    Nice setup. I'm a runner, and this will be good to balance my upper and lower body strength.

    Man, this is awesome. Anyone who has the space and know how should try to create a workout space at their home

      Shortly after that video was made I added a box for leg workouts that sits on the edge on the plat form so it's 18" on the platform side and 24" on the floor side. I also use the box to put my feet on to do push-ups using the dip bars. I've used this station a lot this year and its been great. This along with some dumbells and a flat bench allows me to have great workouts at home.

    Any chance you have the specs on how you made it all? Looking to make a similar setup and it would be nice to have a good guide. Great work.

    Good work man. It’s a huge station though but made well.

      Thanks. It fits the space well and after about 2 years it's still in good condition and I still use it.

      Dale Dubose After watching your video I decided to build one in my spare bedroom using your design. Gonna make it a little smaller than yours. Gyms all closed so makes sense 👍👍👍

      @@eddieberrios5626 since this video I added a step/jump box that can slide over the bottom platform. I use it for box jumps but you can also use it to assist in pullups and dips. Or even put your toes on it and do pushups on the dip bars.

    did you have to use a certain type of screw for the floor flanges?

    • @daledubose3032
      @daledubose3032  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Nothing special. I think they were probably deck screws with the torques bit head.

      Dale Dubose thanks for the quick reply! How’s this thing holding up?

    • @daledubose3032
      @daledubose3032  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Waldijohnson it's holding up well. I've been using it a lot lately since the gym has been closed. I definitely recommend treated lumber and to over build it, meaning go for big lumber. Like 6x6 post and 2x6 elsewhere. Build it big and heavy so it will last.
