Thanks for the great video, I also have a 2005 limited , will be doing this upgrade to mine this Summer. Will wait for your next video on the finished project.
I just ordered those speakers and I'm doing this to my 2006 Crossfire. The speakers haven't come yet but I'll post how it went. Still concerned about cutting the bracket properly. Thanks for the red and grey wire + designation that is a time saver and also that they'll work as is without sodering.
Karl. I was tirelessly looking for somewhere to place my sub then came across this video. I actually have the same exact sub. Got to the end of the video and couldn’t locate part 2. Please update us on the cutting and the final install. At some point I found my stock amp and it wasn’t functioning, took it out. Will this setup require another amp?. Thanks.
Im in the process of doing this but the fitment is super tight. What he explains in this video is the easy part, actually putting it in is a whole other task.
Where did you go Karl? Was hoping for "part 2" on this with a review of performance..

Why couldn't you heat the plastic and remold it so it stays sealed ?
Good f****** God! Why didn't you just buy speakers that fit in the first place?!
How does it sound..?? Was it worth it??

James Sheehan , let me know how it goes I have 1 blown now
Honestly, just go for another speaker, this is really too much work for no reason. get some 6.5 subwoofers and save some time and money.
