  • In this one I attempt to ride in ultra light, variable conditions using all of my biggest light wind gear. I was pleasantly surprised, I had a lot of fun. It was a lot of waiting, but I did get on foil a bit and started to get a feel for the big foil and wing. It's amazing how little push it takes to get that rig up, I'm excited to get the opportunity to work on my pump and am hoping I can eventually stay up on foil on days like this by pumping around through gybes and lulls. Thanks for watching!!

you didnt pump with your arms and barely moved the board. amazed you were able to ride with such little effort, id be out there with my heart at 140bpm and still not on foil

and you are holding the wing in the lowest power way! move your hands to the back of the handles and you will be able to scoop the air quite a bit better

Thanks man! I was surprised I was able to get going, it was incredibly light. The gear is making a big difference, but of course now I'm wondering what the biggest HA would be like in these conditions. I also am tempted to try the big DW foil to see if I can point higher. The 1675 is awesome for getting on foil with no power but it definitely feels sluggish compared to the other foils. The search never ends! Thanks for the comment, hope you are getting some lately!
