      శ్వాస ని గమనించ కుండా వూరికే కళ్ళు మూసుకొని కూర్చోండి.కొద్ది రోజులు.
      అప్పుడు అలవాటు అవుతుంది సరిగ్గా
      చెయ్యటం. అప్పుడు నొప్పి రాకుండా
      అలవాటు అవుతుంది
