Infra includes transportation, energy, water supply , sewage system and other physical structure which provides convenience to people, do you think mumbai is best in the world in all of these categories? Or even the 1 category where mumbai is best?? answer is NO a big NO. Hence saying mumbaj infra is UNMATCHABLE is wildly wrong statement.
