With the windows that big on your house I would want them to be one way glass. so that I can still see outside, but no one can see me. Privacy matters a lot specially when it’s my own domain
Especially for a bedroom even though it isn't the master... I'd still feel like everyone was watching me with all those houses around bahaha! So pretty to look out and wonderful for light but scary when you remember everyone can see in, too!

With big windows like that you can't rely on a fence to keep your privacy and I currently live in a place where I constantly have my curtains closed for privacy and I hate it.

From USA - I have noticed that many Canadian homes have surpassed US by far! Canada seems to know how to take advantage of every nook and cranny in homes. It is amazing!

There is a giant hole in the wall where the tree is growing. Whoever planted the tree on the dividing line of the plots was evil. Not my definition of privacy, with that hole this might as well have no walls to begin with.

Over all functionality and aesthetic design of this house is sooo nice! Such a beaut! But if theres one flaw for me is the placement of the laundry area felt a bit off but stil fine.💕
Meh. The neighbors are too close for my comfort. We live on a couple of acre's, so I love the fact that my closest neighbor lives a good distance from my home.
Seeing houses that open to a main living space like a kitchen or a dining room triggers me for some reason. If a realtor brought me to view a house like that, I'd be done right at the front door. I like foyers and halls that lead into main spaces.

One way glass facade only works during the daytime, at night, you can only rely on curtain

If you build a 1.2 million dollar house like that in an upscale neighborhood you will pay double that rediculous asking price. Safety cost.
