Ingredients
2 tbsp Korean chili paste
3 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp lime juice
350-400 ml coconut milk
250-280 ml chicken broth
Ginger
Garlic
Whole dried chili
Peanut chopped (as needed)
Chili garlic oil
Vegetable

Can use evaporated milk instead of coconut milk?
Yes, you can but add it in before you turn the heat off.

Not yet, but I'll have it soon 😊
Hope this helps, but we added only 1tbsp of the chili paste and it gave it good flavor but no spiciness, and if you leave out the chili pieces and chili oil, it still tastes great. Would highly recommend.
