First Sachin Bansal was forced to exit, then binny bansal was also accused of misconduct and forced to step down from CeO post. And now Binny also left flipkart and sold all his stake saying "sampat hi nahi pad raha ki kya chal raha hai meri hi company me". If you order anything from flipkart, some stupid add ons have to be added to move from product page to cart. Although that useless addon can be removed from cart; but this kind of stupid things were not on flipkart till both Bansals were there. Flipkart used to give better services than amazon earlier in my locality. But now they have spoiled themselves by this kind of frauds.
Flipkart new scam- If you purchase any electronic gadget whether it's 20rs or 2000 rs they have started open box delivery. On time of delivery they only check if it's broken/if everything is there or not. My story:- I purchased Truke earbud and when delivered I came to know left side earbud is defective. I tried to place a return/replacement request but it's showing 1error -Hence it's open box delivery we can't return it. But on portal it's showing 10 days return policy. I called customer service but they also told the same. My 1500 rs gone to waste. Please create a next video on this scam. Flipkart should stop there scamming business in India.

Same happened with me. I ordered a trackpant in a special price which was cancelled by Flipkart after 5 days stating that product went OOS. After 1-2 days, I saw that the same product was available to order by the same seller in a higher price. I ordered the product and asked the FK to match the price but FK refused. Sad part is, in case of wrong product we can make videos but in above situation customers can't do anything.
May I know the reason for cancellations of every product that too after shipping? I have ordered laptop from Flipkart yesterday and and it was "put on hold" till today and now it's scheduled for delivery by tomorrow. I am worried that they will do the same with me too

My suggestion to Gyan Therapy team is as multiple products are delivered everyday to you. You should assign one small room only for unpacking where a CCTV should be placed . It will be convenient as you should not have to make a separate unpacking video of the products. And if something happens you can check CCTV footage of that particular product unboxing.

Recently bought a laptop worth 50k , received defective product, Asus technician visited and confirmed the defect and approved the replacement , then the replacement product was delayed by almost 1week even though it reached the nearest hub and finaly after almost 3 weeks from the date of the purchase it was out of delivery and then it was not delivered and replacement was cancelled. Now they are saying that the whole process will be done again. SO after 1 month of purchase i don't have a working product and the expected date is showing another 2 weeks.

You're absolutely right. I'm online shopper since 15 years. Earlier when they had competition with off line sallers , online platform as well sellers were doing business honestly. But after COVID online market shoot up drastically. Online platform provider company as well sellers have changed their policies. I have in comparison better experience with Amazon than Flipkart in last 5 years. I avoid shopping from Flipkart specially during big billion sale when nobody listen to your complaint. I turn again to offline Store like Croma Jio. With off line croma my experience is extremely well.

Like there are a lot of hacking in credit and debit cards, bank accounts; but bank can only try to reduce it as much as possible and to say that they are the main cause of hacking is wrong and stupid....
once we stop buying they will come on their knees to get customers, you can't sell a product untill you have customers for it, so Simply reduce their monopoly by going for good offline stores rather than going for these shitty brands

Thirdly companies should be warned against the practices and it is open for consumers to seek required action Fourthly :- Buyers should be given preference everywhere, online and offline stores give return and replacement policy within the period or brand in case of major defects. How flipkart is enjoying the privilege of being one of the most careless e-commerce is just because they are not slapped with a fine yet for being more supportive and loyal to their sellers

Now this video is about the delivery fraud which is according to me should be the most awaited and necessary topic. Hi, I had ordered smart watch from fireboltt official website and after using two or three times its start button stop working. I complained for it and got replacement but again they gave me same defected product with changed packaging i again raised an complaint for replacement and i was surprised to seen that this time they not even sending me different colour variant as well as with same starting button issue. So mean to say that the scam is done by that cheap smart watches companies too and right now i registered complaint against to it in consumer court. So yes we have to aware about these scams and take an strict actions against to it. By the way you always delievered the informative and good knowledge through your channel. I wanna share something with you Bhai I order one type of cream it charged 40rs delivery charges for that I accept that but I increased the quantity to 3 now I am getting 120 delivery charges for that . Flipkart cheated me two times, I tried to replace my product and placed return requests several times, lastly I gave up and took a lesson for 3500 rupees. Recently my friend ordered a laptop for 33000, and got a used monitor, we are trying to replace or refund, flipkart and seller has accepted the request but can't believe them until unless they replace it. रिफ़ंड में पूरा पैसा शो हो रहा था बट मैंने 1 दिन पहले अपने अकाउंट बैलेंस का स्क्रीन शॉट लिया हुआ था उसकेबाद कोई transaction भी नहीं किया था flipkart ने 30% काटके रिफ़ंड दिया उसकेबाद से मैंने ऑनलाइन shopping ही बंद कर दी 😢

My suggestion to Gyan Therapy team is as multiple products are delivered everyday to you. You should assign one small room only for unpacking where a CCTV should be placed . It will be convenient as you should not have to make a separate unpacking video of the products.
And if something happens you can check CCTV footage of that particular product unboxing.

Thank you sir for talking about this. For average Customer - please avoid buying from flipkart for saving some amount. Recently bought a laptop worth 50k , received defective product, Asus technician visited and confirmed the defect and approved the replacement , then the replacement product was delayed by almost 1week even though it reached the nearest hub and finaly after almost 3 weeks from the date of the purchase it was out of delivery and then it was not delivered and replacement was cancelled. Now they are saying that the whole process will be done again. SO after 1 month of purchase i don't have a working product and the expected date is showing another 2 weeks.
Bhai.... bahut sahi bnde ho aap, bilkul sahi information hai, flipkart recently kuch jyada hi fraud kar raha hai, 3-4 saal pehle sahi tha or jin bndo ne is video ko dislike kia hai.... unki aatma ka saakinaaka

You're absolutely right. I'm online shopper since 15 years. Earlier when they had competition with off line sallers , online platform as well sellers were doing business honestly. But after COVID online market shoot up drastically. Online platform provider company as well sellers have changed their policies. I have in comparison better experience with Amazon than Flipkart in last 5 years. I avoid shopping from Flipkart specially during big billion sale when nobody listen to your complaint.
I turn again to offline Store like Croma Jio.
With off line croma my experience is extremely well.

The biggest problem in this whole scenario is that in our country online platforms are given complete license to do business according to their wish, make and break their own rules but there is no authority to regulate these platforms and address genuine consumer grievances.. that’s why brand like flipkart has become arrogant and don’t give a damn to a consumers actual problems..inko bas business apne tarikei se Karni hai aur consumer ko lootna hai
No more. A man won the case against an online platform when they Published a lower amount for a product and then cancelled his/her order. I guess 50k ke around payment huyi hai. Haal-filhaal ki news hai check that.
Online companies ko daily millions of transactions and deliveries karne hote hai!!! and they also try their best to resolve customer issues but we should also be aware. Like there are a lot of hacking in credit and debit cards, bank accounts; but bank can only try to reduce it as much as possible and to say that they are the main cause of hacking is wrong and stupid....
once we stop buying they will come on their knees to get customers, you can't sell a product untill you have customers for it, so Simply reduce their monopoly by going for good offline stores rather than going for these shitty brands

Second step if the company is liable penalty shall be imposed or the required action be taken.
Thirdly companies should be warned against the practices and it is open for consumers to seek required action
Fourthly :- Buyers should be given preference everywhere, online and offline stores give return and replacement policy within the period or brand in case of major defects.
How flipkart is enjoying the privilege of being one of the most careless e-commerce is just because they are not slapped with a fine yet for being more supportive and loyal to their sellers

Ek taraf se dekha jaaye toh keh sakte hai ki accha hai apni aankhon ke saamne box kholke check karlo. Wahin dusri taraf, agar aapne koi product kisi aur ko gift karne li ho (aur unko aap sealed dena chahte ho) ya aap khud delivery ke waqt na ho aur ghar ka koi aur kam jaankaar sadasya use accept karle aur phir baad mein koi dikkat aaye toh kya karenge? Plus, kabhi kabhi aap chah ke bhi on-the-spot pura product toh test nahi kar sakte. Agar 1-2 din baad koi dikkat aa jaaye toh us waqt kya use return ya refund karne ka option nahi hona chahiye?

Sir i am a seller on flipkart and amazon. I have never sent any wrong or fake product ever in my 5 year career. Humey returns mein customers used underwear, socks, fatey purane kapde pencil, aur bohot kuch bhejte hai whereas our product is mobile cases and that is the reason i regularly watch your videos so i can get knowledge of which model is upcoming and which is liked and will sell high so we can purchase cases of those models. Aap sirf sellers ko chor kehte ho but aapko andaza nahi customers kitne chor hotey hai and even people whose name is titled as Dr. are returning different used items.
We are really hypocritical people , always looking to take advantage of people, no compassion for fellow citizens, too self centric .

Hi, I had ordered smart watch from fireboltt official website and after using two or three times its start button stop working. I complained for it and got replacement but again they gave me same defected product with changed packaging i again raised an complaint for replacement and i was surprised to seen that this time they not even sending me different colour variant as well as with same starting button issue. So mean to say that the scam is done by that cheap smart watches companies too and right now i registered complaint against to it in consumer court. So yes we have to aware about these scams and take an strict actions against to it. By the way you always delievered the informative and good knowledge through your channel. Thats why I really admired you.

Well said, completely agree with you sir. I felt Amazon is somehow user friendly so they may provide a proper solution for these glitches or fraud, but never expect it from flipkart. Flipkart cheated me two times, I tried to replace my product and placed return requests several times, lastly I gave up and took a lesson for 3500 rupees. Recently my friend ordered a laptop for 33000, and got a used monitor, we are trying to replace or refund, flipkart and seller has accepted the request but can't believe them until unless they replace it.
