  • Learn more about how to cleanse your gallbladder on my website here: draxe.com/gallbladder-symptom...
    The gallbladder is a small organ in the shape of a “sac” that has the primary role of storing bile that’s made in the liver. The gallbladder sits just under the liver, and the two organs have a close working relationship.
    Gallstones are one of the most common problems that arises with the gallbladder. Around 10 percent to 20 percent of the total adult population (up to 40 percent in some age groups) is believed to have at least mild to moderate gallstones.
    If you feel sluggish or have trouble digesting fats, these are warning signs that your gallbladder or liver may be having trouble. In this episode of Ancient Medicine Today, I talk about how to do a gallbladder cleanse and restore your digestive system to health naturally. These tips also work to remove gallstones.

    Few months ago I experienced twice pain in my right side. I went to the doctor, I got an ultrasound and the surgeon called me the following week to set a date to remove my gallbladder. The doctor said that I didn't have stones, but I did have "sludge'. I said that I will rather wait. Im following the gallbladder cleanse and diet. Pain is gone. Not surgery.

    I have gallstones for years and have underwent a different cleanse a few years back but my attacks have only been getting worse. Yesterday i found this video and instantly went to the store and bought all the ingredients for the overnights remedy (organic grapefruit juice, flax seed oil, olive oil and epsom salt) the whole day yesterday i was only consuming pressed apple juice and water along with some green veggies and broth in the evening. Right before bed i got another gallstone attack...so i decided to do the overnight olive oil mixture. I drank it, went to sleep on my right side, and 2 hours later the blowout of stones began and lasted throughout the night. Im sorry but it felt like someone was torching by butthole😭😭 but its moring now and ive never felt better! The stones are out, my ass hurts, and i lost like 4 pounds. Ill definitely do this again if i have to!

    I follow Dr. Clark's protocol since 2014. That year I had a serious gallbladder attack and I was not able to eat for at least 3 weeks because every food did cause significant pain. For a while I consumed only apple and beet juice and drank water with apple cider vinegar. After the third week, I started eating grated apples and beets. Gradually my gallbladder calmed down and only then did I do my first cleansing of gallstones. According to Dr. Clark, you have to wait for the pain to subside and only then to do the cleansing. The four spoons of Epsom salt are dissolved in 3 glasses of water and taken 4 times - two before and two after consuming the mixture of grapefruit and olive oil. The feeling of lightness after the procedure is incomparable ... Since then I have been doing this procedure as a prevention twice a year. After 2014 I didn't have any more attacks, only once or twice mild pain and that was it. I still live with my gallbladder and I believe that this is not an organ we can live without, as many doctors claim today.

      Thanks very much for sharing! just wondering if you saw any small stones coming out?Is the salt drink very salty or OK? How’s taste of the oil blend?

    • @NiaraTheSnowWoman
      @NiaraTheSnowWoman 2 ปีที่แล้ว +18

      @Lydia Yue. Epsom salt solution is unpleasant but tolerable. After preparation, I leave it in the fridge for a few hours. When it is cold, the bitter taste is less noticeable (it is not actually salty). I drink the dose in one sip without break, because while drinking, you don't feel the strong taste. You feel the taste when you stop drinking the solution. In the same way I drink the mixture of grapefruit and olive oil. I drink everything with a wide straw without interruption. I have tried both versions of Dr. Clark: Option 1 - a mixture of equal amounts of grapefruit juice and olive oil and Option 2 - equal amounts of lemon juice and olive oil, which are drunk separately without mixing. The mixed version is definitely more bearable. Large amounts of olive oil, when not mixed with acid, can cause vomiting and make the procedure pointless. For beginners Dr. Clark herself recommends the mixed version.
      As for the stones ... The first time I did this cleansing, I probably threw away thousands of stones. The largest ones were the size of small Navy beans. Most of the stones I have thrown away during these years are yellow-green, cholesterol-based. Only in the beginning I had a few small dark green and harder stones of bilirubin.

    Dr. Axe, thanks a lot for the video and your channel with great advice(s). Will this only cure gal bladder stones or will this also heal the Fatty liver. I am not diagnosed with it, but mid section is where lot of fat is accumulated, and I think getting rid off Gal-bladder stones with Liver detox might improve the situation.

      Hi Kim, I am interested in doing a cleanse. How did doing the cleanse affect your health? What improvements, if any did you see? Are there is issues that can arise after doing a liver cleanse. Can those stones get lodged in the liver or other areas?

    • @kimberresford
      @kimberresford 7 ปีที่แล้ว +140

      When you do a liver and gallbladder cleanse there is a preparation which softens the stones and they pass easily from the liver as well as gallbladder hepatic stones, this then gives the ability for the liver to heal itself, I met someone that was diagnosed with cirrhosis and spent 3 years and 37 flushes later he had completely rejuvenated his liver.
