Overlanding Newfoundland Part 8 | Serpentine Lake to Pirate's Haven

Part 8 of our Overlanding Newfoundland series has us leaving Serpentine Lake and traveling to Pirates Haven. In part 7 Chris tried to cross a section of water at Serpentine Lake and swamped his machine, so the first leg of part 8 John towed Chris to Stephenville Crossing to a Canadian Tire. Luckily we were able to get his machine running and we were all back on the trail.
We had lunch in town the made a couple stops enroute to Robinsons. The first stop was Flat Bay Pond where we met some nice Canadians from Ontario, then another stop at Fishell's Bridge for more great views.
We arrived at Pirates Haven and met Paul and Ruth - everything we had heard about Pirates Haven and the hospitality of Paul and Ruth were spot on. We enjoyed a wonderful meal, plenty of conversation, and many funny stories being told around the table. It was a great day, hope you enjoy the video. Thanks for watching
