Driving and navigating at night is tough at ten knots. When you kick things up considerably faster and it's just draining on your senses. My respect to you lucky folks. You've had the opportunity of a lifetime.
absolutely outstanding. Having worked in some of those areas onboard a trawler I can relate to how volatile the sea is . That has to be one of the best looking boats with the happiest crews i’ve seen. Well done all. 👌🏼
Another great adventure. Phenomenal scenery, wow! It’s quite a long way to go for some ice in your drink 🧊🥃. I think you should bring Thunderchild 2 to Australia🍺🍺🍺🍺🇦🇺
Truly inspirational and congratulations on your record. Many people have various records but I'll bet there aren't many that designed and built the vessel they used. Now how much for a thunder child jacket? I'm only in Wales, a quick hop N.E of Cork 🤣👍👍
Frank, if you ever decide to cross Atlantic, head to Key West, Florida I've got dockage here for ya. I'm Barry, from Side Trax bouncer days. I'm here 28 yes now.
Wow ! What a tour, and the gold colour yacht in the different wild nature scenery gave incredible pictures from the drone camera. The very rich whom can afford to buy and use discovery yachts and experience our beautiful planets oceans like this, are lucky people.

Absolutely magnificent. You’ve gone to great lengths to secure incredibly unique footage which should go viral. for what that’s worth to you. The audio is complete… Insert four letter word. When I realized that the audio on my content was far more influential in retaining my viewing audience… Again for what that’s worth to me… I thought about what I do when I hit a video and I can’t understand 50% of what the person is saying. I just click away …the fact that your surroundings are loud not. overdub audio if you have to. This content is so incredibly compelling, and you’re destroying the impact it could have. Good luck!

So many ads! No wonder this channel has 130k subs, there would surely be a lot more if viewers didn’t have to sit through 10 minutes of ads for every 15 minutes of footage
I realise you should always steer straight on to oncoming waves but have you done broadside waves in heavy seas to examine its self righting abilities ? Apart from that question it looks fantastic
@@g.marinestation3236 actually, I transverse haulover inlet about twice a week in my 24’Grady White , Boynton Inlet is actually much more unpredictable and narrower. They can get more dangerous. The Vessel featured in this video is over 60 foot long. I can assure you it would have no issues even on the worst days at Haulover
Hey whispers , the trip looks like it's a ton of fun. If you are going to make cool videos you need to hire someone to interpret audio for you . Nice boat 🚢 ! Sea sick any ?
I have enjoyed your presentation. One suggestion next time wear a clip on mike fed into your camera. This coming from a recording engineer. 🙂 it will make your video even better. 👍🏻
They’ve just crossed the North Atlantic. Lake superior would be like a pond compared to that. Have you ever seen the conditions they test their boats in?
I think the term "lucky guy" is appropriate. With such a wobbly nutshell, it is generally a great burden for those who are on the road with it. There are better vehicles.

Truly amazing footage. Incredible boat and crew!
The drone shots are absolutely amazing with the icebergs in the background ! Stunning
Love the drone footage and the landing net to bring her back on board. Thanks very much for such excellent work.

Well done on the achievement, I'm in envy, amazing opportunity to see the world as you travel
Not only building something of this scale but also navigating it to such an epic place. Truly impressive

Superb frank! Thanks for sharing with us!! Andy Liverpool UK 👍
Incredible trip and epic photography 👏
Its good to see you have considered seriously ergonomics in the help position, something overlooked on many motor boat designs for many years.
What a journey--and WHAT a boat!
Loved the sound of those CAT engines. Ear candy.

I love that boat ! Good video thank's.
Tremendous footage. Well done all round
Epic trip! Must have been a blast!
Félicitation pour ce record et surtout cette belle vidéo .Quel beau bateau !!!!!! New record with the next THUNDER CHILD perhaps ??????????? the 3
What an innovative and efficient craft!
Great video and drone footage. Some of those icebergs looked like Thunder Child
Another amazing video

What a great trip. I’m jealous.
Frank this boat its my dream but i don't have a Money 😂😂😂 all the best gas man !!!
I am surprised that you didn't have the tender stowed inboard. It looks more like a leisure trip ;-)
Amazing!!
Absolutely great vessel..

Great boat!
Awesome ship, she's so adorable
Epic is an understatement.
As an Aussie, I reckon Irish people are just way cool :)
Congratulations on the record. The only record I have is number of times I spilled coffee in the car.

Романтики.Хорошая работа.
A lot of this footage was posted in another film about a month ago.
Can't wait for a successful trip and new video.
This is the best boat 🚤 in the entire world would it be possible for it to go on the lake or is it specially for salt water?
Diesels can run in salt or fresh water.

I’d give my right leg just to have the chance to hobble onto your boat 😳
1:18 Having your radars on standby whilst traveling at that speed is unforgivably irresponsible 🤠
Тоже так сделаю , на своём специально ,качственно подготовленном катере ☝️🔥🔥🔥🖤
Cool vid & boat! But them seats look uncomfortable for such a trip, at least have your seat air ride to absorb th swells!
I realise you should always steer straight on to oncoming waves but have you done broadside waves in heavy seas to examine its self righting abilities ? Apart from that question it looks fantastic
I've seen some of their sea trial videos and they do.
Wow, nice!
Would like to see the layout of this boat
At 15:56 all of them started making drinks with ice, real ice that they fetched from an iceberg!! Jameson Black Label!!
frank, well done, can ask are there many orders ?
I would love to see this Vessel at Haulover in Florida on a rough Day.
That would be the ultimative Test.
No, man, this vessel routinely endures exponentially worse conditions than the roughest day ever at haulover inlet
@@johnbumpus7138 NO WAY. You probably never ever passed Haulover!!

12:58 it's a camouflaged star destroyer!
No cabin for the crew to rest in such a beast?

Take it out on Lake Superior in November.
I don't think they want to do that...
They’ve just crossed the North Atlantic. Lake superior would be like a pond compared to that. Have you ever seen the conditions they test their boats in?
awesome
Betya the flag didn't make it at 55 knots (gale force) for 14 hours.
The XSV20 is one heck of a nice piece of kit.
What's fuel capacity, cost/gal and mpg?
How long did it take to fill up and how much fuel taken onboard ??
👍👑👏🍻💝
Is there no cabins on this boat?

This boat should be in a Godzilla movie..
Like s Lancaster bomber and a Eurofighter had a lovechild …. Effring hell, listen to those powerplants when she is on the trot
sir may I know how much is the price of this boat?
Did you go without radar?
Wow. For sale?
Whose was the previous record?
next is record to break earthrace record around the world. will be great .
Yeah, let's blow up 500 liter diesel per hour to watch the ice as long it's still there!
Great video! Please do something about the sound, impossible to understand what you’re saying!
you all r heroes
I always thought, a hero would be someone who puts himself in danger to help others without thinking about his own benefit.
