കുറച്ചു മണിക്കൂർ മുൻപ് വരെ ഞാൻ ഈ ചാനൽ തപ്പി നോക്കിയതെ ഉള്ളു പുതിയ വീഡിയോ ഒന്നും വന്നില്ലേ എന്നു. വിസ്മയിപ്പിച്ചു കൊണ്ട് കുറച്ചു മുൻപേ നോട്ടിഫിക്കേഷൻ വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു..ഈ ചാനലിന്റെ പ്രത്യേകത എന്തെന്നാൽ project ചെയ്ത engineers/architect ആണ് ഇത് explain ചെയ്തത് എന്നതാണ്. എല്ലാ ആശംസകളും....

Things I liked:
usage of sunlight courtyard, then overall good ventilation and airflow,
Things I disliked:
very less light overall in rooms other than courtyard.
Too many area seems wasted with stairs.
Such big house has very less individual rooms. Like I saw just 3 bedrooms.
Overall this house should have been much better with better utilization of space.
Amazing execution of Architects Idea and flawless (in video) construction....Yes, budget matters!
Amazing architecture . No limits to creativity as long as budget is there :)

How many maid/cleaner required to daily clean this house? Maintenance will be too high to remain clean and retain it's glamour for this house. A house for a businessman. Job Or service people can't afford this.

Available in 3 finishes
1. Unpolished- stone cost - 65-75; laying cost and polishing 145-150
Advantage : looks clean and well finished edges and corners.
2. Polished - stone cost 95-105; laying cost : 45-50
3. Leather finish - stone cost 115-125; laying cost : 45-50
This rate’s doesn’t include sand and cement cost, all rates mentioned are per sqft.
No maintenance, shows all properties of natural stones. Absorbs stains, can be polished again. Good for feet as it’s natural

Good arch. but why so much space needed for bedrooms and other rooms ? waste of money. and tough to maintain. even to clean my 2 rooms daily i find it tough on top of other work. cleaning 7000 sf daily 🙂
