen a few bathrooms need updating. But good bones overall
