There are ways to have a similar diet but with much lower carbs and sugar. Stress is a silent enemy in our lives! It can wreak havoc very quietly! Have enjoyed your videos forcthe last few years and have seen your confidence grow and you coming out of your fears and your shell, little by little. We are both growing out of Fear. My whole life. Lived in Fear. My B.P. is normal. Again. With meds. Hopefully someday, I can get rid of those. But I am feeling better. Eating better. Turning over to God. And loving life. ODAAT. Luv Deb.
I think when we go through health issues physically or mentally when we get better , we realize our peace in Jesus is so precious. It is more important than other things. Peace is what God wants us to have not worry. I am prone to worry or anxiety and I realize when I let God have it I feel much better. Love ya tessie.

My pantry is fully restocked as of Thursday so I decided to challenge myself to see how long I can make it last, and if I happen to lose 9 pounds along the way, all the better 😊
Tessie I don’t think that sounds sappy at all. I have been very lonely most of my life and associated people with hurt and I feel I found a friend in you. I only watch two channels occasionally and accidentally found you. It amazes me how much a like we are. I also have been going thru extreme stress for the last 5 years with my Mom. Things came to a breaking point when my husband was diagnosed with Alzheimers. Oh hey I love to color as well. I will stop chattering. God bless.

Those 10 minutes that you appreciate us listening to your video's I feel the same way about you putting your daily video's out.
