    It has been noted that a lot of products are being sold over the MRP on Flipkart.
    Flipkart cannot avoid liability for sale of products through its platform over the maximum retail price (MRP)
    A District court in Telangana held both the e-commerce platform and the seller jointly and severally liable for such "unfair trade practice" and ordered compensation to be paid to the customer.
    The Commission held that a "tripartite contract" exists between the consumer, the seller and the service provider (being Flipkart and its seller).

      @@sarthakupadhyay2145 i work at flipkart customer support and believe me customers are more pathetic 99% cases me customers hi farzi hote hai jo faltu me aake hmara sard barha dete hai and jo genuine hote h unko refund bhi provide hota hai. aisa nai hai koi bhi aae bole mrp kam hai paise dedo wps wo apne end se bhi product change kr skta h after delivery and can claim he got the wrong product. saari cheeze system wise hoti h investigation hoti h and if found geniune then only refund process hota hai

Keys work nahi kar rahe hai .... Isliye maine return request option choose kiya . But reason for the return me reason type karne ke bad jab final submission hota hai ... Toh usme continue option pe click karne ke bad technical error show ho raha hai .... Jab ki mai kal se lagatar koshish kar raha hu. Same time maine mera aur ek product return karvaya woh toh turant hi gaya . But intana high amount pay karke Asia kuch ho raha hai . Toh iska matlab kya hai ! .... Customer care se bhi bat ki maine , woh bhi bol rahe hai ki aap nischint rahe , hum aapki pareshani samaj sakate hai . Yaha pe kuch technical issue hai . Abhi 7 days ka replacement ka time baki hai . Ab toh 5 din bach gaye hai ......but flipkart ki taraf se mera issue resolve nahi hua .... Uske bad agar 7 days tak inhone aisa hi ghumaya mujhe ....to after 7 days ke bad toh woh mujhe mana hi kar denge product replacement ke liye . According to their policy . . . So please help brother mai kya karu . Kafi pareshan hu 🙏🙏

    The price listed on these platform is an invitation to offer and the customer accepts the offer .. It's the customers problem that they purchased without research so i don't think so Flipkart is liable to pay... Just recalled The Indian Contract Act as studied in my CA curriculum

    1st no customer agent will talk in this way as they will be fired from job if their this call get audited because of the zero tolerance policy of Flipkart, 2nd agar aapko mrp se jada price pr product mila hai to aap call krke request raise kroge, aapke behalf pr complaint ki jati hai and aap pic share krte ho product ki email pr fir fraud verification team verify karke aapko refund deti hai (most probably difference amt) or seller ko termination, And most importantly koi bhi agent aapko refund process krwa kr nhi de sakta wo sirf request raise krta hai wo varify hoti hai and then standard banking norms ke hisab se 8 business days me refund process hota hai.. and agar is tarah koi bhi activity ko call krke report krte ho to aapko appreciate kiya jata hai bcz Flipkart hr seller ke hr product ko verify nhi kr sakte but agar customer coordinate kre or aeisi cheezo ko report kre to unko action lene me asani ho jati hai..
    3rd seller pr agent aapko sirf 2 condition pr route krta hai, pehla jab brand or seller replacement policy ho ya fir aap warranty claim krna chahte ho.. in case agar seller help nhi krta to phir aapko Flipkart ke end se resolution bhi deta hai And please isliye kuch bhi mt rumour faila diya kro.. what info u told is totally wrong

    Shi h. Mujhe 150 MRP. ka 210 charge Kiya tha. I wish ki y vdo phle mili hoti.but that was about (Amazon).

    I've worked at Flipkart for a few months. Here are a few facts about customer care: 1. Fli[kart doesn't have a customer care team, so they hire other call centers to work for them. It means the employees you are talking with are under 3rd party payroll. 2. Many Customers talk to them like those employees have done nothing wrong to them, even though you don't even know them. They are working as customer care executives for very low wages. Almost between 8-15k a month, which is very low when you have to run a house and also take someone's educational and medical expenses. One thing you people must know for every bad rating you give them, you are threatening their jobs for the mistake that the company has made. Your ratings for the customer care executives does no harm to the company, but it snatches food from middle-class and poor people's houses.
    3. As those Customer Care executives are working under 3rd party, neither they don't know what exactly happening with their clients nor do they behave like they own the company as it is shown here in this video for masala and entertainment, rather they feel helpless as they can't make the company operations better neither they can request any higher official from the client company to fix their flaws. Moreover, people with bad mentalities exploit their misery and verbally abuse them.

    For your information Flipkart will charge delivery fee from seller. Its depends on seller if a product is 210 ruppes and the delivery charges is 60 ruppes. so seller can be charged 210+60 combine or as 60 ruppes as a delivery charges

Jo customer ko free delivery milti h uske paise seller deta h jaise ki iss madam ne bataya ki product 270 ka h toh seller ko 270 mei se 70rs delivery charge ke h jo seller dega isme Aisa kuch nhi h ki seller jayada profit kama rha h balki usse sirf 20% ka hi profit milega. Mana ki ye galat h overcharged Krna lekin human physiology h ki customer free delivery wale products hi leta h isliye seller hmesha delivery charge add karke hi price rkhta h.

    Flipkart and Amazon both became scam now. Both removed refund and put only 7 day replacent. All are over priced and also specifications was not mention it was not upgradable or not for electronics yet they refused refund.

    Reality me vo baar baar tumhara issue aage forward krne ka bol ke 3 to 7 working days aage badhate rehte hai.. Everytime same thing.

    Suno me amazon seller account management team me hu ...for example agar ek book ki mrp 200 hai aur seller usse 150 ki buy kar raha hai toh vo jab amazon pe bechne aayega toh vo usme apna thoda sa margin jodega aprox 20 rupee ab usse 170 chahiye but amazon usse reffral fee yani commission lega jo hoga 30 se 40 rupee fixed closing fee lega and gst bhi lagega iss hisab se seller ko apni book 230 y 240 me list karni hogi islye mrp se jad ho jata hai

    I also have similar experience with Flipkart. I purchased electrical wire & the mrp was inflated, but after 35% discount the price was below the actual mrp, that's why they were not helping me out. I just raised a complain in consumer forum with the issue of "mrp counterfeiting" and "fake promises of giving discount". My issue got resolved within 1 week.

    I am an Ex-employee of Flipkart and flipkart customer support never refused to help in such kind of instances....
    I have also got such kind of cases and we have a option to forward such kind of complaint if seller is selling the product more than MRP.... And Customer have got that refund also of more than MRP......
    I have watched a lot of videos of bekifayti but this video did not contain proper information and it's like a defaming of Flipkart.

    Same mene aabhi pakda. Muje samsung ka charger lena tha 25w ka to mene Amazon and flipkart pe price check kiya bt wo store ke price se jyada tha to mene questions raise kiya to bolte hai ke samsung jaise brands me price upar niche ho sakta hai. Usme hum kuch nahi kr sakte.
    Always buy TV, Fridge, Washing machine from local stores. Aapko jyada discount milega. Mene 39000 ki Washing machine 30,000 me li

    Sellers have to add their commissions to sell products on Flipkart . So mrp may vary

      MRP cannot vary. MRP is fixed for evry product and no one can go beyond that.
      But evry seller can give discounts to attract customers and earn on remaining margin but not above MRP.

    Na na....u should call there cx service & get the solution....at first they take yr complain & raise to there concern team....the team will take necessary steps....like measure the difference amount & most probably provide u the replacement or refund....also take necessary action on the seller.............

    Only one Telangana case..but how much this company looted people. It's just small investment money and make a big loot from people. in real Online platform selling for more price for local items without gst registered items, cost of such duplicate items is 5x times less then actual price listed on it.

    Mai to ye bakaiti karta hi nahi hu saman hi return kara deta hu.bigod aaj tak problem nahi hui uper se kai company se compensate kara leta hu.tata cliq walo se ac ka ek function na hone se 5000 ka compensate karwaya but un logo ne mera review kabhi site per approve nahi kiya. Flipkart per ek item unhone return nahi kiya per pura refund kar diya bole aap use use kar le refund policy nahi hai iski 1000 ka fayda ho gaya.

    I also faced problem with Flipkart . I bought a eye mask which was listed as non refundable but when it reached and i opened the packet I saw the box was empty. Even after calling a number of times they ignored. Finally after 4-5 times of calling they refunded 🙂.

    Headphone used bheja accept lene se mana kiya toh kehta k company ko NA shabd samjh ni aata...
    Refund ka request lagaya cos product was actually defective as i suspected...
    They tried 1000% to not get the product and issue me refund...
    I gave them my ACCHE VACHAN at full throttle...
    I got my refund today...
    NEVER ORDERING FROM FLIPKART AGAIN.
    APP UNINSTALLED.

    Bahut bar MRP kam diya rehta h, but actual product par jyada hota h MRP. So, it's mostly a human error.

    Zomato:- I tried ordering chat for Rs 85 and Golgapa for Rs. 85 discount was 32 Rs. Delivery charges plus total Rs 180, whereas at shop chat was Rs. 60 and golgappa Rs 50 and its just 2 kms from my home

      bhai zomato seller se 20-25% ka comission leta hai per order pe isliye restaurant ki price aur zomato ki listed price mey itna difference hota hai

      Haa bilkul aap Flipkart Wale to bas customer ki query ko defend karne ke liye hote ho maine ek product kharida 399 me aaj hi woh delivery hua mere delivery hote hi us product ki price gir gayi 331 on free delivery maine reason pucha Flipkart bolta hai authority seller ke paas hai maine bola mujhe invoice nahi aaya hai sir photos 10min defend karne ke baad sir mafi chaunga delivery late ka reason nahi pata seller se baat karni hai hum contact nahi de sakte BC kisliye Flipkart khola hai customer ka chutiya kaatne ke liye maine customer care se ek ghante baat ki @bikifayti didi agar aap ye dekho toh please meri help Karo I wanna take legal action to Flipkart and that seller Flipkart even is not letting me to talk with his senior he is insulting the. Manner

    I also had ordered once some soaps but got charged just double the MRP. Just had to complain, share some pics and few calls. And like 2 weeks or 3 weeks. I got full refund.
    Initially flipkart said the difference will paid back by seller but since seller never did anything. Flipkart refunded full money. Things delayed but got full refund.

    Wrong information, I work with Flipkart operations, for this kind of concerns we provide price adjustment and token of apology, because Flipkart can not provide quick resolution to the customer, and for sellers there are different checks and policies, Flipkart don't want to loose it's customers due to this kind of mistakes, for frauds Flipkart is working hard to support customers queries, after all it's Indian e-commerce platform with cheapest price than Amazon, which promotes India small brands and businesses.     But Flipkart mein to calling feature hi nahin hai . Ek bar bhi jajbat Badal diya sab kuchh Badal diya. You have to write an email to them to which they will not reply for months. Even famous person and youtubers like geekyranjit have written tons of emails to them and they have not replied or maybe replied after. weeks

    Even i got scamed by flipkart. I dont know how flipkart is using my gst to sell product i am not a seller on flipkart after complaining so many times to them still no response from flipkart and seller is still selling goods on my gst number. I dont know why they dont verify their seller gst wether he is providing correct gst or someone else gst. Very poor responce by flipkart.. even they are not ready to share the seller detail and not stopping him to sell goods .

    seller mrp pe bechega to sadak pe aa jaega.. flipkart kitna bada chor h ye seller se pucho.. 100 rupaye k saman pe 65rs fee le leta h.. seller kamane k liye mrp se zada list karega hi..

    Kyaa baat kar rahi hi.. Maine 5 soap kharida tha.. Jiska ek individual mrp 37 rs tha.. 37*5=185 hota hai.. But listed tha 39*5=195.. Maine flipkart ko bola toh.. Unhone turant total 195 ka refund karwa diya.. Aur bola soap v rakhlo.. Ye product return nahi hota hai... Parishani ke liye hum maafi mangte hai
