- The rainy season has officially come to my giant cloud rainforest vivarium Pantdora, which has opened a new chapter in the evolution of the tropical ecosystem within. This is the story of how the vivarium reawakens in this new cooler, wetter season, and how I support its come back using some cool biological methods with the help of some animal friends. Hope you enjoy this 7th episode of the Second Season of my Ecosystem Vivarium Series. Ant love forever! This video was shot in 4K Ultra HD resolution.

Yes! It's been incredible to watch a kid in Canada with ants in a tub grow into this. He is bringing to life a sense of wonder I had as a child.
On a tier of his own.

Dude, you are truly a genius! What you have done on the channel in recent years, transforming a channel about ants into a true series about nature is simply incredible!
Thanks for watching!🐜🐜🐜🐜🐜🐜

Cave has always been my favorite option. It would be so cool to peek inside a living cave ecosystem. Swamp would get messy and Canopy would seemingly be very hard to recreate but in the end it is what YOU desire to experience and feel will be a strong build that you can enjoy. No matter what we will all be watching it no matter what you eventually decide upon.
i agree cave is so unique with its type of animals
Swamp
@@kaleefjohnson774 A cave would be very impressive, particularly if he could recruit bats to roost there during the day, but I think constructing it would be a multi-stage process. First, put out some bat boxes and see if he can get bats at all. If they're willing to do that, it should be straightforward to gradually add more features to their living space.
I feel like the biodiversity of a cave is lacking

Ahhhhhh! Omg so excited!!
I am so with you on that 😂❤
He's so pretty too, esp compared to the females.
He's the KING. He'd look good with a little crown
You should get a hobby.
The canopy vivarium would be so perfect, guys. Just imagine the little arboreal creatures descending into Pantdora to drink, hunt or just play until they ascend back to the treetops
i agree, but a cave or swamp has its own perks, a cave will provide a cooler habitat so when the hot season comes again the creatures who disappear or die have a place to go to, a swamp will provide great bio diversity and have chances for more prey and predators
@@witheredamethysti agree to you
That's only becaus you saw cute squirrels and marmosets as an option 😂😂😂
Canopy is his only chance or so I believe. Think the other ones he showed was just fodder for the show. Something sort of entertaining to eat up time and make the show longer to trick others. It tricked me.
Now the others _can_ be recreated except the cave idea, but don't think he can do any of them except canopy. It's a little outside his scope or understanding. And I'm convinced he knew that from the start too, all this talk is just to get people to watch.
i mean like isnt it already a rain forest so rainforest as new isnt new enough canmopy is almost the same he cant dop much water so not swamp that leaves empty fields and caves left but i feel like the more amezing animals are iun caves tho he want bats wich are outside his home so the downside would be its open so its not an ecosystem so grassfields is the best option

I think it’s amazing how a Canadian kid liking ants and deciding to put it on the internet and help innovate in the ants keeping hobby, leads to 5.77 million people following the journey of ants, most of whom would otherwise hate ants. It just shows what a single person can really do. Before I found Mikey about 5 years ago I despised all kinds of ants but purely based on his narration and story telling around ants, it made me really appreciate them and if I didn’t live with my mom I would definitely be keeping some ants by now.

My favorite design is the canopy, but a hybrid swamp-cave would make a great two-piece win.
Honestly the canopy just seems like such a better option for a first extension. The swamp and cave sound great but they would make better additions with the canopy already in place, in my opinion :-)
you know what, as a person who was team cave, this comment helped bring me around to canopy as the first additon and i feel like alot of people are thinking of it as only adding 1 new tank. he could end up having a bunch of diffrerent tanks with different biomes by the end of it if we all stay invested!
He must tell us im dying I NEED to know what biome it is. 😭 And then it will be plot twist we can have two biomes all of a sudden
ima be honest i dont understand why people want canopy more why?
Because the canopy biome is not very well understood, and yet is an essential part of any old growth forest. It is basically a second forest hundreds or thousands of feet up depending on the forest. It is also needed for his set up it would provide cooling air circulation and purification to the overall system. And thats only the environmental effects. It would be huge for the insects and others, give them a refugium like the cave would. just@shuckleuser4285

Not Smaug being a Smaugette! 😂😂
No wonder they were skittish and not interested in mating lol!
"Tomboy Smaug is actually a girl!?" - coming in summer of 2034
Tomboy are girls who like doing guy things smoggete is female who's body is more masculine
And how demeaning to take her name away. Like calling the women's basketball team the Lady- whatever- the- men's- team- is. Why not just call them Smaug, and be cool with the fact that you sexed them incorrectly
@@3mileshi You're working backwards there. It's the sexed inaccuracy part that makes the new name the proper one, as it wasn't the animal's fault they weren't sexed properly.
Sticking with your mistakes because you made them early is an interesting approach htough.
@@ethanatkins1973A name is a name. Names don't have sexes. We made those rules up. Smaug is male when given to male and female when given to a female. Boom.
Drake is a cool little dude. Don't change Smaug's name, it still suits her
Interesting fact about the termites flying around your lights: they aren't attracted to the light, but actually trapped by it. Most insects have an instinct called dorsal-light-response (DLR), which basically keeps their back facing towards the light. For the last few million years, this works great, since the only light at night is the moon. Nowadays however, if a bug flies near a light, their DLR kicks in, and they are constantly re-orientating themselves with the back to the light, thus they get caught in spirals or circles around the lights.
Makes you think if this is actually beneficial to some insects (like the termites) who have mating flights, as the lights sort of pull these bugs together, making finding a suitable mate easier (given they can escape the light afterwards)
I just wanna say this has been the best series I’ve ever seen. It’s better than any Disney series for sure. ❤

I do agree that canopy fits the theme so much better than the others! Sounds like you already have a solid plan for that choice and it could keep sustaining itself easier than other options.
This channel is definitely in my top 5 list on TH-cam

Dude, I stopped watching your channel like 5-ish years ago because of school and family stuff going on (stopped watching TH-cam in general) and I just saw this and I'm thoroughly impressed. Like my jaw genuinely dropped when I saw this.
So that's why Smaug always has that smug little smile - she knew something you didn't! Kamp Kenan has a female alligator named Dale who gets called Lady Dale by Kenan's kids. Lady Smaug has a nice ring to it.
I love the idea of a canopy vivarium with a weaver ant colony attached, and maybe even introducing a leaf cutter ant colony to Pantdora? Maybe the competition would be too intense but it would be awesome to see their interactions!
Leaf cutters would be great if he does a canopy extension.
A lowland rainforest canopy which extends towards the 2nd floor with a cave swamp beneath it would be the most coolest vivarium to be created in living history.
i mean like isnt it already a rain forest so rainforest as new isnt new enough canmopy is almost the same he cant dop much water so not swamp that leaves empty fields and caves left but i feel like the more amezing animals are iun caves tho he want bats wich are outside his home so the downside would be its open so its not an ecosystem so grassfields is the best option
Yes canopy
Here are my thoughts on the additional vivarium:
A cave would sound cool, but in reality, it would be hard to see/film an enclosed and dark place. A swamp would have a lot of life and species, but most of the life would be in the water. A place we can’t see through with the mud and others in the water. A canopy would be an open area we can see that could have flying animals and insects in it. Something that couldn’t happen in the rainforest vivarium. We could add birds, flying insects, and animals that climb on tall areas. (such as miniature primates, microsquirrels, or chameleons! [I would really like to see a chameleon in the vivarium.])
I admire what you do and I just wanted to add I have Robin eggs outside my back porch that turned into little chicks and now they’re gone and I was watching the parents feed them in the yard and fly away with them. It was the most cool thing I’ve ever seen, but now since the chicks were so used to me coming out to watch them, they have become my friends and follow me in the yard as adults, I wish I could send you some pictures
Drake catching strays on a ants and wildlife channel is truly the best thing that I've heard today lmao!!!!!!!!!!!

Can we put a Tasmanian devil in there and I’ll let y’all guess the name we should give it.

Good morning
I have been a fan of your channel for a very long time now. Now I get the chance to actually speak up and get an opportunity to say something. I have been contacting you everywhere trying to get my hands on you. On multiple community tabs, and your latest video.
I will be sending you this message I have sent everywhere to you on TH-cam. Plus, extra details.
NOTE: THIS IS AN UPDATED VERSION
Introduction:
Hey! Here me out! We need to do a canopy. No for real. Here me out.
Canopy:
I am telling you to do the low land jungle/ canopy. Reason being. It is a biome that doesn't really need ALOT of attention. And you can easily remove and add fauna and flora to the ecosystem without ripping things apart and damaging and harming the ecosystem. Plus, you can even add a lot of fauna and flora. And almost any animal can survive in there. In other words, you could add so many animals to the terrarium and they will all likely survive. Because a lowland rainforest is a very common thing, and even very small lowland rainforests can house thousands of flora and fauna. I have suggestion of what animals you could add. I unfortunately don't have a lot of knowledge surrounding the types of plants you could add, as I'm only 15 years old, and love animals, as well as plants, but I have way more knowledge surrounding animals than knowledge I have surrounding plants.
Animals: Trap-jaw ants, harvesting termites, katydids, stag beetles (bing.com/th?id=OIP.q2ZrGIilDSGDuVdUuiCTigHaE8&w=155&h=103&c=8&rs=1&qlt=90&o=6&dpr=1.3&pid=3.1&rm=2), bullet ant colony, assassin bugs, click beetles, fireflies (would make the forest have an enchanting look at night), spiny ants, any forest scorpion, stick insect. If you are lucky enough to get a Titan beetle, it would look INSANE!!! You could even maybe add a colony of weaver ants. That we can add, and watch grow. Would be better not to add a snake, or else Smaug and Daenerys would not life mush longer.
Swamp:
Swamp can be very bad with the water. The swamp can leak, and when it is created and you feel like you want to add or remove something it could harm the ecosystem. You need to be selective about the plants that you want to add. As when you do want to remove a plant you don't want, you could ruin everything else as most of the water plants and trees growing on the river banks have long roots that almost wire knots accross each other and removing even a small portion of plants could make the water cloudy, or completely brown. It could also disturb some creatures living in the floating plants and tree roots. It would be AMAZING if we did get a perfect swamp terrarium but there are too many things that could go wrong, and WILL go wrong in the future. Another thing about the swamp. I have always wanted to make like an aquarium for tadpole or have my own lake in glass. But it would have to have so much maintenence. It would need to have a constant check up on the water or else there could be problems. And also algae would be forming on the walls of the aquarium and would be needing cleaning when overgrown. If you do decide on creating an swamp the following creatures you can add:
Animals: African clawed frog (Xenopus laevis), spotted salamander (How to Care for Your Spotted Salamander | Reptile Supply), Dragonflies, Damselfly, Cadisfly, red crawfish, Fresh water puffer fish (imitater pufferfish:Imitator Dwarf Puffer (Carinotetraodon imitator) - Aqua Imports (aqua-imports.com)) (Fuhaka Pufferfish:bing.com/ck/a?!&&p=236d8e160085288fJmltdHM9MTcxNTIxMjgwMCZpZ3VpZD0xY2VhYzJkNy0wMzdkLTYxYWMtMDZiOC1kNmQxMDI3ZDYwMTgmaW5zaWQ9NTQ3MQ&ptn=3&ver=2&hsh=3&fclid=1ceac2d7-037d-61ac-06b8-d6d1027d6018&psq=%3aFahaka+Puffer%3a+Care%2c+Tank+Size%2c+Tank+Mates%2c+Food+%26+Size+-+Fish+Laboratory)&u=a1aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZmlzaGxhYm9yYXRvcnkuY29tL2Zpc2gvZmFoYWthLXB1ZmZlci8&ntb=1

Grassland:
Grasslands would also be very cool, but I think it would be way to small to look natural and if you want to add a mole it will uproot all the soil and it won't look great. I suppose if you do want to make grass land biome you would be needing a very open and flat terrain. I mean it would be very cool if we could place a largish dead animal on the plains and watch how all the animals eat it and watch what happens. But yet again imagine it. I don't think it would be as cool as a swamp. Altough it would(in my opinion) be the easiest option to maintain and would be needing the least maintenance.
AnimalsLocusts (small ones that don't reproduce non-stop, ear wigs, DONT ADD FIRE ANTS they won't stay there and will annihilate EVERYTHING in that terrarium as well as Pandora. I am not really finding anything else.
The cave:
The cave will also be having troubles. It would be difficult to maintain the right temperatures. And would be the third-best option (you will see why I say third and not second, later). What could be done is that you could go and get sandstone and maybe get someone to carve out a cave structure or something similar to that. Although it would take WAY more time than the other options, it would look great. If you do choose this, make sure to carve out something almost like an igloo that will be situated on the glass of the terrarium. The reason for this is so that we could visibly see the creatures hiding and living in the "igloo's" They will be used by ants as a place to create a colony and as refuge by the other animals. Make sure to do your own research about EVERY SINGLE ANIMAL that you want to add.
Animals: You could add some whip spiders, and a few roaches, You might be able to add some small scorpions. I didn't look for any others. Maybe you can find some other insects that could be added as well.
Cave swamp:The cave swamp will have roughly the save problems as a normal swamp.
1 Lots of maintainaice.
2. Constant water checks.
3. Difficult to get suitable creatures for the ecosystem.
We need to think about this logically. Even though it would look AMAZING we can't just say let's make it. I have pictured you featuring a swamp cave. It would look amazing. We would love it, so will you. Until something happens. Like a leakage.
Insight of my life:
Note: I am only 15 years old, turning 16 years old. I have always wanted to have something like Pandora. ALWAYS!!!! Since I was like 4 I have always wanted to get a large terrarium like Pandora. But i was never financially prepared to get something like my own Pandora. So, if you could please read this and maybe use my ideas in some way then you will be fulfilling one of my biggest dreams ever. I am Grade 10, and want to become something like a game ranger or something around there. I might be able to come and visit you to see Pandora with my own eyes. I have dreamt about having something like this. And now, I can actually give my opinion about my dream. I really loved your videos. And they were especially great since the time where you collected alot of those carpenter ant queens during their Nuptial flight .And raised them. They were the Crimson Knights and the other one I know the name of but I can't remember right now. I would keep you updated with ideas and suggestions and preferable animals that you could add. And I would love to watch the videos about you and Your future and Pandora's future.
Possible Gamechanging suggestion:
Have you ever thought about a possible dessert biome? I just thought about the idea of you maybe creating a desert biome. Although, I don't currently know anything about your area. If you do decide to make a dessert biome you could add a Solifugae and maybe a rainfrog. You can also add a piece of dry drift wood and a few desert scorpions, maybe a desert hairy scorpion. A few velvet ants ( Multillidae) and it could be cool to have some Carabidae: Anthia which are native to where I live here in South Africa. Commonly called here in South Africa the: "Oogpister" as they can spray acid into your eyes that could blind you if not treated. I feel like we could also add some small tarantula's and maybe a Giant desert centipede especially since last episode you showed us how much you love flying centipedes We might also add some species of desert ants to the desert and maybe even some of your favourite bulldog ants from Australia.Posible animals to add are in Green

If I don't respond, contact me at ZacoVenter08@outlook.com. We can discuss there. I am not always free as I have lots of tasks to do and have to study hard for the June exam starting next week. @@apet1572 yes he actually has done decisions based on the polls and comments
@@Isolovemylifefull Sure, when its ideas that evenly balanced, or when he throws in an outrageous suggestion that he knows won't be picked. Building a new ant tank with a random theme is one thing. In *this* particular case whatever he does is going to take a lot of materials, possibly cutting into his floors, and needs to connect to this already working system and months of prep.
For this he probably had a strong preference which is why he made note that "all the comments are saying something different than the polls" so that he has an out when the polls are heavily tilted towards the much more difficult less sustainable project. And why the previous video went "canopy has so many positives!" and "swamp has so many negatives!" because he was trying to influence the results towards what he was wanting to do anyway.
But hey, getting interaction in the comments is how you make the algorithm tingle and promote your stuff, so he's just doing what he needs to do.

@antscanada if you want that calcium from those chicken eggs to be released anytime this year, the finer you break it down, the faster it'll be absorbed by the environment. Pulverize, grind, or powderize the shells.
Something to keep in mind is the two vivariums connected together and what creatures could travel between the 2 when connected and how that interaction would be like.
It would be cool to have a bat house in a cave system that connected the two
I am an idea guy and I would like to one day see a massive vivarium setup that interlinked every type of ecosystem like a panga of some kind but idk how that would even work but it's an idea I'm willing to toss to the ether of the internet in this comment section
@@khriscress95true 👍🏻
@@khriscress95 You couldn't keep bats in an eclosed space. It would need to have an opening to go outside and that's just.... a very bad idea for a lot reasons. And you'd have to deal with the guano, and the potential diseases.
Its fun to say pie in the sky "wouldn't it be cool to have some bats?" but the actual practicalities make that impossible and unsafe.
Now if he wanted to build an outdoor bat area totally unconnected to Pantdora, the same way a zoo might, that might be more feasible but how you attract the things in the first place is another trick.
@@robbybevard8034 If you build a proper bat enclosure, they move in naturally.

Facts keep them coming sir
Interesting fact. You can feed the shells to your chickens too BUT grind them up good. If you don't the chickens will realize it's eggs and eat the eggs it lays.
I think you should name the new skink Houdini because of his acrobatic skills.
Ever since I stumbled on your channel I became interested in ants! Now your doing ecosystems with real events such as rain.
Welcome to Pantdora! ❤️🌿🐜
Same!!
@@AntsCanadaHello, Can you simulate a big storm in pardora, not too big, but stronger than most.
@@AntsCanadai created my own theory for whats the best i mean like isnt it already a rain forest so rainforest as new isnt new enough canmopy is almost the same he cant dop much water so not swamp that leaves empty fields and caves left but i feel like the more amezing animals are iun caves tho he want bats wich are outside his home so the downside would be its open so its not an ecosystem so grassfields is the best option
I still love the idea of the Cave with the possibility of outdoor bats coming in for the day to sleep, and just to see what other outdoor things come in....but whatever you decide I will still watch with no less enthusiasm. Your passion and care makes this show so amazing and keeps me coming back.
well ye but if OUTdoor bats would come in is not rlly an ecosystem anymore
@@donnygamesofficial very true
Can Henryettia be called for one of the chicks. I used to raise mascovy ducks indoors.
A cave would be cool, but we wouldn't be able to see inside
@@steevieg He's got plans for how to observe inside a cave.
I not gon lie for me the swamp is what caught my attention a lot. Whatever you do people will watch but the swamp just sounds so unbelieveble to me
I have learned with chickens that if you spread the wing out, you’ll see on a mail that it’s got longer feathers at the tip and shorter feathers at the end were a female is just straight across
This ain't no ant channel anymore, it's an entire civilization
This is a part of my Sunday routine, going to college majoring in zoology. So I find this awesome
Best wishes in your schooling!
18:32 Swamp! 100% for sure! Think about it. It adds more benefit than a canopy would as all the decaying materials feed the other biomes! More water space means more plant growth and food! Wooo
I would love to see the cave because it’s such an awesome but very different biome also I love your videos keep doing what your doing
Bro really fed those newly hatched chickens some scrambled eggs 😆. They're learning real quick that they were born into a chick eat chick world
I know 😮 I didn't think you could feed chickens or chick eggs, it just seems wrong on so many levels. However, if they do it in nature (im not sure) it's ok
Chickens will eat literally everything. Including their own chicks. They are not herbivores, and they are some of the most vicious predatory omnivores.
Yeah. They are predators.
@@GlitzyWitchChickens eat basically anything, including seeds, greens, eggs, insects, and even small mammals! Like, they'll actively kill and eat mice, if given the chance.
A lot of people give leftover scraps to their chickens like that. Typically if they're given eggs, they're cooked and scrambled like in this video, to avoid having them start targeting eggs laid in their enclosures.
@@GlitzyWitch Chickens love to eat eggs, it's fine for them!^^
@@halo253578Dinosaur descendants for sure!
I’m a simple man, I see an antscanada video, I click
I like your video and I am inspired by your video...greetings from Kalimantan
The cave with with stalactites would be awesome. Just visiting New Zealand 🇳🇿 at the “Glow Worn” caves was so amazing. I want to visit more caves now. The bats, roaches and other cave creatures would be so neat. Also a river would allow other water creatures and plants. Can’t wait keep up the great visionary and interesting works of Mother Nature. Maybe soon ocean floor with waves and gravitational pull from the moon. Since I’m Aquarius ♒️ that’s my favorite place, the 🌊 ocean.
The white fungi look like Coprinellus disseminatus (fairy inkcap), a common fungi growing in wet woodlands!
Yes! Aka fairy bonnet.
Ohhhh!!! 😍😍😍🍄
@AntsCanada my years of fungi nerding has paid off 🥲
Smaug(ette) is definitely my favorite creature in Pantdora, I’m probably still gonna call her Smaug though, I’m just too used to it.
Yesss. Tbh, I hate the -ette added on 😂. If a girl can be named Billy, Smaug can keep going by Smaug.
I used to hate bugs and stuff like this but channels like this and coyote peterson actually help me want to learn more and understand the things that creep me out and how safe animals or dangerous they can be
Those white Mushrooms are called the Fairy Inkcaps !
A canopy vivarium would be so cool to watch.
Awsome idea 💡

Ain’t no way you called the new sunskink drake 😂😂
😂😂😂 Isn't it appropriate?
Not a great week to name something Drake… You don’t want Smaug and Daenerys saying to themselves “He’s not like us, he’s not like us!” 😂 Literally any other name please
@@AntsCanadanot the best time for it tbh
The point of a title or name in this TH-cam world is to get you interested, talking, thinking,
He succeeded
Call him Kendrick 😂
What is it this channel why am i so invested ❤❤
Awww, I love chickens! I own 7 and I never get tired of their little funny antics. Thank you for taking such good care of those two baby chicks. You are being an awesome mama hen!
Love how the sun skinks look so happy all the time
If you toast your egg shells to a light golden color it converts the calcium into a bio available calcium that can be absorbed much quicker by the plants. You can blend the toasted shell and then add to water or just sprinkle them.
It amazes me everytime, that nature has a reason for everything. Life is so wonderful :)
Thanks for watching!🐜🐜🐜🐜🐜🐜
canopy canopy canopy!
This should be on Netflix
No
No it's more accessible on youtube
No, I do not want to pay for their crap this masterpiece stays on neutral TH-cam

The amount of creatures climbing the vines a canopy expansion would help expand of what you have already, vines can climb higher, bugs and skinks can climb higher
The canopy design is my favorite, but a hybrid swamp-cave would be a fantastic two-piece victory.
Im glad I rewatched this video. Thank you for the words of encouragement 🙏🏾 ❤️
A canopy addition would be the sickest ever!!
I originally polled cave, but canopy is definitely my favorite after last video. And it would be cool seeing how it could be naturally connected to pantdora below like making it one giant vivarium instead of two. Also weaver ants!
My thoughts exactly!!!!
canopy with a small cave. you dont want a whole stinky enclosure so add a lil caaave
Same here!
As a Rhode Islander and a fan for years, I’m so excited to watch these two chicks grow up!!!! ❤
Awesome to see pertilizers added to the biome.
Looking forward to Pandora updates.
Silent long shot videos would be awesome btw.
Canopy, Canopy, Canopy!! Man that cliffhanger!
i mean like isnt it already a rain forest so rainforest as new isnt new enough canmopy is almost the same he cant dop much water so not swamp that leaves empty fields and caves left but i feel like the more amezing animals are iun caves tho he want bats wich are outside his home so the downside would be its open so its not an ecosystem so grassfields is the best option
You should DEFINITELY go with the canopy biome! I think some jumping/climbing animals would be so cool! Not that the cave isn't cool, but I feel that the animals might be more dormant and require darkness, which wouldn't be very entertaining to look at.
I'm all for it as long as the lizards still get there warmth from the lights 👌
Swamp cave with a caiman!!! Also, name the new guy Norbert, after the Norwegian ridgeback dragon from Harry Potter. And another Gaia event is needed
All three sun skinks look soo cool. I want to see what became of the trap jaw ants
I sincerely want to request a desert type vivarium the interaction between an environment full of life VS an environment of harsh setting would both be full of new discoveries and a challenge for you too as a world creator
I think the canopy vivarium would be really cool to do!
I love your wholesome attitude and how your videos help me relax and just clear my thoughts for a while.
Glad you like them!
I think you need to do a brackish water viv with the spotlighted speieces Indian Mudskippers. They are very fun to watch.
Canopy would be great. Weaver ants could maybe live there
i mean like isnt it already a rain forest so rainforest as new isnt new enough canmopy is almost the same he cant dop much water so not swamp that leaves empty fields and caves left but i feel like the more amezing animals are iun caves tho he want bats wich are outside his home so the downside would be its open so its not an ecosystem so grassfields is the best option
@@donnygamesofficial Yeah grassfields sounds great too
I hope you get hired to narrate every museum/ aquarium exhibit!
And he said "there shall be light" 🙏
Wow! Watching the baby chick's basically eat relatives (scrambled eggs) was trippy 😮
Canopy or cave would be my two favs
I personally hope he chooses the canopy, that would tie in so perfectly with Pantdora!!!!
i want to see baby caiman plz
Make it both
Ya, these are the two I also want to see.
Oof I appreciate how much work he pits in but not seeing an upload after the rain season and the cliffhanger, I'm hoping to still see a video today.
I love the idea that one day when nature reclaims all, you’re home will be the birthplace of one of the strongest ecosystems on the new world.
I mean this nicely but this is the most Canadian sounding man I've ever heard. He sounds so kind I did NOT realise a person could 'sound kind' until finding this channel lol
Personally hoping for Cave, while it may be quiet and slow, the canopy will just feel like im watching the same vivarium twice, the swamp will be interesting, but i'd be worried about you accidentally bringing in more parasites, while the cave has some interesting potential if you manage to go all out on it
That is a good point. I'd worry about seeing so little though with cave but the idea is cool.
The Canopy makes the most sense. It’s continuing on the trend of this series and building on it. While the cave would be dim and difficult to film with little activity.
@@randomcontentguy2521But the caves will give a ton more variety!
Even if there’s ‘less content’, that variety is valuable! I’m sure Mikey can figure something out to make it more accessible!
We already have a forest environment, a proper cave would be awesome!
you are so right for this. cave would be so cool and interesting. cavers see the vision
I been following since before the OG guppy gang, so amazing to see your vision for the house build come into fruition. You spoke it into existence through the ups and downs
Awesome! Thank you!
I just stumbled upon your channel super randomly, started to watch 1 episode for fun..... I have now been watching for 5 hours straight 💀🤣 I am obsessed and so intrigued! It's fascinating! I love everything! For the way you try not to interfere too much, and tru and understand how each creature acts and coexist ! Remarkable really
Thanks for watching!🐜🐜🐜🐜🐜🐜
This probably wont be seen by OP, but I have a small terrarium that I've been growing for a year now with isopods and springstails and worms and cockroaches. It's meant to be like a small patch of forest at the roots of a tree. I have pieces of roots buried in the soil with layers of small rocks and clay balls at the very bottom to form a water table that plants could grow into to drink from. I recently let a couple of mice loose in it for a few days and I let them dig a network of tunnels before I put them back into their normal enclosure and then let my tarantula loose in the terrarium. Now she has the most premium of premium tarantula enclosures. Plus the bugs have a great subterranean place to hide now instead of just under logs.
Oh that's really cool
sick story bro?
