Excellent review. I'm Peter and wanted to know if these help. I have back and bottom pain that's chronic and wanted to know if this helps. Thanks and great job brother!❤
Is it sturdy enough when you are sitting in it and leaning against the sides? Can I assume then weight of all the water keeps the bath upright when you’re sitting?
Ii am thinking about getting one and just leaving water in it not bothering with ice and just getting in it on a hot summers day while having a couple of beers!
So do you have to fill this up multiple times? The overall idea is great but if I would have to add ice and water every time that is just too inconvenient
Purchased this same unit and just set it up. Will hopefully use it for the first time tomorrow following my workout. I'm trying to follow Dr. Andrew Huberman's protocol...fingers crossed. It was easy set up and I bought ours hella cheap on a Amazon return auction site.

Mine should arrive today. For $160 it’ll be an affordable experiment before I go spend thousands on a higher grade one.
i couldn't agree more i think that's a great place to start
Did you get it?
I’m getting one for 40 bucks off of Facebook marketplace today

yes definitely the weight of the water is a lot
Is this tube bpa free?
Thanks for the review dude!
Happy I could help!
Can I pour warm water for a bath for camping ?
oh yes no problem

I don’t get it so it’s just a tub I thought it would like turn the water into ice for you
Im sthuper stherial guys 😂

you dont have to you can leave it with the lid
Are you supposed to submerge your head?
What do you do in winter? Where would you advise to put it? I had a water trough and left outside- I was cutting the ice out! Is that too cold?
i just leave it out there it's easier for it to get cold, but just depends on where you live, and the temperature is all depended on your goal
Are there different temps for different goals?@@foryoureviews
How long do you leave the water in for? Change everyday? A week? A month?
Just wondering about mould build up ?
i change it after ever use most times, but you can get pumps that also attach and filter and cool the water as well for you
You can just put some water treatment in there, once in a while and it will last for weeks
yes pretty much@@X3RUBIM
Some say they use chlorine tablets or some Hydrogen peroxyde
thx for the review!!! How long do you take to set up the tub? coz I wanna do it indoor so that I might need to set it up a couple times a week haha
5 mins or less its not hard

So- what do you think using it?!
I haven't used it yet as we are traveling. I plan on doing a 20 date challenge once we return. I'll post then
Did you do it??
"... slide that pole in." Yes, Sir!!
Who had the freezer space for the amount of ice you'd need daily? Lol
i just freeze reuseable ice packs
Is the cold water stays long?
yes id suggest using reusable ice packs
@foryoureviews what do you mean by reusable ice packs, is that what you use? Curious what type and how many to keep the water cool
@@ComedyTherapyYT yes thats what i use its alot cheaper
does it come with a pump?
it can for added cost
Nice review I’m 6,6 and I’ma just try to make it work
i love that let me know how it goes
Anything recommended for the base? Is it easily punctured? Should it go on a smooth concrete surface or sand or anything specific?
No any surface worked for me it was very durable
well, I intend to buy a few rubber gym tiles to put under
Can you just leave the water in and use it daily?
yes the lid helps nicely to keep it cool and keep stuff out
Why not just put ice and water in your bathtub?
not as deep or easy to keep cool
Bro did not have it cold enough. You shouldn’t be comfortable and just chilling in it 😂
Wtf? Mine didnt come with a thermometer!
i got the lid cover package
So this is made to fill with 80 talons daily? That’s ridiculous
depends what you want to do you could keep it full i like to use frozen ice packs to keep it cool
"... pickle ball or other intense sports" Wait! What?🤔
just depends what you play
Are you laughing at pickleball? 😂😂😂
Looks like a basic pool….
It looks SO cheap.
10-15° celsius?! Hahahhahaha that is NOT a cold plunge. It should be 1-5°.....
yes just depends on what people are looking for just throw more icepacks into it if needed
Exactly! As I’m cutting out the ice in mine…😂
These look so cheap. There's a thousand with the same design. Can't see me prepping it with ice every time I use it (or periodically, for that matter)
I use ice packs everyday which makes it a lot cheaper as you reuse them
@@foryoureviewshow many do you use & what size
Amazon has thousand of the same design at different prices, so, we don't know to which one is better. I think looks cheap.
