Love the apartment and the location---I would not appreciate the Versace touches---a bit too much for me however I would buy the unit in a second---The tour was very well done by these two---Love it !!
Versace what a blast from the past. The outdated brand’s stuff looks so cheap it’s definitely not worth anything near those price tags. Difficult watch for sure. Really enjoyed the swimming pool and gym felt very cozy.
Versace really needs to revamp it's style signature. The brand has remained quite stagnant since the death of Gianni nearly thirty years ago. Customers have been very loyal but things have become very formulaic and unimaginative. It's time for Versace to hire a new visionary design team to reignite the brand.
All luxury products are essentially marketed towards self-made people - in fact, I can't think of any brand that genuinely markets itself to "old families" or the aristocracy.
A nice apartment which has been well decorated. My only complaint is the winter garden. It should have been a balcony with a summer kitchen. Apart from that, nice.
Tom and Jas are back, thank god. The Versace stuff is a little over the top though. I still remember when I was in high school we had a function to go to and one of my father's colleagues came to it wearing a gaudy, flashy black and gold Versace shirt, it was so loud and looked ridiculous. The stuff just doesn't work in the Midwest. LOL
As someone who lives nearby that building is so awful, and now it lights up at night in a obnoxious way. The whole Nine Elms development needs tearing down. I'm massively pro development, but not when it's such low quality. These towers actively lower the quality of the built environment. Behind some of these enormous spreadsheet architecture towers are small two story terrace houses. We should be increasing the density of London by aping Paris or Barcelona, with 7-10 story mansion blocks and not by building mini Hong Kongs in between low density housing. This is achievable if we want to do it, but impossible under the current planning system and there's little incentive to do it given the way we tax land.
To Tacky for me . Service charge Ground rent Parking . You know its going to be super expensive. When you come out of the building it, like standing in the middle of the M1 . Dangerous, noisy and Dirty. We wont even mention the location or people. Big no for me
Exactly, £2m+ priced apartments next to a busy road, busy rail terminus and a dodgy/high crime area. No thanks. That's why DAMAC are using social media to move sales as they must be really struggling to shift these. Bad location and the developer has forgotten the golden rule of real estate: location, location, location.
I don't want anybody's name and logo on my clothes, bags, or shoes, and I certainly don't want it in my home. It's tacky and feels a bit like being owned by them
Thank you for sharing a great condo home in the sky. The views from the home are very nice. I like the kitchen and the living room area.😊 Nice condo!!😊😊
Chilling with my newly elected labour counsellor friend, smoking cigars on the balcony. Looking out over our home, on our custom Vesace pillows. Ahh yes. I really like this one.
Wow.. The interior design really makes the whole appartment look like the venue for a syrian wedding, but (somehow) even more tacky. I was almost expecting a gold AK-47 hanging on the wall. With that said, I don't mean to criticize you guys, you seem like a friendly couple, keep it up!
I'm not a natural English speaker, but what caught my attention in this video are the price tags. You don't have to do everything! Would you rather stay honest or was that your way of showing it? I don't think that's your target group that follows you. I hope for the next positive performance. kind regards
I wouldn’t buy anything Dubai owned and really not impressed with all the gaudy Versace stuff either plus 9 Elms is awful sorry not for me this time. Think they’re not selling very well either
Hi, Does anybody know where this is and if they still offer this experience as I am really in to wildlife so I’d love to know so if anyone knows please could they reply as I’d really appreciate anyone’s help. Regards
Something about the lack of variety in materials (or maybe material placement) is making this feel a little cheap/gimmicky. I can’t really put my finger on it. Even the plants by the pool look so uniformly bland. This hotel doesn’t look “designed” it just look like someone picked four materials that looked “rich” and said, this is luxury 💀
This apartment would honestly look more stylish kitted out in IKEA than all that ugly, dated Versace stuff. Bed in the principal suite might be one of the ugliest beds i've ever seen.
The apartment itself, is nice, but the overuse of versace stuff is too much. The aesthetics screams "Rappers Delight" and when the first set of dressing gowns was shown, I imagined P Diddy, Busta Rhymes and Jamie Foxx in the " Pass the courvoisier" video wearing them... 😂
Whoever spends money on Versace lifestyle products can't be helped. Maybe the same people that buy Versace watches. Its just horrible, nothing to do with luxury. Just screams pretentious.
Don’t like the style……. Very basic flat… the Versace stuff makes the flat look tacky…feels like a 1980’s apartment (just missing the gold toilet).. maybe the target market is for Asian, Eastern European clientele etc…. Standard service apartments with the usual cons …can rent a similar 2 bedroom service style apartment in London for £2900-£3500 pcm…not worth purchasing….
Ironically if you take out all the repugnantly ugly Versace stuff, the apartment itself is quite nice.
Too much of Versace makes it Ugly
Can't agree more ,it's the tackiest development in London for sure. Hence they have been selling for so long
I concur
Awful interior.
These comments lol fashion n interior device opinions of the minimum wage earners lool
I think I'd prefer it without all that designer nonsense

This apartment decor is quite tacky. The Versace decal in the floor is all I would need.
this feels more like gaudy, new money than true luxury. Probably marked up as such also.
And it makes sense since the developer is Damac, from the Middle East
@@ys9205 this doesnt surprise me in the slightest if this is the case.
Without a doubt London is definitely the best city in the world!
Versace what a blast from the past. The outdated brand’s stuff looks so cheap it’s definitely not worth anything near those price tags. Difficult watch for sure. Really enjoyed the swimming pool and gym felt very cozy.

Good taste clearly jumped off the top floor 😂
Best comment 😂😂😂
This made me cackle. the apartment looks so tacky because of the versace design everywhere
The building is more decorated than Dubai. These windowless bathrooms are suffocating.
The glass cover for the cake stand is a cloche
This whole building has a new money vibe 😅.
All luxury products are essentially marketed towards self-made people - in fact, I can't think of any brand that genuinely markets itself to "old families" or the aristocracy.
Bally, Montnlanc@@modfus
New money, no taste
@@modfus There are real old money brands but most people have never heard about them because they don't have £450 to drop on a shirt😭
@@zthxna I know there are brands who play on the "old money" image but the biggest spenders are almost always newly rich.
Some of the finishings are cheesier than a Melrose truck. Cool views and that pool is cool.
This is right up new money alley .
A nice apartment which has been well decorated. My only complaint is the winter garden. It should have been a balcony with a summer kitchen. Apart from that, nice.
My favorite part of the apartment is the game room the gym and the pool 👌
There's a skip lined up for the contents when someone buys that apartment.
Tom and Jas are back, thank god.

Then move
I agree with you petergambrill
Agree 100%
Great pool and spa facilities!
love the winter garden at night
The views are amazing 🤩
One word……. Tacky!
You two are wonderfully refreshing. Playfully sophisticated and so much fun. Best of luck!

Very nice, but I'm sure all the Versace items are for show right? Well, I'd keep some of the stuff, but the rest no thanks, I'd want my own stuff.
I don't want anybody's name and logo on my clothes, bags, or shoes, and I certainly don't want it in my home. It's tacky and feels a bit like being owned by them
Jaz is back!
Choy Choy Choy!!! Who wants to walk in lobby to see Medusa. Bad Feng Shui 😢
Everything is nice except all of the hideous gaudy Versace furnishings.
its a shame they didn’t splurge a bit on the decorations for the apartment.
Tyson Fury would love this
I personally think they didn't go Versace enough. Was expecting it to hit you in the face the moment you walk in
A lesson in how money could cheapen something.
Tom and Jas back 👍
I missed those city apartment tours
Thank you for sharing a great condo home in the sky. The views from the home are very nice. I like the kitchen and the living room area.😊 Nice condo!!😊😊
The properties of this building have not been sold for a very long time if I could remember.
Nice bones, but the versace stuff is tacky.
Versace = garish to my mind!
I love everything about the apartment.
Chilling with my newly elected labour counsellor friend, smoking cigars on the balcony. Looking out over our home, on our custom Vesace pillows. Ahh yes. I really like this one.
Loved the Greek mythology inspired pool area. The facilities are truly just incredible. Great tour!
Very nice. I prefer a 4 bedroom house but this is nice too!
good episode - you're both getting so good at this :)
Why it is not 4k?
Ott on the versace me thinks
Is the water coming out of the tap Versace too?
The apartment is great, the furnishings and decor tacky for lack of better word😬
Wicked view overlooking mi6
Wow nice dugs...... But I must have to leave my clothes in the summer house cause our London apartment doesn't have enough closet space 😢
its rain shower, not waterfall shower
lol, stunning though!!!
love the way they do the price tagging reminds me of that movie half baked wit dave chappele when hes on the date and his money goes down lol
Amaaaazing❤
Pretty sure Matt and Summer featured this building, a different apartment but same Versace branding
its actually quite nice
Who wants to live within a brand advert?
You don’t have to be lumbered with all that Versace tat do you if you buy the property?
Sticking a label on product does not mean good taste, however repeating the label name detracts from the show.
Take away the Versace accesories and it reminds me of a low cost design for a rental property or airport hotel.
Didn’t you already do a Versace building? I’m sure you did this place a few years back. 🤔
Wow.. The interior design really makes the whole appartment look like the venue for a syrian wedding, but (somehow) even more tacky. I was almost expecting a gold AK-47 hanging on the wall.
With that said, I don't mean to criticize you guys, you seem like a friendly couple, keep it up!
Basic standard appart
this dubai concept doesn't work in london in my opinion, two different worlds
This building is a reminder that cocaine is not a substitute for designers.
Too much Versace for me... But that pool was amazing
Is it just me or do others get mixed up between you guys and Matt n Summer, they even sound the same lol
I'm not a natural English speaker, but what caught my attention in this video are the price tags. You don't have to do everything! Would you rather stay honest or was that your way of showing it? I would be scared of using the cutlery 😅 but its all very arty beautiful sunny
The showroom apartment interior itoo tacky but I like the views
I wouldn’t buy anything Dubai owned and really not impressed with all the gaudy Versace stuff either plus 9 Elms is awful sorry not for me this time. Think they’re not selling very well either
- I have a Versace apartment.
- Well it's not yours then.
Now much is this property, the Versace apartment penhouse , you didn't leave a price on your video.Thank you.
This looks like majority of Dubai apartments 😅
What a load of pretentious rubbish this building represents. If people need this to show they’ve “made it” then they are very sad people.
Not really a fan of designer themed property. Everywhere you look there's Versace. Why???
No 1080p :(
How much is the apartment ?
What is the size of this apartment, meters/feet? Thank You
Hi,
Does anybody know where this is and if they still offer this experience as I am really in to wildlife so I’d love to know so if anyone knows please could they reply as I’d really appreciate anyone’s help.

Nice ❤
If I afford I like to buy this building full apartment tour.
Apparently the true top.1% do not flaunt designer labels.
Surprised he didn’t mention Versace…
2.5 million and no lounge , really !!!!! just a sofa !! WTF .... Service charge about 20k a year no doubt!!
haha, probably £60k and upwards per year.
1:55 looks like someone left their phone in the pool or something
My mistress would love this, LV more my bag ...

Does it come with Versace toilet paper ?
Not my cup of tea. Take everything gold out it wouldn't be so bad.
This apartment would honestly look more stylish kitted out in IKEA than all that ugly, dated Versace stuff. Bed in the principal suite might be one of the ugliest beds i've ever seen.
I know gold is supposed to look opulent but it just looks tacky. Eye of the beholder.
Love the apartment, lovely x
not a fan of versace stuff.. quite underwhelmed by the interior design. doesn't seem to be any design , just some overbearing products placment.
Lovley having to worry about people robing knives and forks😮
great tour, great unit, but that Versace decor........ horrific in my opinion.
