Also does this boat have stabilizers or gyros. I know the speed is good so that will compensate slightly for the roll. Anti capsize or roll over means that the boat must be having gyros.
You really need to work on your microphone selection. The answer is to place it close to the mouth and have it nearfield so it only picks up sounds that are very close to it. Also if its directional it helps a lot.
