you never went into any detail on how you reglued the diaphragm to the voice coil.. Im currently having that issue

Yes
It was easier to pull and work on
Big props to you, Pedro, for sorting that all out. I have to ask though, how much was the repair kit compared to a new speaker?

Why do folks go through all of this work instead of replacing to some better speakers🤷🏾♂️
They are good quality speakers, fix under $30. Some like to DIY.
Because the rear subs in the Crossfire are impossible to buy aftermarket, the original speakers seem to be the preferred choice and this is a fix for those speakers as well.
