Wow! I just learned more about the gallbladder in this 15 minute video than I have in all the books and articles I've read over the years. I've spent hours going through your many videos (BTW thank you SO much for all the effort that you have gone to). Though I have the majority of the symptoms you mention here, this video REALLY caught my attention when I heard the part about the right shoulder. I've been experiencing excruciating pain in my right shoulder for the last week. I've been eating paleo for the last 4 months and started your adrenal program as soon as I received it 3 days ago. I've also been sipping mostly broth because eating causes my shoulder to hurt more. I also just got that nuts are definitely out... at least for awhile! Prior to reading your comment about nearly killing yourself with the gallbladder/liver cleanse, I was psyching myself up to go on one myself but your comment quickly changed my mind. Given this shoulder pain though, I need a Plan B... like yesterday! I've managed to hold on to my gb for 62 years and would REALLY like to hang on to it for the time I have left. I've been massaging my gb and using your massage gizmo on my back, neck and front. I've also gone to my chiropractor a couple of times. Yet there is still no position I can lay in to sleep because of the pain. I realize I must have gb stones piled up to my eyebrows and I would SO appreciate whatever wisdom you have on what I can do short term to diminish the shoulder pain. I'd love to be able to get some sleep so I can then deal with all my past eating sins with what I hope will be a more gentle process of grace and ease. As well, I'm thinking I'm not the only one that will glean value from knowing. Mahalo nui loa

So what causes gallstones or lack of bile that effects the gallbladder. My gallbladder was removed at age 17 and I’ve been struggling to find info and resources to be healthy since and none of my doctors have been able to help. so this is super validating and I need help my doctors aren’t taking me seriously. I’m still watching and am hopeful.
Wow, eye opening. This explains SO MUCH! Been doing your keto for 7 mths and feeling better (lost 38 lbs too), but this was obviously part of my issue before I started. Thank you for all of your videos. LIFE CHANGING!
I've always had a feminine athletic body type with no waist or belly. But I've been under prolonged stress with much isolation. I know I am adrenal type. You are now my health guru. Thank you and God bless you, you beautiful man!
Interesting that Dr. Berg said 98% of headaches/migraines are related to gallbladder - WOW!! Yesterday I got a headache and traced it back to the salad dressing I ate, which contained MSG. I found that to get rid of an MSG headache faster, to take magnesium.... which I did (magnesium chloride), and it worked! Do you have any idea why it worked?
I have a question: if the gallbladder is the "holding tank" for the bile that the liver produces, what happens to the bile when the gallbladder is removed? To me, it seems like surgical removal of a dysfunctional gallbladder is akin to cutting off an arm because it's sprained or broken; in other words, it would be more logical to REPAIR the gallbladder (like you would a broken arm) than to cut it out. What do you all think?
great job of explaining.......17 minutes of a doctor which probably took an hour or more to create is worth a fortune...your a blessing for many.....a friend just told me she thinks she's got to have her her gall bladder removed...i gave her this video and a couple others with words of encouragement that it is highly recommended to not have your gall bladder removed, and to learn all she can about what she can do to jumpstart her gallbladder on a road back to health by watching as many videos as possible.....i think i learned a few things for myself also....better than any science class
Now I know the reason why sleeping on my left side is so uncomfortable and why my heart beats really fast when I do! The more I watch your videos the more my questions are answered! But the best thing of all is that I am finding solutions...and working on the solutions is so much better than having anxieties of not knowing what is going on! I am feeling so much better...and I am doing it one step at a time! Merci!
I have slept on my left side for the past thirty-years; but since I started having gall-bladder trouble (about 4 months ago) I started sleeping on my right side. I couldn't believe I was doing this. This video has explained to me why I changed this deeply-ingrained habit.
I JUST got back from the emergency room. Was told for the first time ever that I was suffering for years with fatty-clogs or "lack of bile" build up in my intestines. This vid was/is awesome. THANKS.
You teach in a way that any viewer can understand an otherwise complex topic. "If you can't explain something simply, then you don't understand it well enough," is a quote that reminds me of the way you teach. Your keen knowledge is very evident, and I am thankful for your videos!
My gallbladder was removed in 2011 ever since I’ve been having all those problems.. Thank you 🙏🏼 so much for all these information I love watching your videos..
I had an exploded gallbladder so of course I had a cholecystectomy...but the damage from the bile juices and infection ruined my bile ducts leading to a hepaticojejunostomy and many boughts of pancreatitis...it took 2 years to finally get my body well...it always enjoy your videos..thank you
This was amazingly helpful to me. I suffer from headaches and puffy eyes, but I'm grainfree and nightshade free, so I thought I had my carbs and sugar under control, but I eat a lot of nuts and meats (grass fed) etc. and realized after watching this video it has to be my gallbladder. I'm a herbal doctor and with this info, I quickly got myself a dose of slippery elm and dandelion root and WOW almost instant relief. My headache went away in minutes. Why do we neglect such an important organ? It gets almost no attention in academia and yet is so important for general health. Thank you again, Dr. Berg.k
This doctor is just simply amazing. I've been watching his videos and I'm gonna watch more. I learned so much from him. Thank you, Doctor! BTW, I'm a nurse. So it is nice to keep myself knowledgeable.
Agreed… These briefings have been instrumental to the point where my GP is now adivising more than directing. I shake my head seeing the professionals dealing with the current career ending pressures taken by management for ‘violating’ corporate politics to use patented compounds and protected procedures. I have a undergrad in clinical neurology and cardiology and never saw this kind of overview in school… sometimes it seems like I’m now getting briefs on endocrinology 👍
I'm now so glad I didn't get to the hospital when I had a really serve attack, as I couldn't walk to the gate to get to a taxi. I asked my doctor what the hospital would have done as treatment and he said they would have removed my gallbladder. Yikes. Anyway after a few more attacks I stopped them from getting severe by drinking the juice of 1/2 a lemon straight. After doing this a couple of times I stopped getting the attacks.
Dr. Berg, Thank you so much for taking the time to explain and teach this amazing information. I'm a "certified holistic nutritional gut specialist." I listen to your videos to gain more knowledge and I also share them with my patients. You're such a wonderful addition to humanity. Keep up the good work!! Blessings!!
God bless you Dr Berg I am tears literally weeping as I type you answered every question I had in the first 7 minutes of your video and you told me why my right shoulder and rib have been hurting so much lately as well as headaches itching eyes belching bloating etc 7 years I've been this way and today I am so hopeful I could shout and I will just as soon as I wipe up this puddle of tears! :) God is so good! I am so grateful he has set apart people such as you. I pray you know Jesus as your Saviour. Eternal life is a gift and you can receive it now by faith in the only begotten Son of God Jesus Christ who died in your place to save your soul from hell. God bless you.....as you have blessed me.
Amen and Amen. You might want to try slippery elm like suggested and also Licorice root, they lubricate (coat)the stomach. Also try some digestive enzymes that will help your liver breakdown (digest) the foods without the liver releasing so much bile.
Dr. Berg I'm new to your site but already I Can tell you are one of the few people with a youtube channel who have a clue, and actually knows what he is talking about. You explain everything so well everyone can understand it. We need more doctors like you. Thanks
Oh man this just described me. I had my gallbladder removed and now have all these symptoms. Also been having horrible chest and back pain even into my neck. Trouble with my eyes. Just all of it.
My Wife had gall stones and was told to have her gall bladder removed. She started Native trandinional medicine and got rid of the stones in 3 months. She took dandelion root and rock root. You boil them in water, strain and drink a litre a day.
All your internal organs need to be 'shaken' at least a couple of times a day, this helps loosen and drain them clean -- which is why you always feel better after a brisk walk for 20 minutes. I used to use a skipping rope for this purpose -- also the calf muscles pump your blood (they are a secondary pump to the heart) and in so doing this greater flow of blood through your veins clears them of 'sludge'.
I usually go for a 3-4 or 5 mile very easy and slow jog and feel much better. it makes sense that our bodies need to be 'shaken up' a few times a week AT LEAST
The combination of visual drawings and audio helps me process this information well. Most of us respond better to visual information. Your videos are lifesavers. I am so grateful for them. This may solve my digestive issues which I could not pinpoint. I am buying your product on Amazon today. Thank you doc!
Thank you so much for such an informative and detailed video. I am lying on the bathroom floor with stomach cramps at 4am 2 weeks after gallbladder removal and this video has given me lots of really useful things to consider and a great feeling of hope that I'll eventually get the Balance right. Thank you so so much. Katie
yeah it's quite normal to have a lot of stomach trouble right after gallbladder removal, as your body has to work out how to digest things without good amounts of bile being released from the gallbladder....it took about 2 months for everything to settle down for me, now im basically normal again as my digestive system has adapted...though large amounts of fat can cause stomach trouble.
Omg....that’s all I got.....you’ve pretty much explained the CAUSE of All my symptoms. I already ordered the gallbladder formula the other day and can’t wait to start it
For so many years I have several of these symptoms and never a doctor told me anything like Dr.Berg since three month I follow his instructions and I am impressed how much my health improved!
This was an amazing video, you answered all my questions and you are very knowledgeable. You explained things so thoroughly with vocabulary I could understand versus all of this medical mumbo jumbo. I really appreciate it and don't stop making videos. The only thing I would suggest is making the video a little louder, my volume was all the way up and it was a little difficult to hear but then again that could be an issue with my computer. Thank you
Your presentation is so outstanding, it cannot really be put into words. It flows like a river of wisdom, presented to the viewer in the most pleasant and friendly fashion imaginable.
They so eagerly wanted to cut out my gallbladder.. But after listening to Dr. Bergs insights.... FoH... It amazes me my doctors know none of this. Or if they do they don't give a sh** about my life. We just guinea pigs for them to practice surgery on. Thank you Doc Berg.
I'm so grateful to have found this video. I'm scheduled to have surgery. I'm canceling it tomorrow. Every single symptom is exactly what I'm experiencing. I can fix my own body with good information. Just saying.. My choice my body. Good information goes a long way.
Everything that you said in this video is exactly what I’m going through! And I always wondered why I could breath very good when I laid on my right side. I’ve had issues since I was a young child. And now the doctors are saying I need my gallbladder removed and I don’t want to. I decided I would change my diet and do a natural cleanse. What I don’t understand is that I changed my diet a lot about 4 years ago. No wheat no dairy all organic and non gmo. But I am still having problems because I still have stones I guess I’m not sure. Thank you for this information! It really opened my eyes to what is really going on with me and where all the symptoms are coming from.
I had a severe medical reaction when pregnant with my first baby, caused liver damage, seizures, sudden food allergies and obstetric cholestasis. I still have the itching, orange tint, gall sludge, some stones etc. My question- how come it never went away? I’ve had it with all 3 kids, and how come the bile salts go into the blood rather than the digestion? Didn’t realize my itchy eyes could be linked to that though! And my loss of night vision over last year has been noticeable…
Dr Berg, Great video and over all health advice. I would like to introduce the notion of “informed decisions”. We, -non medical people- just don’t have those until we see a post like your gallbladder video. 30 years ago, I had a large gallstone and became sick. Before operation my surgeon, “explained” to me why I should opt for removal of the bladder opposed to removing the stone only. He said I will save you money. What a nice doctor? I thought. Instead of going back later for another stone removal, the bladder removal will “fix” your problem. From your video, now I can see the correct advice. Remove the stone - keep the bladder - change your diet to avoid new stone formation as best as possible. Finally, I could make an informed decision. The problem is I don’t have a gallbladder. Do you have advice for people without gallbladder?
Thanks Dr Berg! if I hadn’t found your videos on gallbladders I might’ve given up on Keto because of the symptoms. I increased veggies (especially bitter veggies), drink ACV + lemon juice in my H2O, eased up on the excessive dairy fats. my right side discomfort, belching, nausea has disappeared 🙏🏽👏🏽
@@rajniarora1751 i did not have stones just discomfort. i also used bitters for a few months. I eventually reduced the saturated fat consumption after i was finally fat adapted. frankly i think i will get the symptoms again if i overeat saturated fat. I eat more "healthy" fats and not an excessive amount.
This was good information. I wish it would have included some information on what to do for all of us who have had our gallbladders removed. You talk about your gallbladder formula to help support a "healthy" functioning gallbladder but what can those of us who no longer have that organ do to help our digestion?
Was having severe headache, so came across your video. From what all i cud understand was that lack of enough cholesterol is the reason behind insufficient bile. i took a small piece of butter and let it melt over my tongue before swallowing it. Amazing! am better now. Before this i was trying ACV or lemon juice and the pains were getting worst. Thanks.
Funny you should mention Accutane, the long term side effects have brought me to your video. I took Accutane five years ago and my digestive system is ruined.
I'm concerned about dependency on a gallbladder support product/bile salts. I would love to learn how to clear out the gall bladder and RESTORE pristine function in full.
I've started Keto 2 weeks ago, am 71 and I've lost 4 lbs... I had my gallbladder out for 21 years. I get pain below the right scapula that lasts for a minimum about 20-30 mins after eating... but no heartburn. How is my body breaking down fat? Is it ok to stay on Keto?Love your vids and tell all my family about them. I'm a retired RN.
I ordered that product straight away. Believe me; I sometimes wonder if you were trained like the other doctors are too. You are different and too good
a great video and tut explaining our most important part of our everyday life. A truly incredible piece of creation. Appreciate amount of time, effort u put into educating us about this.
Dr. Berg thank you for this video. I was told by my gastroenterologist that I have irritable bowel syndrome and all the symptoms you described are what I am experiencing. Now for the first time I have gallstones. I am still burping, bloated and constipated, so now I am thinking it's not IBS, but a problem with bile production. I was told to have my gallbladder removed because I don't need it and I can live without it. I need to find out why I am not producing enough bile. Thank you for this video.
I went to the doctor today with the result of my test. The doctor said I have gallbladder 4mm and I need a surgery. I asked him if I have any another option , he said “no”. If I will under go a surgery, I am afraid my health will not the same as normal.
In Swedish the word for ''bile'' is ''galla'' and gallbladder is gallblåsa gall-bladder/vesicular/bag. When you put two words together, you remove the ''a''; therefore ''gall'' in gallblåsa. So it is easier to pronounce. English is mainly a bunch of old Swedish, only Swedish is much, much easier,; fewer words, so people know the language very well and don't misunderstand the words.
Hey Doctor Eric, i have been diagnosed with several gallbladder polyps. My doctor wants me to have mine out, but i am very reluctant to do so. I asked him what causes them and he said "No one knows". He also said there is no treatment for the polyps other than surgery. Now here's the thing. I was put on a proton pump inhibitor for reflux, i was on them for a while, and then i went off them when i noticed my calcium level was getting low. Shortly after that i was diagnosed with the polyps. Now they stayed the same size and quantity for almost 10 years. About half way through last year my doctor, despite my concerns, recommended me going on the proton pump inhibitor again at the lowest dose. So i did. A few weeks ago i had another ultrasound and the polyps had grown both in number and in size by double!!! Hence my doctor telling me to get it removed. So i feel there is a direct relation to the PPI's and the gallbladder issue. I'm currently tapering off them right now. Is there anything you can recommend to reverse or treat the polyps so i don't need it removed? Any recommendation would be incredibly and immensely appreciated.
Seriously want to cry I'm so happy. A few weeks ago I watched one of your vids on apple cider to help the body process potassium. I downed a tbls with water and ate beans. I felt amazing - full of energy, no lame cravings. The next day I just took a tbls shot no water and half a jar of almond butter. Oh God, I literally thought I was dying and hid from my family - my head was killing me (I don't get headaches). The next day, day three headaches gone so I did the same thing; apple cider shot and the other half of the almond butter jar (was trying to experience day one without having to drink a whole glass of nastiness and eat icky beans). No joke had a three-day migraine! It has been better but, it still creeps back and it's terrible. I do graphic design and it is nearly impossible :( to work - thought I had a major brain problem and I was scared. Just moments ago I was suffering. Well those moments ago I saw the gallbladder vid and applied pressure just under my rib cage for 45 secondsish. It got better - so much that it went away. It fades back as I continue to type - BUT I am not dying!! Literally, it's my gallbladder hating 12 ounces of almond butter in 24hours. Halleluja!!!
lis lark make sure it's Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar or organic otherwise it has no beneficial properties. Also make sure the almond butter is NonGMO and organic. Otherwise both can cause headaches due to sulphates and genetically modified foods.
why all that almond butter for lunch or what it is to replace peanut butter , Well you need lot of coconut oil it is good for the liver and the bile, but I don't understand about that much almond butter but is not bad to eat .
Great video. Can you explain how any capsules of the supplement can one take in a day and how soon before a meal ? Can you make a video of what you eat in a typical day ?
I have been suffering with extreme pain in my right upper back for over a year now after sustaining a muay thai knee to my liver n puking for 3 months after until having a series of seizures one morning around the 3 month mark after the initial knee to my gut. When rushed to hospital my pancreas numbers which should be at 200 were at 3900 .. so i was forced to quit the art i loved a large portion of my life and focus on diet and used your videos as a general guild in my life at that point almost a year ago. well here i am a year later my pancreas numbers have balanced back out in my blood work but the pain is still so severe it is almost unbearable most of the time every day of my life and it now travels from between my upper back shoulder blade whr it radiates out from then all the way down through my right side n hip area into my testicle on the right side aswell. Im in concern as it been so long and return to the doctors tomorrow again. I came across Dr Andreas Moritz liver and gallbladder flush and am going to attempt this starting it two days from now one day after my doctors appointment to see if thr will be any changes after. I hope i can find a solution as my life feels so hindered now a day n its extremely hard for me at 35 years of age I feel I may be at the end of my life n it is so difficult for me. If you have any suggestions i would be honored to try some or take any advice from you Dr. Berg. I really enjoy all you put out on here for information and have a respect and appreciation for everything you do. Thankyou!
As a side affect of following your Keto diet, i have lost 27 lbs so far and the cyst on my forearm has shrunk to about 1/3 it's size! It feels amazing to live healthy. Thank you!
Awesome! Thank you for sharing your wins! Could you tell us more about it and would you be willing to submit it here, so that we can share it? Please use this link: ---> www.drberg.com/add-client-success-story
Thanks for this amazing knowledge. Your videos make it so easy to understand how the body works, and more importantly, they help people all over the world to start to reverse symptoms and gain back control over the body. thank you!!
Dr berg, amazing explanation in all your videos! Thank you. May I request a video on heartburn? Many of us are struggling with this disease yet there's no conclusive answer to why it happens and how to treat it.
I feel like a pre-schooler could watch this and understand. You’re really great at taking complex medical terms and explaining them to the average person

That would be great. I really doubt most doctors even understand it for themselves though.
Most doctors don’t know -
even then question and doubts of patients doesn't end.
From watching these I figured out I have an allergy to legumes. A small thing, but an important thing to me!

No money in healing organs only removing them - all about money not health in the American traditional medical system.

Eternal life is a gift and you can receive it now by faith in the only begotten Son of God Jesus Christ who died in your place to save your soul from hell.
God bless you.....as you have blessed me.
I feel exact the same it's unbelievable
Amen and Amen. You might want to try slippery elm like suggested and also Licorice root, they lubricate (coat)the stomach. Also try some digestive enzymes that will help your liver breakdown (digest) the foods without the liver releasing so much bile.
Dr. Berg you are brilliant!
Valerie Cuan Also he is honest.
Wow! This is like revelation from heaven... thank you! Excited to learn more from you.
Take bile salts, Tudca. I had same problem now it’s much better
Correct - you're going to take bile salts - at least some (one time per day before a meal) - I have the Gallbladder Formula on my website - drberg.com
My Wife had gall stones and was told to have her gall bladder removed. She started Native trandinional medicine and got rid of the stones in 3 months. She took dandelion root and rock root. You boil them in water, strain and drink a litre a day.
Can you please provide more info
Hi, about the roots your wife's been taking, it sounds a good thing. I am I RSA and having a problem getting it , is there a another way?
Can you please give more info ?
Try liver detox tea by traditional medicinals
@@corianaloubser4030 you can buy dandelion root pills from Dischem!
I usually go for a 3-4 or 5 mile very easy and slow jog and feel much better. it makes sense that our bodies need to be 'shaken up' a few times a week AT LEAST
a rebounder is what you need
Good for kidney stones also , Jump Jump Jump
Ha nope
Its actually proven the lymphatic system works better if you go on a trampoline. The days of horse back riding would be great now we dont got it
The combination of visual drawings and audio helps me process this information well.
Katie
+Katie Boyd is this a normal thing? I am talking about the cramps.
yeah it's quite normal to have a lot of stomach trouble right after gallbladder removal, as your body has to work out how to digest things without good amounts of bile being released from the gallbladder....it took about 2 months for everything to settle down for me, now im basically normal again as my digestive system has adapted...though large amounts of fat can cause stomach trouble.

You have no idea how helpful you are being by posting these videos. You might have saved my wife's life
Thanks for changing my life and the people lives around me. You're a hero in my eyes. 🙏
Amazing video. Shows lots of hard work and research. Thank you Dr Berg.
You're just genuine & amazing doctor on the plant, much much convinced with your every content. Thanks
Love from INDIA
Omg....that’s all I got.....you’ve pretty much explained the CAUSE of All my symptoms. I already ordered the gallbladder formula the other day and can’t wait to start it
Tracy Lynn AZ did it work?
Tracy Lynn AZ it’s working well as Dr Berg says 👌🏻 I just started taking it before one week ... amazing results👍
Where Can I order one?
For so many years I have several of these symptoms and never a doctor told me anything like Dr.Berg since three month I follow his instructions and I am impressed how much my health improved!
Absolutely fantastic video to watch!! Thank you de Berg. You are an incredible doctor!!
Thanks for the sound break down. Them veggies keep me feeling great.
You Express the details of the body so well, It helps me tremendously♡
I really appreciate how you explain the function of the body yer my favorite .
Dr. Berg, your most profound statement EVER..., “ it’s not what you eat, but what you digest, that makes you healthy “!
Thank you indeed Dr. Berg for your valuable time ! You are a super natural human being ! God Bless
I'm so grateful to have found this video. I'm scheduled to have surgery. I'm canceling it tomorrow. Every single symptom is exactly what I'm experiencing. I can fix my own body with good information. Just saying.. My choice my body. Good information goes a long way.
I cancelled mine yesterday.
Hey how are you doing
Thankyou Dr Berg I have gall stones and need help with bile flow. Im hypothroid and suffer with fluctuating energylevels. Brilliant video! 🌸
What u did for ur gallbladder
THANK YOU! FINALLY REAL INFO! ANSWERS!
Currently got terrible pain in my right side under my rib cage, back and shoulder, I have an ultrasound tomorrow 🤞 it's nothing more than gallstones.
Thank you for all your help. You are the first person to ever explain SIBO
I have to repeat your videos over and over there's so much information thank you so much for sharing 😃
Dr Berg,
Great video and over all health advice.
I wish Doctor Berg' videos/teachings were required for physicians in school.
Ur gallbladder stones have disappeared?
@@rajniarora1751 i did not have stones just discomfort. i also used bitters for a few months. I eventually reduced the saturated fat consumption after i was finally fat adapted. frankly i think i will get the symptoms again if i overeat saturated fat. I eat more "healthy" fats and not an excessive amount.
This was good information. I wish it would have included some information on what to do for all of us who have had our gallbladders removed. You talk about your gallbladder formula to help support a "healthy" functioning gallbladder but what can those of us who no longer have that organ do to help our digestion?
I am almost positive he has a video about that
i 've loved this video. thank you so much.
Thanks.
This just helped me so much!!!! Thank you, Dr. Berg and Team that make these videos possible!
Thanks in advance please give me an advice to dissolve the polyp in my gallbladder and liver
Funny you should mention Accutane, the long term side effects have brought me to your video. I took Accutane five years ago and my digestive system is ruined.
DJShearer I haven’t been able to find any answers to the cascade of problems accutane has caused.
I feel it's damaged my intestinal organs too Tom. What symptoms does it cause you, if you don't mind me asking.
Lecithin (now foods 1 lb sunflower) contains components similar to bile and can help prevent gall stones.
It is also a great choline source.
Thank you Dr.Eric Berg! You helped me a lot with your videos. Watching your videos made me understand my body.
You're very welcome! Glad you found my videos helpful!
I'm concerned about dependency on a gallbladder support product/bile salts. I would love to learn how to clear out the gall bladder and RESTORE pristine function in full.
This video helps thank you
Will see if there is a vit e blood test-low endurance out of breath
Thank you
I've started Keto 2 weeks ago, am 71 and I've lost 4 lbs...
Dr. Berg is great!!!
Hi, ur gallbladder is OK?
How are u now did u removed it I’m having gallstone issues as well
what to do if someone had a small polyp in the gallbladder?
I LOVE Dr. Berg!
I did it for 2 minutes like the vid said - headache free! Crying tears of joy :)
lis lark thats a lot of almond butter. why would you do that?
lis lark make sure it's Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar or organic otherwise it has no beneficial properties.
Yes. Why did you eat so much almond butter? I am curious...
I love your health lessons....thanx
Thank you for spreading your expert knowledge on this very important topic
Wow that was an amazing presentation! Thank you for the info and God bless you for it!
💎 The Gold video of gallbladder 💎
My protein drink is beef bone broth that I boil myself, heals my muscles fast and gives me energy after a workout.
I find it amazing that bile doesn't destroy all the nutrients in the foods before it is absorbed by our bodies.
Great video. Can you explain how any capsules of the supplement can one take in a day and how soon before a meal ? Can you make a video of what you eat in a typical day ?
Thank you Dr Berg your information is very valuable and helpful god bless you
Literally love this guy, god given answers right here
I have been suffering with extreme pain in my right upper back for over a year now after sustaining a muay thai knee to my liver n puking for 3 months after until having a series of seizures one morning around the 3 month mark after the initial knee to my gut. Thankyou!
I did enjoy the video. Thank you Dr Berg. I feel empowered.

Wow. Now that explains why I have had the problems I have. Thank you for the information.
Thanks Doc. for your relentless concern for the problems of others 👍👍👍👍
I recently watched 'Millets man of India'. Fascinating and informative also about food and health in India.
Dr berg, amazing explanation in all your videos! Thank you. May I request a video on heartburn? Many of us are struggling with this disease yet there's no conclusive answer to why it happens and how to treat it.
