    Built one today. I made it a little higher, a bit more narrow than yours and used 1 1/2" pipe but same overall design. Works like a charm. Thanks for the video!

      If you had to guess what would the weight limit be ?

    • @Axiomatic75
      @Axiomatic75 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@ExavierArce I haven't glued mine together yet as I'm still figuring out how wide I want it to be so it's a little wobbly (the joints are moving as they aren't glued). The pipes themselves are rock solid though. I've done weighted dips on it (80kg total) and the pipes didn't bend at all. If I had to guess I'd say 120kg (265lbs) easily, probably quite a bit more even.

    How much weight would you estimate this could hold I know PVC has high tensile strength I was thinking with some sleeves it could also be a rack for a bench with a few modifications added.

    • @cheemscheemson1782
      @cheemscheemson1782 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You are not applying tension to PVC pipe when you press on it to perform dips. It's a shearing force.

      @@angeloramos8669 ya I’m still using it, been just over 10 months. Highly recommend. Don’t go smaller than 1.5 inches in diameter for support purposes. I’d also recommend taking 3-6 inches off the width of the frame. I find it’s a bit wider than a standard dip station and you get a funky feeling in the shoulders, but that’s just me.

      @@angeloramos8669 of course dude. Also last things I forgot to mention, 1) definitely use primer and cement 2) if you’re gonna progress in calisthenics and try to do planches on it you’re gonna wanna go with something stronger than 40 sch, there’s a bit too much bend and I’m only 160 pounds. 3) Doubles as a row station too! Have fun dude, reply if you run into problems.

      Inflation was due to the significant and historical economic stimulus that occured during and after the economy was shut down. These economic stimulus packages (quantitative easing) occured under both Trump starting with the Cares act, and Biden. Packages that are of similar type continue to occur today, except that money is now going to Ukraine. Meanwhile the fed is desperately trying to control it via rate raises. Crazy times... But at the end of the day, the vast majority of officials in office approved of what was done. Let's not fool ourselves...
